Amazing game, glad i was not the only one with the same idea for a mini game

Neat take on the combo summoning idea, nice work! Maybe I'm missing something but I could only seem to summon things in Endless mode, the same combinations did nothing in Story mode.

@matt-ravenhall Endless mode requires 5 items on the summoning circle. Randomised on reach run. Story mode has a specific requirement(might be 5 items). The book of shadows give a hint for the requirements for the next summon. The book of solutions option from the main menu has all the summons from story mode.

Nice game, I enjoyed deciphering the book. I made it till page 6 and then got stuck.

Nice game! Concept is very cool. I got stuck on some riddles, but it was nice to be able to glance at the solution. There could be some minor quality of life improvements, like being able to proceed to next dialogue. Besides I liked the audio and the effect when summoning. Overall solid entry!

@matt-ravenhall Turns out the "Play Endless Mode" menu option was starting the story mode.

I liked this game! It was a bit confusing at first but I liked the concept after I figured it out. More complicated puzzles would be a great addition!

This was a neat little game, great work!

I enjoyed meeting all different characters and reading through the story. I like your sense of humor.

I didn't get past level 5 though, maybe that's the end, if so, then maybe you should have indicated by opening the credits. I would also prefer if it was possible to progress the dialogue by clicking or with a key. Other than that, I have not encountered any issues.

Great job!

- Cool game, the endless mode was interesting, I think it would be better if the answers didn't show up in a new popup but where shown beside the slots (would help in remembering) - I had a problem with figuring out the rocky cliff, calm shore and vegetation, I was convinced it was supposed to be 3 items. Also I'm not sure what the purple thing was supposed to be. - I think some of the text (I noticed in the demon screen) didn't fit the box, also the first ghost text should switch faster, I thought there will only be a one liner and didn't expect a conversation and I had the book open. You could have just the boo show up for like 1-2 seconds and then continue, letting the player know there is more coming. - Maybe also the item moving sound shouldn't be so loud

at least i summoned a ghosty

I enjoyed, the endless mode feels a lot like a memory game a bit different, nice

Cool game built on a cool concept. I liked the story and the graphics. Really liked the music.

Got to the end I think.. would love to see it stretched a bit further.

Mostly did not care about the dialog (passed by too slowly, I wish there was a way to pass through it faster), but the mantis saying "bye" actually made me laugh out loud, and the ending gave me a good chuckle. I actually quite liked this one-- though the puzzle design could use a bit of work, I overall enjoyed my experience a lot. You packed an impressive amount of content in here!

Games really clever, thank god for the disable screen shake setting though, it's a bit much. I couldn't figure some of the puzzles, but I could just be dumb. Also I'm assuming you're not supposed to be able to put multiple items in the same square.
