Great work dude. Love the game graphics and sound effects. The game is pretty well balanced as well. I ended up mad clicking my mouse to reach the 100 before the iceberg sink.

@dekajoo Thanks so much 😊. Glad you liked it!
Difficult game, but gameplay is quite simple and addictive. Love the aesthetic.
Cute game! Really thematic, and lots of decision making points. I'd have loved to have time to see the penguins get launched when the iceberg flips, before the finish screen. Main negative was that it felt like a test of my clicking speed, at some points.
I really do love the QOL features, including the "why you failed" iconography at the end. One usability thing: The buttons moving with the iceberg makes them harder targets to click, and I don't know if that's the sort of difficulty you want in your game.
@chris-dirkis Thanks for the really detailed feedback! 😊 The buttons can be held down for rapid clicking, I should update the instructions to include that. And I agree about the moving buttons, it is not the kinda of difficulty I went for.
I thought the way that the buttons moved with the iceberg was great - really clever ^_^
A great take on the theme and quite an original idea. I enjoyed the simple graphics and the alerts were a very good touch to make sense of what's happening. I did misclick on the buttons a couple times, so maybe making them larger or adding keyboard controls could solve that. The way all the penguins fling themselves off the iceberg when you lose is very funny, and the win screen text is a nice touch too.
@eyedromeda Thanks so much for the great feedback! 😊
Phenomenal game. Simple but challenging mechanics, cute art and sfx, and a unique interpretation of the theme. What's not to love?
Wow! Such a lovely game with it's arstyle and very deceiving on its difficulty. The theme is very well implemented and feels really balanced, not sure how you managed to do it, or just a couple of good RGN runs. Well done!
It is a little bit difficult for now, need more balanced.I like the idea that with some kind of economics in there, very nice work!
First off, the penguins are SOOOO cute! Great job on the art!
The mechanics, however, need some work. I tried my best to defend the penguins for the killer whales, but it seemed like the whales could simply leap out of the water and still get at them.
Still, really good job!
This game is so great. This concept is so well-made. Players need to pay attention to many things.
really fun gameplay!!! I love it.
Very clean art! Actually pretty addicting the more you play haha. I really like the alerts of when something is about to happen. Perhaps the buttons could be stationary? I found that when I tried to click them sometimes, it was kind of difficult to keep track of everything. Though, it was actually possible to click and hold down the +/-, so even if your cursor moved off of it, the numbers would still adjust, so not too big of a problem. Overall, very nice game, and very clean!
fun to play hard to master cool mechanichs i did try playing it with keyboard at first
@pkzinpo Thanks for the detailed feedback 😊. And I agree. Although I personally like the buttons moving, I could have added an option to keep them stationary. At least for accessibility reasons.
The game is confusing, how do I get fish?
@mchs-productions You get fish by having the penguins at the edges of the island. They consume fish at the center, so make sure you have more penguins at the edges than at the center.
Nice idea, very nice graphics ... unfortunately it did not really work well on a keyboard without num-pad... or which +/- did you mean? On a German keyboard the +/- did not work. Still, rated for graphics and mood and theme and ...
That was really fun! I agree with the comment about the buttons moving, I'd me watching the chaos, clicking away, not realising the button had moved! I really enjoyed that.
@itzemii Oh, I meant the in game + & - buttons 😅. I tried to make keyboard control a thing at first, but didn't find an easy way to get the penguins back to the center from both sides individually. Thanks for playing!
fun game. Nice clear controls. good graphics and I liked the penguin sounds.
What an absolute thrill of a game! I don't think I was on the edge of my seat playing any game this jam as much as this one. Every second I felt like the iceberg was going to tip one way or the other, at one point I got down to 0.2 fish just as I was about to hit 100 and then my fish count bounced back up. I applaud the very simple and easy to pick up mechanics that still make for a high skill ceiling. The penguin noises were nice too. It would be nice if the fish and penguin bars were some sort of meter so that it would be easier to see if you're about to run out, but since the numbers are uncapped that probably wouldn't work. Incredible work and I can't wait to see what you make next!
EDIT: Can't believe one person made this!
@quite-good Thanks so much for the awesome feedback. This is by far the nicest comment I have ever received on a ludum dare submission 😊
Nice simple game, yet hard to finish  For me it was a little confusing when the Orca chose the higher part of the iceberg to get penguins when there was a bunch of them in the water, but that's just the biologist in me talking  You did an amazing job, creating this game
