Great idea for the theme! The incremental game genre is well known but you have given it a very good touch.
Some kind of art would have been missing, even if it was minimal.
Still, fun game!

good idea
A frankly genius concept for a reverse clicker game, the curves for the numbers are great and the pace of unlocks is very solid. My fingies do hurt now though lol :(
Fun game but ouch my fingers!
conceptually joyous. Easiest 5/5 for innovation I've ever given. Other than that, pretty fun/stock standard clicker game
This really tickled me.
The idea of using time as a resource is great, and there's a surprising number of upgrade options (especially since you said that this was a last-minute effort). I'm not usually a fan of clicker games, but this is very clever.
I think the only thing that would have improved it for me is if there was a win condition. It's definitely possible to reach a point where the player has built enough time generators to stop clicking, and something like a "Congratulations, you saved the game!" message would have been a great reward for my poor fingers.
@pennycook Thanks for the feedback! I am glad that it felt like there were enough upgrade options, from my side it felt like there should have been another several layers, but sometimes simplicity works.
I didn't have any kind of end game upgrade / win condition because I figured that the exponential scaling of the time would outpace how many upgrades you could buy fairly quickly, but I also didn't have much time to test it so many guesses on the scaling were made. I do wish there had been an upgrade that let you feel like clicking manually was no longer needed, but the trend towards zero prevented that a bit.
Hey I'm a sucker for clicker games and this is exactly that but on speed. I chuckled at the title since hey, it's exactly what it says on the tin! (Especially after reading the retrospective, I think this is an awesome swerve!)
Very clever! adding the time constraints to a clicker makes it very different to all the others (and somewhat stressful :D)
Interesting clicker game! You owe me a new mouse! I like the design and execution. Great submission.
Here I thought this was just and exercise in spam clicking, and 5 minutes later I'm still playing the anti cookie clicker. Great spin on the genre with the time given! Wish I could see what this could've been with full 48 hr attention to it! Great effort in that last hurrah! echoing @haydads , you owe me a new mouse!
... but I want to delay instability. : )
Genius concept! An anti-clicker...
I used an auto clicker I hope you don't mind! ^^ sorry to hear you had a rough time in development, but big congrats on still making something that is decent and only in the final hours! :)
Oh boy, I love clickers. And at the beginning I thought that it will be a simple joke - you go ou of time and game restarts... and here comes a little twist. Lovely, really nice for a big comeback to the compo after rough weekend.
well its definately on theme!
For some reason starting the game immediately brings up the game over screen, doing this on both the web and windows version

@ex3d0 Well that is embarrassing, I broke the game trying to fix an endgame bug. Thanks for telling me about it, I have updated the builds to not have the game be over in less then 10 seconds.
Good work, especially with only for hours left  Very cool idea! Maybe it could be a bit clearer explained how much speed and quantity you gain, but it still worked out pretty well. I didn't quite get the instability mechanic though, I could just delay it for a lot of seconds
Very nice idea! My fingers hurt a bunch right now after clicking like a madman. Cool spin on the idle clicker.
Pretty unique concept for an idle game. It's honestly not bad given you only had a few hours to develop it. I feel like some basic art and a nice background track would've made the game a really interesting experience.
My only real gripe is that the instability mechanic isn't really explained anywhere so it's hard to figure out exactly what it's supposed to do.
one of the few games here that put emphasis on "less is more", i like it!
but i think you are getting paid by mouse manufacturers to make this game.
Ah ah funny how you are clicking on that thing with no graphics nor story. Good answer to the theme.
This is a pretty creative idea for a clicker game! It was a bit unclear to me what the instability mechanic does, though.
Got me setting my hand on vibrator mode. The reveal of the game being a cookie clicker type was pretty funny and it worked really well with the theme. It kept me hooked for a bit but after a while it felt a bit repetitive. Cool game!
