Very interesting! It took me a bit to figure out what to do, but after I got stuck and reloaded I managed to get the satisfying *"yes!"* sound effect in 1:05. How did I do?
You definitely nailed the theme. I would have liked to see a bit more in the way of instructions, but overall this looks like a pretty cool first Ludum Dare entry. Congrats!

After a few experiments, I understood the objective. My best : 15 sec!

That is quite simple but still fun! Love the tense music and the sensual "Yes" at the end

Neat idea. I had to restart a couple times because the little cylinder would sometimes get stuck. The shape of the level gave an interesting challenge, and it would have been neat to have a few more levels with other ideas as well.

@fifut thanks for play that sounds like a world record to me :D

@doot Thanks for playing didn't expect anyone to like that music :)

@henk Thanks for the feedback. Yes, the raycast stops working sometimes. I didn't have enough time to figure out why, sadly. The same goes for the additional levels. Thanks for playing!
I like that you have to cheese your way to a solution (and that there are multiple ways to cheese).

I finally managed to get the hyperactive cylinder into the goal, woah that thing likes to fly and warp around! Nice!

Innovative Pick on the theme, took me far longer than 0:15 (5:19, actually).
With which program did you make the music? Its pretty cool.

@gilborn, thanks for playing! I'm happy to hear you endured for 5 minutes without quitting 💪. I used Reaper with just 2 bass tracks, using Kontakt and LABS instruments.
What an experience. I didn't get the cylinder into the hole sadly, but the physics felt nicely weighty and responsive! A tutorial also wasn't needed because all of the shape language used made identifying the goal of the game easy, so that's a cool thing
Nice job, was able to get better at it after a few tries!

0:43! Frankly, that's after a lot of restarts, I kept running into a bug (?) where the shape stopped responding to my clicks, seemed like it was stuck "glued" to the wall - a couple times it was nowhere to be seen, I probably clipped it outside of the play area somehow.
Nonetheless, a game that is captivating, and elegant in its simplicity. Well done!
Wow, 15 seconds! I thought I was doing well with 1:04...The first time I tried it got stuck on the wall and stopped moving but after I restarted everything worked as intended and I was able to finish the game. Neat concept and the music was really nice :)

0:03! The only thing missing is restart button to try again :D Simple but fun, it really scratches that "I can try again and do better" itch. Nice music too!

I managed to win (at 0:22) after my third attempt. I encountered the same issue that others had where the cylinder stopped listening to me. The game itself had really simple gameplay. In fact, it was so simple, that I wasn't sure if I wasn't missing something. However, after a few seconds, I figured that the game really was just put the cylinder into the hole!

@ditam Thanks for playing! Sorry to hear it was so buggy for you. I didn't have enough time to figure out why the raycast stopped working sometimes :(
Managed to win at 0:53! A fun little game to play, wonder how you adjust the physics for that "thing", will probably check the source code later :eyes: I like this one and enjoyed a lot, great job!
Fast and weird. Though over fast it was fun, and no i m not gona replay, the satisfaction of "YES" is for only one time.
It was unexpectedly straight forward - put object into the box) I think you could expand in future with more objects of different shapes and holes in different places.
My best was 0:05 seconds though if you keep holding on to it and it moves your time disappears and it keeps saying "YES" I love it.

1:29 and I don't want to try again lol. Fun though, even if it's slightly hard to control. Cool idea and neat little effects with the cursor and such. Good job!

@zealous-coder new world record! Nice, it's great to see how I managed to add so many bugs in so little time 😄

@treenut That's fair, that's also why there is no restart. I did not expect anyone to try again 😄

@mozokevgen thanks for playing! Yeah, I can see how I could squeeze a bit more out of it relatively easy just by adding some randomness to the position of the box, and scale the box and cylinder on start. Maybe add some ramps here or there :)

@passbykamenrider You don't have to dig, I can tell you my secrets 👀 I changed the weight of the cylinder to 0.25 and left the rest on default 🤫 I tried to add some bounciness, but that made it almost impossible to hit the box 😄
Simple but fun game. Controls took a bit of working out. Excellent.
got way better when i realized that i could move the camera with right mouse and scroll wheel!
From what i learned on the internet, i was pretty sure this had to go in a square hole. Then i thought it was already in, but it seems it wasn't! Silly fun, i enjoyed it :D Music reminded me of older DOS games, where you'd get one piece of music per room. Like MadTV.
