Gameplay was nice and controls were crisp. It was quite easy to understand what I had to do so that's nice.
I feel like the game was missing something that stopped it from being fun, as right now there wasn't really a challenge because the map was designed around the timer. That's okay tho, as it is a jam game. Also, I feel like this game is more about "Time as a resource" than it is about "Every 10 seconds", but that's not exactly a problem either.
Good job

Cool little game, I like the addition of the upgrades to get to new areas of the map.
A very nice first submission. The controls are intuitive and the core loop is sound. I would, however, like an additional challenge with enemies and other risk/reward tradeoffs.

Well done, i like it. At first I wasn't sure if I'm doing something wrong when I couldn't reach one of the cogs and I thought that it's not working well on my pc, but I realized it's a feature not a bug after reaching first booster. After that there wasn't much challenge but i like the idea behind it.

Edit: The second comment was send by mistake
@peter-jonsson During the brainstorming phase I had planned to add enemies, spikes, gates (button/pressureplate trigger), conveyer belts, a dash upgrade (use it once per charge) but I ran out of time. Oh well, I'm pretty happy with how the core gameplay turned out.

Nicely done! The idea of locking certain parts of the map behind upgrade is good, I like that! It is a pretty easy game but it doesn't make it less fun and satisfying to hit the end!
The cog in the nook in the left corridor is a good piece of level design, lets the player know there's 1. something down there and 2. more speed to gain elsewhere. Without that someone who missed one of the side passages might give up, since jam games have low retention.

Nice simple game. Clean. Great first entry. We've all been there!
Nice simple game, works well, and I actually like the main character bot/tank quite a lot. The track animation was pretty good. It does feel more like time is a resource than every 10s but it's a good enough start to build on top off.

I like the robot design a lot. I also enjoy that the game is very low stress and still challenging. The way the map type is different depending on the route you take is a nice detail. The boosts are fun too. Great design. I would play more if there were more levels.
@alpacalypse Thanks for noticing! I wanted to subtly guide the player without explicit directions and it looks like it worked.

Ayy, I beat it. Very fun game. The mechanic of the charging stations works very well and the simplicity of a speed upgrade unlocking new areas is very cool. Enjoyed this very much.

Congratulation on your first game jam! You did really well. I liked how the upgrades made the rest of the playing area accessible and how some of the cogs felt like they were juust precisely out of reach. Well done!

For a first game jam, that's amazing! My first jam I quitted halfway in rage and spent the rest of the time in my house, drinking tea to calm my nerves down, lol (and I'm not even joking!). I love how easy to understand your game is and how intuitive is to play, really spot on game design. Congratulations on this entry!

Nice little game, I managed to win! I even found _two_ secret passageways... one had a cog in it, the other was clearly a bug, which I was unable to reproduce, where I went through a wall in a corner and was able to run around outside the playing field until I ran out of energy ^_^. When I first got a cog but failed to make it back to safety, I wasn't expecting to be able to keep it, it felt a bit like cheating, though later cogs were clearly only accessible if you died getting them, so it felt okay in the end. I like the robot, he's cute!
This is probably the best mechanics for the 10second theme i played in the jam. Very good map design for the mechanics! very nice touch with the bait gears that you can "almost get"!! the simplistic art style probably didn't catch many eyes but its very fun game!
Nice game. Graphics nice and clear. Particularly like the little animations on the robot. I spent a lot off time trying to get to a cog that was out of reach before I realised I had missed the corridor heading down.
Cute little game! Liked the idea, but I feel like it's a bit off the jam's theme.
