Dave's Pizzas by OddballDave 2023-05-12T04:41:22Z

One of the best games I've played from this jam. The context is a bit nuts but the game experience is really fun. Visuals and sounds fit really well together, like the car design, environment and radio station. You also nailed very well the controls/camera + UI/level to have a clear indicator but at the same time still have the challenge to find the path and avoid obstacles in a few seconds time. Lastly the guy asking for a pizza on top of the building was a nice and clever addition. A suggestion for any possible future update would be having zombies walking around that you can drive over them and some kind of gas fuel system. Great work!

And now what ? by Nicso 2023-05-12T04:51:42Z

Awesome looking entry for the compo! I really like the graphics, how the level design are in areas, and found it clever to use the packages as your health in order to make it more accessible to fail and continue. Short but straight to the point to prove your game concept, excelent job!

Sails by ping78 2023-05-12T03:58:32Z

Technically impressive for a jam, I've loved the visuals and having a procedural level - so cool! Would be nice to start with a more friendly balancing like delivering to spots nearby or having less enemies spanwed so I could do the game loop more times before being destroyed by the ships hahaha. Lastly, a few times I could see the enemies spawning on screen so maybe tweak them to spawn always a bit further as well. Good job!

Early Morning Tofu Delivery by Yngvarr 2023-05-14T13:41:58Z

Good job team! The atmosphere, sounds, level design and controls are great. Everything fit well together. It's also really nice how you recorded and made a timelapse of the process.

Crazy Ambulance by triggthediscovery 2023-05-12T03:36:42Z

You made a lot for a compo entry, good job! Controls and camera are a bit jiggling but the animation of picking up people is everything hahaha. Brought me some memories of crazy taxi from Dreamcast era.

Little boat delivery adventures! by freamdev 2023-05-12T04:27:31Z

The idea is simple but interesting. I got some bugs like trying to buy a thing but something else pop up hahah. Was unsure if drop items are selling them or throwing them away.

Express Delivery by oller125 2023-05-12T03:27:00Z

Really clever to make the collect zone also where you refill the energy. I've enjoyed couple minutes moving around. The sound and art fits well together, good job! One small feedback is that the buildings on the background could be a bit different from the ones that you can collide and the camera could show a bit more so it's easier to spot the birds while you move.

Pizza Friday by Phlip45 2023-05-12T03:17:45Z

Pretty good idea and execution. It looked way more complex in the beginning with all the rules but after start all made sense. Had some fun! Music and art fits well. Would be nice if pizzas were rolled more often. Also congrats in your first Godot game!

The Souls Express by antvelm 2023-05-12T12:55:37Z

As soon as I've seen the cover I knew I had to play this one. Awesome atmosphere and art direction. The music suits perfectly as well. An improvement would have the dialogue displayed over the characters as a bubble because looking to the bottom to read back and forth few times kinda breaks a bit the immersion of the game. I found myself lost in trying to progress in the game, but still enjoyed the experience.

Witch Night Delivery Service by rhewid 2023-05-12T12:23:32Z

You did a lot for a compo entry, impressive work! Throwing different items is a clever take on the theme. I've enjoyed a lot! The music gets repetitive fast but that's totally understandable considering the short time you had. Sprites and text animations were also a good surprise. Good job!

Goods With the Wind by Juutis 2023-05-12T04:10:51Z

I've found it hard to control and deliver the packages properly, but visuals and sounds are nice. You did a lot for a compo entry, nice job!

Good News by Fnkee 2023-05-12T08:38:21Z

Fun music and art style, simple game yet fun. Would be nice to allow the player hit few times before losing though as it takes a while to build up until gets to a more fun and challenging speed. Good job!

Stork Run by ditam 2023-05-14T14:11:24Z

Short but fun game! I've delivered many times in the same house and it felt a bit like cheating the system, not sure if was intended, but had fun thinking about some parents got extra delivery hahah. I also didn't use much the dash. Anyway, good job.

CropCopter by Douwe_Ravers 2023-05-12T02:59:52Z

The idea is really interesting, at first I thought would be just delivering stuff, but I like the layer of bringing stuff around to produce something else. It was fun to control the drone as well. I think is a great achievement for such short time. I also think the drone sound can get annoying after some time and the first few levels could introduce the new mechanics faster as there's not much challenge so get repetitive in the beginning. Cheers!

Joy by Neollok 2023-05-14T14:32:44Z

Wow, totally unexpected! My favorite entry of the whole jam. You manage to give a message through gameplay while innovating in movement controls, that's awesome. The level design was also very good, kept me hooked to the end. The sound and feedback fits really well too. Great job!

Mission: Intercept by Stephen Kyranakis 2023-05-12T12:08:33Z

Clever puzzle and great atmosphere, had some fun! Good job!

Five Nights at Papa's by Multipixels 2023-05-12T04:20:47Z

Idea is cool and it really feels like a retro game. Some feedback: I found it confusing to use the pizza arrow, and I usually stay around the pizza place to refill my ammo instead of running from the zombies hahaha. Maybe they could attack the city instead of you, so you would have to go around to fight them. Had some fun!

Impatience Coffee Roasters by jacobwinters 2023-05-12T08:46:26Z

Interesting take on the theme and the comments from the clients are really funny. Overall, it's a simple yet fun game, good job!

Deliver-E by DieNasty 2023-05-12T08:34:09Z

Gameplay is very fun and I felt so satisfied when I sorted out how to beat the first level with the Sensor. It was one of my favorites, great compo game!

Happiness Delivery by apiffer 2023-05-12T08:20:54Z

Thanks for the feedback! @likirus Yeah, I'll add SFX/Music in the future and all your suggestions make a lot of sense. Happy to work on that for an post-jam updated version!

Happiness Delivery by apiffer 2023-05-12T08:52:31Z

@tyrannas thanks for playing and all feedback are well noted! 🙂

Happiness Delivery by apiffer 2023-05-12T11:59:43Z

@oddballdave @milq Thank you for all detailed feedback, I'm glad you both enjoyed! By the last hours of the jam I run out of time/skill/energy to make the music/sounds, so I opted to don't add any at all until the jam rating phase ends. I plan to add as a priority for the updated version. 🙂

Happiness Delivery by apiffer 2023-05-15T03:44:03Z

@quoc @somnium @meta-link Thank you all for the feedback! Sounds will be added in next version!

@ardorugus Thanks for playing and that's an interesting idea, thanks for sharing!

Pizzapocalypse by Grayce 2023-05-12T03:45:11Z

Ohhh such a funny idea! I didn't read much the description and just jump in to play. Such a surprise the meteors falling hahaha. Brought me bomberman 64 feeling when time's out. I really liked the graphics. I wish I didn't have to use the mouse to move the camera though. Overall good job!

Mini Industries by IcarusDev2 2023-05-14T13:55:48Z

It's definitely a impressive work for only 6h of development! There was some issue that made the game use only a small area of the screen but still was able to play until fill up the whole city. :)

Would be nice to have a feedback on which unit you have enough money to place and always show your cursor or current tile highlighted.
