Looks interesting but unfortunately I am getting an unspecified error when extracting the java.base.jmod. Can you upload an embedded web build?

@mickm I'm afraid I don't know how to embed things. Is it a simple process?
Not sure sorry - I have seen processing used in web apps so assumed it would be easy. Looks like a fun game though!
I'm getting errors when extracting the zip file, same as mentioned by @mickm
I've been unable get the .exe to work, problems with extracting
Looks neat, but I get the Error "Error: no known VMs. (check for corrupt jvm.cfg file). I have not setup any particular java environments, so I am not sure what I have installed.
Unfortunately I am getting the same "unspecified error" - I tried extracting in 7-zip instead and it finished with a bunch of errors, but the game doesn't run.
I wonder if the file just needs to be rezipped - I'll check back because I'm really looking forward to trying this!
I will play!
Ok, I've seen your comments, and I've replaced replaced the download with another export. Hopefully this one works better.
And as a last ditch effort I added the assets as a seperate download. If you have Processing (3 or 4, both work) then you can open the file directly with the source code.
i noticed everyone elses comments, i just recently downloaded it and i am currently experiencing no errors so it works now!
now onto what i though, this game was so stinking cute and was a fun twist on the theme, you could also say that the angry customers are unstable too LOL, i had alot of fun playing the game! i havent gotten that many points so far but im gonna keep trying! the artwork was super cute, "Byte" is the cutest little robo bean...the only thing i do wish for is some sort of audio, but i understand especially on a time crunch that can be hard to implement but other than that this was a delightful experience!
Cute game. Cute Byte! I experienced it differently by difficulty level. On medium, once I got a good rhythm it became pretty repetitive. I thought the game was too basic, since I didn't encounter much other than hungry patrons. On hard, I kept losing control after rebooting, then losing, and I'm not sure why. It kept me occupied. If I could keep control, that'd be the sweet spot for me. On the custom night, I saw a popup which I thought was great, but it was way too hard for me.
It's fun. I like basically all of it, but it's too unstable for me. Oh, I love that pressing space mashed the in-game keyboard.
First off, I have found at least three close buttons in the game, so bonus points. The art is very cute, and looks great. The gameplay loop is extremely fun, and I would play for hours if I had the time. I also like the choice of difficulty.
Feels like a mix between overcooked and playing online in the 90's, cool concept :-)
Cool concept! The game is well done! Maybe hard mode is a little too hard x) Also you may have wanted to make more clear could be interactable. At first I was a bit confused by how to take care of graphical issues x)
Well done!
Very nice hand-drawn graphics. Good game! Working as a waiter turned out to be difficult =)
Gosh darn that was stressful but in the good sense. Once you get into a rhythm the game really really shines.
Things ren't necessarily clear at the start but I'd argue that that's part of the experience. Really cute graphics too!
Got 11 in custom night btw :3
I clicked the power button on the in-game tower and it turned the game off. Spectacular. 10/10.
Love the idea of playing through the computer haha, also very cozy art style :D
Game worked for me! The robot is cute, its so sad to see it lose connection
The executable got flagged by my antivirus :(
Very fun game, I was able to run it with no problems. At first it was a little confusing, but than I got into it. Liked your art style.
Looks fun, it's a shame there's no HTML or macOS build.
Works great. Nice game! I love that you can close the game using the X or the Power button.
It took a bit of getting used to, but this game turned out to be really fun ! The art is charming, it's challenging enough, and I just love the way the PC and keyboard shake when you fix them. Well done !
The game looks great! Too bad there was no sound, and the concept honestly feels a bit over-used. Nice work regardless!
I'm glad you got the upload fixed, and that I checked back to try this out. I really enjoyed it!
The artwork is really great. The main character is adorable and there's lots of nice little flourished in the animation I really appreciated.
My biggest critique is that the platforming didn't feel amazing - a bit to prone to bumping my head, if that makes sense. Getting platforming to good in a compo is really tough!
I really liked the different layers to how you interpreted the theme - and your own game title. All in all, a pretty solid entry.
Cool game loop. It was little frustrating not knowing what the customers needed without going over there. Very innovative use of the unstable theme. Thank you for sharing.
Nice little time management game with cute sprites. Who designs a kitchen that required jumping?! All jokes aside this was a great-looking game with clear objectives. Would've been nice to have some audio for feedback and to make the game loop a little less monotonous but the computer/router fixing keeps you on your toes. I like how pressing the power button quits the game, lol.
Nice game. Graphics were good, the robot server was quite expressive. Liked the game running inside the computer.
I really like the graphics. The game is fun but also hard (it was hard for me even on easy mode). Nice entry!
This was fun! At first I played through once or twice in easy mode and was like "there's not a drop of instability there... maybe the clients?". Then I came here, read the comments, and understood I had greatly underestimated this game  Congrats, it was very cool :) and the graphics are cute!
The graphics are amazing. The computer is super cute
A very pretty game, though I wasn't able to really get much out of the instability of the computer/connection. It seemed to me like easy mode was mostly error free, but medium and hard had so many that I couldn't serve a dish. The depiction of the desk and elements outside the game is a cool touch, though I feel auditory feedback here would be really helpful to help the player know what buttons are being pressed. I like the different ways that the instability affects gameplay, with popups, lag, and so on.
Hi, can you tell me please, I need the site to be stable. Now my site is on a low-cost hosting and I very often have problems with access to the site due to the server failure at the hosting provider.
If you need the stable operation of websites or servers, you need to buy cloud hosting servers https://www.hostforweb.com/cloud/ . You will not have problems with the work of the site, as the servers in the cloud interact with each other. You pay only for the resources you use. For example, I needed to scale our server because of a dramatically increased flow of customers one day. We had growth in a week.
