This was an nice little game. I am dumb so I had some difficulty understanding exactly what I was doing at first and ended up dropping a metric ton of water onto only one of the plots. I eventually figured out what I was doing though lol. I enjoyed your music a lot as well. Nice work.

Interesting concept with the mix of skill game and management sim. The gameplay is a bit .. dry, and it got a bit annoying to check each plot for distribution, clicking on it and entering a number. A different interface would help there, i think. I enjoyed the chill music!

Nice work ! I got super confident and still lose from food while my river was at 100 though haha. Overall pretty simple to understand and chill to play. +1 for the comment saying you could find a better way to distribute water. I would love to see all the number for each lot at once. But the fact that the trees color, and water level change in real time are a nice indicator already ! Good job !
This is pretty fun, nice to chill and relax. I agree with the sentiment that the distribution UI could be a bit better, the bucket interface feels a bit weird to me as well. But even with those problems this was pretty fun!
simple concept and execution, but it was nice to play, due to the relaxing music and low poly art
Nice game! I really like the distribution selection effect where the terrain raises up. Also, when I tried to play a second time, I went to the main menu and then replayed, but no water droplets appeared. It worked fine if I used the replay button though.
@iminsoftware haha yeah I forgot to get rid of the "return to main menu" button

Harvesting ... water. That's an interesting twist. Solid graphics. But there are two "styles" that look different: collecting and the isometric view. I like the concept: 1. skill water collecting 2. RT water dissemination. The visuals about the trees getting brown felt a bit too subtle. Great for a game jam!!! Congratulations. Now some comments, for things I would not expect in the game jam, fine tuning things. - the two graphic styles, make them one - clearer visuals on the state the areas - different areas: forest and crop fields (that's where the food comes from ...?) - instead of entering numbers another way of disseminating; in the game it feels like a break of the player moving the bucket, which is kind of physical and the player entering numbers and looking up at the gallons, ... in my brain these are two different things and it breaks the flow ... not sure if I am making myself clear I think there is potential to make a proper game out of the concept!

Very interesting! It felt a bit like playing two different games. The bucket part was a bit underwhelming, and the 3d seemed wasted on it. The distribution view was beautifully done though, and it presented a very interesting breathing world with the water, air and food simulations. The timer for the distribution was an other interesting touch. A lot of thought-provoking ideas in this one all in all...
Maybe it could work as a bigger game if there were multiple minigames (such as the bucket part now), and there was a clearer visual separation between the main view (distribution), and all the other minigames. The current 3d transition doesn't really make sense.
Regardless, very nice for a compo entry!
It took me four games to realise I had to distribute the water manually. Harvesting the water and then having to distribute it as a limited resource was interesting. I found tying in the water distribution values a bit awkward and would have preferred just mouse control for that part.

This was a very unique game idea! I think having 3d for this may have been overkill, but it was very pretty. I enjoyed getting better at catching the rain, and I didn't immediately notice the countdown timer to next rain (for the distributing screen) but it is a nice game loop all in all. Well done

Very cool idea, love the minigame its the same that got me into gamedev actually, whic was a libgdx tutorial.
