Nice job. Definitely more out of the box than most!

I love this game! I love programming games and the Zachtronics style games and to have made such a simple but effective programming register game in the space of a jam is really great. I was dubious for a while whether the last level was even solvable but I stuck with it and eventually found a solution.

Very nice implementation and kudos on the great compo entry!

One of my favorite games so far. I hope more people enjoy it

Oh wow, just spend 40 mins on last level XD

Less tutorial time maybe? The tutorial itself very well made, but I didn't feel the need for it to be so long. Controls are self explanatory, so I think, maybe Move and Rotate in one and Sensor and GoTo in another? Just a suggestion, the back story and the art are cool. Also, for only the last level was challenging. The rest I completed with one script that I made in the begging after reading the controls manual. And after that I tried last level script on other levels and it worked also on every level except one. My point is, imho either levels lack variety or drone "makes deliveries" for too much houses at same time. But this is very decent entry. Good job.

Impressive that you did this in 48hours :-) Fun to play through and a decent amount of levels.

Well done !! I had a good time playing your game.

BEST GAME EVER

Thank you all for all your positive feedback!

A fun and interesting game! Good work! I didn't manage to do the final level but I might come back and give it another go at some point. One exploit (I think) that I noticed is that if you have a sequence that doesn't end gracefully, you can complete the level by pressing space quickly when the robot reaches the final square.

dienasty 2023-05-03 17:09

@cosmogonicfrog Thank you! and thank you for playing! I didn't quite have time to fix the exploit, but I figured the game play still got what I wanted across.

Very nice game, smart take on the programming genre! The tutorial was a bit dense and the UI is not the most intuitive, but its very fun anyways, congrats!

Clever entry with a solid gameplay. It reminds me the BrainF*ck interpreter with a set of instructions really limited. The main aesthetic is minimalist, but it fits with the gameplay. I had fun playing. Thank you for this entry. I wish you the best ++

Nicely presented and engaging game play. Used the same program for 3 levels but then it switched up again. Couldn't complete the last level but I keep wanting to go back and try.

Reminds me of [Gene Graph Garden](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/52/gene-graph-garden) from last LD. I love these sorts of programming-based puzzle games and this one had me scratching my head on that last level. Great work!

cheesepencil 2023-05-12 03:47

tricky!!! I couldn't figure out the level after learning goto, but its a great concept and awesome compo entry

apiffer 2023-05-12 08:34

Gameplay is very fun and I felt so satisfied when I sorted out how to beat the first level with the Sensor. It was one of my favorites, great compo game!

oddballdave 2023-05-12 12:39

Damn that was good fun. Mechanically really well made too. There's a lot of typos, but that doesn't really affect the game. The challenge was good, especially that last level. I do love this kind of game.

Good stuff :8ball:
