Lots of fun! Reminded me of a game called Osmos on iOS
I wasn't able to open this on Mac OS Catalina (I tried right click -> open).
I really really loved the concept behind the game. It felt like a mini RTS/civilization style game.
Fantastic game. I found "easy mode": as soon as you get access to the long thin white all. All you have to do is let that rotate you around and you don't have to worry about jumping/dodging anymore ^_^
I loved the audio and graphical style. I cracked up when I had a failed dish and the game over screen said that they person literally left the family XD.
Not 100% sure what I was supposed to be doing but I did find the weird black box with the two people and the baby. Definitely had an unsettling vibe :-)
I listened to the entire dev commentary and really enjoyed you explaining your game idea. Sucks that you didn't get a chance to bring it to it's full potential. But it's a good start nonetheless. The assets are really nice and the blueprint approach is really fitting with regards to the idea. It would have been cool to see the infinite looping robot programs do their thing and I'm sure it would have yielded some crazy solutions :-)
Great sound and mood. Loved the over the top vibe
Love the simplicity of the game and the difficulty progressions. Very chill game across the board. It was at times unclear if a specific item would fit on the shelf (really minor). Big fan of PICO8 too :-)
Enjoyed the concept a lot! The time pressure was rough and it would be cool to have a pause mechanic to think about how to plot things out (or maybe some kind of turn-based setup).
Loved it. "New Survivors Have Arrived" was hilarious audio :-)
The atmosphere is fantastic. I like the retro look of the game too. Good intensity :-)
I liked the general vibe of the game. It was really difficult to stay alive for a long period of time. Congrats on completing your first jam. It's a hug achievement!
@plutonium-powered what browser are you using? If it’s brave then you need to disable the shield to play it or allow cookies on that itch page. The shield icon is in the address bar
@destroyertech thank you for protecting us from civil unrest :-)
@lachlan-james the next phase would have been "water plants" and "protect the puppies" :-P
@burchyn max out urinals to get zombies
Really polished looking game. Was a little tough to figure out how to play (I understand there was a limited time frame to have a good tutorial level).
very charming game. loved the music and I appreciate the simple gameplay :-)
I enjoyed the story and mood. Great job with the narrative!
Great art and love the innovation/game mechanic. Nice idea!
Great atmosphere/vibes. Graphical effects were spot on too with dimming lights. Moving around was a little slow/rough.
Really enjoyed the mini-games. Great art and music.
Instructions were a little unclear at times, but I figured things out over time. Relevance to the theme was difficult to determine.
Beautiful art. Movement was a bit slow and floaty, but the wall kick mechanic was solid. Good use of the theme too :-)
Extremely innovative! Fantastic graphics and application of theme. Great job overall :-)
Cool concept. What I would collide with when in 2D mode was unclear at times. The graphics completely glitched out when I switched from 2D to 3D (I was still able to play but things were clipping really strangely).

I enjoyed yeeting packages very much.
Really great looking game. Movement felt solid and responsive. I couldn't kill a bat for the life of me (sword attack rate was crazy slow). Kept dying while picking up gems and finding chests with a better weapon T_T.
Fantastic atmosphere/mood
Loved the simplicity of the game mechanic. Made me want to keep playing for sure. Great art and great physics :-)
Really loved the concept. I got water to in the green biome and purple biome, but couldn't figure out how to get to the fire biome.
The controls are nice and somewhat tedious at the same time (it's definitely on point with the theme, just wish there was a way to better control the blocks whole hog).
Adorable game. Took me a second to figure out how to turn in place to power up a battery, but once I figured that out it was a blast.
Game fails to load for me. All is see is a white rectangle in the center of the screen.
It definitely needs an gradual increase of difficulty. I definitely suck at aligning signals XD. The mouse + keyboard input felt a bit awkward (I was already using the mouse wheel, but wasn't allowed to click the dials). Spot on with the theme!
Art and sound are great. Movement of puppy via mouse was a nice touch. I can't seem to figure out how to actually shear the sheep >_<
I can definitely see potential in this! Love the minimalist graphics and the level progress was well done. Some of the elements and the interaction within the game weren't immediately obvious (maybe add test such as "Hack block", or "Hack camera", or "Hack gun".
Definitely covers a niche ha! I know very little about flag semaphores and could have benefited with a more gradual difficulty curve (show a picture of a cat and have the flags spell cat, then dog, then slowly start removing images and hints). The game is adorable and I can tell a lot of love was put into it.
I took me a bit to figure out how to play, but once it clicked it was really enjoyable. Super chill vibe. It'd be nice if there was an initial preview of how things would move so I can plan things out a little better. The level progression/difficulty was great too!
@aruseus "Fyi, it’s seize, not sieze"
oh gods dammit.
as for avoiding mines, send out scouts!
@dqso, scouts can be sent out and you can control them while its running away. mines always spawn in the same place fwiw :-)
Reminds me of Logos the Turtle. I felt manual mode was a bit more approachable then automatic mode (the complicated UI scared me off lol). Responsiveness of the bot was unclear when in manual mode. It was hard to gauge how long I should hold down for rotation and movement.
Fantastic job! Loved the art, music, gameplay, all of it :-)
Would be nice if I could click the person I wanted to ... get rid of. There were times where I was ready to take out the person in the next line, but the spot light was still on the previous parade and I accidentally killed a loyal follower.
Great atmosphere/mood in the game. The signal update cycle was a little slow for me making it a little difficult to find the origin.
Nice concept! Camera movement was a little quick for me, it might be worth zooming out or setting the focus/follow to be a bit smoother.
Love this type of game. Art and music are fantastic. Input/movement was a bit sensitive and made it difficult to pick up ammo boxes. Super polished overall!
Game fails to load for me too.
Card movement is *super* smooth. I bet that took a lot of work to feel right. A co-op game makes it a little bit difficult to play by yourself. But I can totally see the fun in this. it reminds me of a board game that had a similar guess the world idea which used "primary" and "secondary" levels of association (good job on spinning that to be signal oriented).
Great mood. Absolutely terrifying presentation. Super polished visuals!
