Really relaxing mood! I know the game wants me to actively try and survive, but with these visuals and sounds I just wanna fling my guy into a random direction and watch them drift for a minute. I think just doing that and seeing where I end up without worrying about any dangers is very fun in its own right. Thanks for making! I really enjoyed this.

It's a very cool concept with gravity and I love the art of the planets. I accidentally pressed left click before anything spawned, and I just flew into space. It was fun just flying around planets.

Beautiful game! I love the graphics for the planets.
It seems like sometimes if I miss (or fly through a planet), I can just keep on flying forever, while just collecting infinite points?
I can somewhat easily get many hundreds of points, once I kan start flying infintely. It probably adds up to thousands if I just leave it running for long enough.
The concept is really string though - if you could balance it out so it's more "fair", I think it'd be a really satisfying game to play.

@asbjorn Thanks for your comment! Indeed there were some mistakes, normally you shouldn't be able to fly endlessly :o

Oh i like this, great art and design, responsive, and sounds so good, it has a great chill out game feel. Great job, i did encounter the, i missed a planet, and now im yeeted out into space, decided to let it run abit, and i DID end up smashing into a planet again, at around 150 points.
Again great job, i really like this one

Great atmosphere and I like the pixelized look of the planets. It would make it better if there was a way to recover from shooting trajectory somehow, currently it takes some luck. Nice work!
There's a really nice feel to this game, I had great fun hopping around the planets.
High Score of 239 :)

Agreeing with some feedback that has been given already. I like the game idea, I personally would like to always get presented a valid option to jump to the next planet with increasing difficulty as the game progresses. Overall impressed with what you achieved during the jam. Keep it up! :)
Pixel universe is beautiful!I like those planets very much, but I often fly in a certain direction and can't do other operations, but I still enjoy it~
A very fun idea. I was able to launch into a random "god-line" where I flew for about 100 points before finding an asteroid. I didn't really feel the "every 10 seconds" elements kick in, not sure if I'm missing something. I was thinking a 10 second time-limit per planet would have been a good fit. There's also an issue with "leaps of faith", where there's no clear path so you just shoot wherever and hope for the best.
A super interesting game, and great mood/atmosphere. Good job!
Pros: - The atmosphere and art are amazing (it's honestly beautiful) - I really like the concept
Cons : - The atmosphere (especially with the music) is very peaceful, which contrasts greatly with the urgency that should be felt with a ten-second timer. (I really like the atmosphere, thought)
Bugs : - Sometimes the background texture disappear :( - If you miss your shot, you can just fly away infinitely (which is nice to look around, but no so much to play xD)

Nice visuals and good relaxing mood. You can just launch yourself off into nothingness and drift through space gaining points, which seems like a bit of an exploit. Nice simple game overall though!

The overall feel and mood of the game was amazing. The game was really relaxing and atmospheric. Liked the overall game feel aswell with the sfx and the visual effects. Was a bit confused though about what I was doing, since I was sometimes just flying through space for quite a long time. Overall great entry !

Solid! We almost went with a concept that was veery close to this. Great effort!
At first, I struggled with controlling the star, It would travel so fast and so far. But I got the hang of it after a few tries! The space background didn't seem to be tiling after a while

I got pretty far! The game was both soothing and stressful somehow. Nicely done! Screenshot 2022-10-05 214809.png

I'm in agreement with pretty much everyone else here, the art and audio are excellent but the gameplay could use a touch-up. My recommendation would be to have a check to see if the player has been free-floating for more than like, 5-10 seconds, and if that's the case then either: A - Spawn a planet in front of them with at least a second of safety to respond to asteroids B - Have an asteroid come and kill the player immediately. Basically making it so you HAVE to aim your shots toward nearby planets in order to survive
Other than that little critique, very nicely done!

Amazing animations of the planets (and cool background + post-processing effects)
A game with a lot of potential! you could do a lot with a post-jam version of this game!
Would love to see more information on what kind of modifiers I got and maybe a minimap!
Good job!
I really liked the art, the music goes very well, the planets look very nice! At times the background stops loading, it must be a bug... and sometimes it kept advancing infinitely without losing. Still, I love the idea!
Nice work animating those planets. The music is very relaxing :musical_note:

Super! GG!

A very interesting game concept. The graphics are beautiful (especially the planet animations). And the sound is lovely. The gameplay is simple but functional. Good job.
Great entry, I really liked the atmosphere! I ran into a "bug" where I would see black screen as the stars had moved/recycled (large monitor, full screen :joy: ) Keep on making games!

Sorry it took me so long to get back to your game! I love this so much, the pixel art is amazing and the planets look really good. It's also somewhat satisfying to smack into a planet, even if it brings death :3 I love the gravity mechanics as well, nice job on that, and the general vibes with the sounds are perfect as well.
Overall, well done! Definitely one of my favourite entries!
