I enjoyed this a lot! It oozes atmosphere! It's like a mix between classic alone in the dark games and ratatouille, with a mark morgan soundtrack. Lots to love!

The vibes are immaculate, I'm moving to rat city. I adore the style, the dithering effect is used to well to create a grungy atmosphere and all of the characters are really charming. Still waiting to hear the joke from Sand though. Incredible work, thank you for making it!!
I can't believe how pretty and detailed the environments are, its really incredible. The humor is obviously a 5/5, with some really good writing and jokes that balance out the gritty noir ambience perfectly. The duration is also perfect.
I did have 3D model issues with the rats from the bar scene, the punk rat in the club and Linda, but it wasn't that much of an issue since they're more silhouettes than models anyway in the scenes (apart from Linda), and the textboxes are how you see them.
One small thing I thought could be better is that there should be more dialogue for the little champ rat that asks you cheese rice, just to let you know its the next progression step. Something like clearly stating "Give me that and i'll let you pass".
Otherwise, again, absolutely fantastic stuff :) tbh im biased, noir parodies are my favorite
This is just a humor masterpiece!!! I was playing this in class and I just couldn't stop holding my laughter and sharing the story with my friends. I could not believe that this game is made in ONLY 72 HOURS!>!>>!!?!?>?! The music also fits my jazzy taste, I'm sure anyone who likes rats or cheese would really enjoy this game.

This is amazing. What a great little game. I am super impressed at how polished the experience felt for a 3-days jam. Graphics are on point, humor is on point, music is good too. A nice variety of scenes and an expansive cast of characters, simple yet effective gameplay, voice acting, etc. I would be super curious to know how to achieve this kind of retro look on a game, how did you do that? Kudos to you team:)

Amazing entry! Enjoyed the ride back home. The art style was amazing, as well as the audio. The game was super moody. Not to mention that it was funny as well! I just had a little issue that for all other rats the rat model itself didn't load and they were just floating clothes. :/

This is about as good as it can possibly get for graphics, mood and audio in a three day jam. I was sucked right back to childhood game memories with this one. Incredible, you should be proud!
Fantastic entry! wow, so much art, super impressive you got so much done, it really gave the whole game a sense of polish that I didn't expect to see. Voice acting was 10/10, some great humour. All the camera angles felt really cinematic and complemented all the environments. The movement felt really clean and intuitive to use. If I had any sort of feedback it would just be more gameplay, but for what you did it was great.
This was such a visual delight and the audio was fantastic too! I'm so impressed with the environment and voice acting work, especially with the time restrictions of a game jam.

this level of complexity for player interaction is unheard of 72 hour gamejam. Good work/got good score simply because of the mouse movement is so complicated. Art is also cool in this entry.

The mood is so good ! The environments are rich and the idea is simple and clean. I was a bit lost at start, but I finally found out what to do.

I enjoyed this. As mentioned in many comments, the overall mood of the game is a strong point. The visuals and audio are enjoyable and do a lot with a little. The fixed camera positions work really nicely. I would have liked more coverage from the audio, with more of the environments being given an ambient bed, for example, and the sound of the lift moving would add to the effect of the shaking that you did include. Overall, cohesive, compelling and cheeky. Good stuff.
Wowwww! I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere with both art and audio design!! The story is also incredible with great jokes. If this jam project can be extended I would love to pay for it. :smiley:

im gonna sound cheesy but-love love love the jazz soundtrack, graphics and the world building. The environment is so pretty and the little perspective pov is such a cherry on top.
Great vibes, the environments and animations were all fun to see, and the sound work pulled it all together nicely. Definitely inspiration to add more background animations to my own games after seeing how much life it brings to the world.

I didn't find any bugs, but my friend got stuck in front of a rat in China Town and had to restart the game.

The mood is so amazing, I usually don't have feelings for characters but theses rats tells a story more than any hollywood characters, truly a masterpiece and cheese was my reason.

Really hilarious game! It's such a simple premise, but having them all be rats really drives the absurdity, especially in the strip club. Plus the voice acting was really spot on, impressed that it was fully voice. Also, just has a great atmosphere, really captured that grungy noir aesthetic, and I'm always a sucker for PSX. Gameplay was on the straightforward side, but was serviceable to keep the story moving along. All in all, amazing work!
Gotta love the absurd vibe of such a noir setting + the rats, rat jokes and funny names... The names are probably my favorite lol You really nailed the vibes here with great art, awesome narration and great writing that makes fun of all the tropes in the genre as well! Only thing that bugged me a bit is that the character always goes on a straight line to where I click, so sometimes he would get stuck. Otherwise, great game!

Great game! I love the mood, the post process filter works wonder. The different scenes are all nice, with interesting camera angles. Story is nice too, and voice acting on point. The one thing that I got stuck on is that it wasn't obvious to me that I could (and had to) talk to the middle rat at the end. I assumed I had to find money or paperwork. My fav game for now, well done!
