I *love* that you took the time to write an introduction to the game instead of just throwing us into the first puzzle. This is very clever, and a great take on the theme.
P.S. Your embedded version seems to be broken.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD51 → Testers' wanted!

This is great ^^ very portal-esque I like it. Loved the story telling through the environment. What was with the random colourful disco lights coming through the seems of walls? haha ^^
I don't have any audio when playing the game but you have Audio ratings still active? Is there a bug with audio or did you just not deactivate that rating?
@pennycook I started with that first, as previous LD games have had issues without proper introduction. Thank you for playing!
@rickylee I am glad you found it funny. I crafted a whole complicated backstory and had too much fun sneaking easter eggs throught the game. However, there is audio, unity play disables it by default forcing each user to re-enable it. There is a whole lot of audio actually for the game.
Also the disco lights was intended. Kinda felt if the time machine was broke things would look weird and an uninitialized camera fit the bill.
Thank you for playing and leaving detailed feedback it means a lot.
Great puzzle, and great graphics.
Great work! I love how immersive the game gets. It catches me since the very start by the details of the scene, the narrative, the first-person view, etc. I have to say it's professional! I would really love this game to be finished.
The teleport effect makes me a little bit dizzy in the first place, but now it's addictive.
Nice Game!
Awesome graphics, super well done.
Oh wow I've always wanted to be the next sliced bread.
Haha loved the game, the whole beginning section was really well done, especially with the sequence where the machine breaks down.
Good job!
Awesome! Top marks. This really made me laugh. Clever puzzles, and your audio was excellent. I don't really have any critiquing - this was just great. Filling out the waiver really made me laugh.
The time swap effect is super good. And those colorful light flashes in the seams of the meshes are really cool even though they look like a mistake?
@foolmoron They were a mistake, at first anyway. Its just an uninitalized camera, but I realized it was a cool effect and required no extra dev time.
Excellent game. Very well done for the time given. Feels very fleshed out with the introduction.
a bit too fast pace
Cool game, puzzles were interesting, would like to see more levels and a bit more refinement.
Super impressive amount of assets and effects. Was having a lot of fun until I got to a point where the game was stuck on the time travel effect, so I couldn't keep playing :(
@mcnuttys Maybe in the future, thanks for playing!
@nomadicrockman I will look into this can you describe what you had done up until you got stuck?
@tinykidtoo
I had just got into that small room where your time device is set to 10 seconds. I believe at the start of one of the time travel transitions, it just got stuck and the transition effect never ended, so I was just stuck in place with that screen copying effect still active.
@tinykidtoo thank you for the information, I will see if I can fix this.
I really like the graphics and sounds, narrator makes it a lot better experience. I have clipped out of bounds somehow few times but it was fun to play around with!
This was incredibly interesting! I loved the situation we're thrown into. Im stuck in the grey room with the button that opens the door, but I can figure out how to get to it. Could you put up a guide to help lost players like myself?

@jag Here is a gif for the grey room, I hope this helps.firefox_H6m8Oo0yG5.gif
Cool atmosphere, the mechanic I found was confusing but maybe I'm dumb. Once I figured it out I was fine tho. All very well done, nice!
Really nice portal-like game with a really cool use of the theme. I experienced some graphical issues with the teleporting and some of the light effects (big white artifacts), but these might be system dependent (I was running the embedded version on simmer.io, in Brave, on Pop!_OS, with an RTX 3080).
Really cool game, gave me Portal vibes. :D I did get stuck at one point but otherwise I really enjoyed how much effort you put into this game, especially the presentation
An interesting enough idea, but I was thrown out of the map four times in a row by the time shift, after which nothing could be done.
@algebruh I am sorry to hear that. I tried to make the warping bullet proof, but there have been some issues with it.
@matt-ravenhall During development I found a cool effect by setting the FOV to 179 and setting the camera to uninitialized. This is used during the warping effect. Copying waterever is drawn on screen. The first level ends with the player warping to a bunch of locations, but I ran out of time to do the visuals for those. Which is why there is 1 location with a giant white orb. That gets copied all over the screen. So, its "intentional" Thank you for the feedback
Great concept, I love the ambiance, the visuals and the narration both with the voice and the little hints from the past and the present. It's mind blowing to see that you've done this solo in only 48h, absolute respect, great job!
Really nice game with a lot of atmosphere and great visuals. Unfortunately, I got stuck in the floor during my first attempt and I couldn't figure out how to get past the two floor switches room on my second one, but even up to that point it's very impressive for 48 hours. Also, the laser and time warping effects aren't great when you are sensible to flashing lights.
Impressive, love the visual!
Wow impressive! The audio commentary gives a great polish - the portal-time-travel-thing going on is a bit mind breaking but very cool! I had some major light bugs but that gave the game a next level reality breaking feeling :D Awesome job!
