Wacky Pachyderm by fishbrain 2021-10-21T14:03:31Z

Great game! It all fitted together well. The music was just right, and the difficulty was spot on. Combining the balance with the movement, was cool. Perhaps more pixels for added perfection, and maybe a hop to avoid the pesky mice. Excellent!

The Headless Horseman by datadazer 2021-10-05T14:38:56Z

The rhythm got me, too busy trying to jump in time rather then avoid the pumpkins. It all fit together well, having some varied pumpkins (size/colour) would help to mix it up. I loved the manic riding pumpkin dude. And horse!

Zandaka by lilkrit 2021-10-20T17:20:28Z

Took a little while for me to work out what to do, but I managed it. I liked the gentle glowing.Perhaps a randomised mode, for producing the orbs would be neat, but I'd guess there would need to be a threshold to stop it getting out of control. Managed to reign the chaos in.

Umine by gustavo.christino 2021-10-20T17:30:01Z

Well it scared the pants off me, when I put down a bomb straight away, and ruptured the whole level. Very unstable. Soon got the hang of it, and met the creepy demons. Reminded me a lot of mining in Space Station 13. Took me a moment to realise it was more top-down, then a platformer. Very cool. Liked the retro sound vibe.

Meltdown by Ghost20000 2021-10-05T12:22:28Z

Considering I was accidently destroying a nuclear reactor, this was strangley relaxing. The music perhaps was putting me into a trance. I'm not quite sure I'm built to look after a reactor. I was a bit unsure what the capture rod did, but I managed to keep it cool.

Larry's Whacky Alchemy Lab by Tiberiusuciu 2021-10-21T14:29:23Z

Once I worked out the machine was telling me what to guess, I memorised the numbers and pounded the potions. Then drugged up, I tried tottering back home. Pretty wild. Sound effects and graphics were excellent, and cool to play. I imagine if this was multiplayer, with an extra polish, this could be professional. well done!

Unstable Ship! by Ganny 2021-10-21T11:56:20Z

I don't think i'm suited to a life at sea. Pretty hard. I enjoyed the physics, and the concept is excellent! Being below decks and keeping something afloat, and functioning appeals to me. The wind sound effects, were atmospheric. The waves were terrifying!

Mosquito got my Brain by ardorugus 2021-10-21T12:14:16Z

That was summink else. I love it. Lynchian! Reminded me of Eraserhead. Music was cool, voice acting was great, and art was superb. The music continued on for a while at the end, I wasn't sure how long it would go on for? Great experience and narriative.

Atlas The Clownlifter by Croped 2021-10-21T18:47:45Z

This was rock hard. After a while of failing to finger clowns, I caught one of the buggers and build a clown death-spear. Very challenging, but worth the weight. The art is fantastic! I'd like to get a closer up of the action. Seemed so far away. The music was ace, and all worked well. Heres for more acts, next time.

Crank Wick by Reivert 2021-10-21T18:50:31Z

Great aesthetic!

Strong and Stable by natpat 2021-10-21T12:03:13Z

I was just waiting for the field of wheat. And those damn kitten heals. You'll have to shoe-horn "build back better" into the next dare! Well done. I liked how her eyes followed you around the level. Perhaps a 8-bit D-ream, or abba would be approriate.

Steel Coffin by JLV 2021-10-20T18:15:24Z

The concept is great. The music really adds to the atmosphere. In the writing I got a good sense of the world. The steel coffin is a cool motif. Terms of the game, I liked the idea of repairing to surive. Choosing to whether to gamble or not. I was defeated pretty quickly a number of times, as I wasn't sure how to access the resources. Pretty cool either way.

Human Stack™ by Minus 2021-10-06T12:01:46Z

Pretty good. Not often I have to hunt for onagari in the grass. I didn't get why there were sound effects from an office, when we are in the country side? Good to have some narration and different modes.

Tipsy by Trusty 2021-10-21T18:58:31Z

That escalated quickly. The second room was massive. I was expecting to have more directions to move in, but it was still challenging enough. Reminded me why I put down the bottle some years back. The audio was very disconserting. Pretty amusing, and brought back memories. :D Nice job.

Volcano soother by MaximeG 2021-10-20T17:46:21Z

Driving around a desert always reminds me of San Andreas. Felt like the germ of an idea fora GTA mini-game, driving around unwieldy objects. I instantly binned the jeep into the lava once I'd dropped off the load. A map in game, would have been nice, and a chance to change view. Very cool.

Fight of the Bumblebee by Quackqack 2021-10-20T18:08:56Z

Brilliant. Everyone loves a pun. And hexagons. Deforming scenery is cool. The retro sounds were great. The enemy was pretty mean, and the overall concept was pretty original. Very funny. Once I got into the rhythem of it, became easier. Perhaps as you deplete the big-bad's health there needs to be more escalation. Really good.

Farscope by LanaLux 2021-10-05T15:17:36Z

Really ambitious! The opening was pretty epic. And I really appreciated the burbling your crewmates make. And how they trott off to fix tihngs. I was a little unsure of what I was meant to be doing but got the hang of it. The travelling was quite slow paced. The vacuum noise of the sucker made me laugh! I got a really ominous feeling when you got back on the ship and heard the explosions. very atmospheric.

The Great Escape of Alim the Magnificent, as told by his aspirant by spawnie 2021-10-05T12:29:45Z

I held them off for aslong as I could .To be honest I was just spamming potions, towards the end of the run, rather then actually seeing what each combo did. I really like that concept. Perhaps making it more explicit what each one did would be helpful.

Pile Up Medieval by zimny11 2021-10-21T15:21:01Z

That damned.... Scared me. And ruined my town.

Great game. I enjoyed music changes. And trying to churn out enough buildings to get towers. I became obsessed by trying to bridge the gap on the right. Almost got it. Great game!

Everything is Fine by Noire 2021-10-05T17:07:40Z

Sobering... Makes me glad I gave up the demon drink, a number of years ago. I like the minimal sound, and thought the stains on the table was a nice visual touch. I got stuck on the speech bubbles, when the green one refused to act? But it was probably a good thing I missed the ending.

Wiggle Bird by SamDemaine 2021-10-05T14:55:50Z

Lot of fun. As if someone had fed gin to Flappy Bird. A little harsh, when it immediately goes into a wall starting, but I guess thats part of it. I realised lots of little taps was the winning tactic. The art is fantastic.

Magmanimal Island by Battlerager 2021-10-05T12:04:40Z

I loved the concept. The island didn't last long under my care. I like how they were milling around, and the music changed, as things got worse. I couldn't find the delay card. What'd be cool detail if they all had random names.

Eclipse by JazzatheFOSS 2021-10-06T12:09:06Z

Did I know why I kept turning into a demon? No. Did I love whipping people with my cape? Yes. I made it to the end. was intrigued by how those telsa arc poles might work, I think they turned on the lights? Very good.

【night trade】 by jonah 2021-10-06T11:23:25Z

It was very atmospheric. I thought the music was pretty tranquil considering how we were smuggling. I think its a fialing on my part, but it was only towards the end did I work out how to play. Somehow I defeated the boss. :D Very enjoyable. And I loved the art.

Rocket C h a o s by Juanv 2021-10-20T17:51:00Z

I really enjoyed the retro mood. Pretty neat how the black hole curtailed the movement, and got progressivly harder to control. Once I realised I could shoot through the black hole, it became a little easier. Perhaps if the blackhole deformed the bullets around it, that might be a nice addition.

Unstable Atoms by Harmadillo 2021-10-20T17:39:45Z

Interesting game. Probably doesn't help I left behind my chemistry many years ago. I thought the idea of transfer energy between enemies is a neat idea. I could have done with more of a hand-holding tutorial. But that's probably just me.

Coven by PRSVL 2021-10-21T14:45:24Z

Somehow I miraculously won first time, when three of them spontaneous jumped into their portals, the following times were much more of a challenge. I wasn't quite sure what I was doing but it was fun playing "shove ha'penny" with demons. The art was excellent. Great style!

Mountaineer by vsi- 2021-10-06T11:56:27Z

Pretty cool. Once you get into the rhythm of it, it becomes pretty...gripping. Took me a while to get how to use the rope. Sometimes a little harsh, but in a good way. Reminded me of 'Getting Over it',

Unstable Room by RollCreators 2021-10-05T14:30:16Z

Moving between characters was a really need idea. Rather then just getting a new weapon. I only realised there were goals to achieve some distance into the runs. I really like how the red demon dudes ran away from me, especially when I was holding a little hatchet. It did get a bit laggy at some points, when the slugs began to overwhelm.

Wobbly City At Sea by rjmarzec 2021-10-21T14:56:24Z

Brilliant game. Challenging, orginal and inventive. I liked juggling the different variables, both the weight, and happiness. The weight won out. I knew those stadiums were going to be heavy bois! well done.

Unstable Spore by Shuimen 2021-10-20T18:00:58Z

I managed to understand it after a while. Being asked to pick cards before knowing how to use them was daunting. I could do with hand-holding or a simple tutorial. The theme was excellent, defeating spores is fun. Reminded me of Space Station 13, when the spores invade there. Set inside a structure or specific location, such as an abandoned spaceship, might give the game more atmosphere. Pretty cool. Having a reset button would have helped, me pick the game up quicker.

Trenchmouth by Mords 2021-10-21T17:52:39Z

Very atmospheric. I loved the aesthetic. Reminded me of old Bitmap games mixed with Fallout (which I think has already been mentioned). I also got vibes of 'Sunless Sea.' This game clearly has a ton of promise. I couldn't quite work out what was going on, the supplies didn't seem to shift, but this is very early work afterall. I could see myself stalking the wastes for a long time. Bonus for the cool music to., and the well written narrative segments.

Rocky Eruption by Jojeando 2021-10-05T12:14:39Z

Worked well for me. I like the jumpin noises. I wasn't too sure if the umbrella did anything, but I enjoyed the coin explosion. I also appreciated the random comments when you died. One day I'll see the princess...

Mother Is Gone by Ppdolphinyy 2021-10-05T17:23:23Z

Great title. Pretty spooky. Nice to meet an original monster. Having the phone, and torch was pretty nice touch.

Astounded by J. H. Jaskeran 2021-10-21T15:07:10Z

Brilliant! The art was increadibly, and the music was really atmospheric. The story was great, from what I could understand. I loved how the tree elements, were layered on the map, and you'd run through them. The falling clouds were a nice touch. Great game.

Wobbly Cannonry by LucDeligne 2021-10-21T14:19:33Z

Really inventive! I love how the more powerful the weapon got, the harder it was for it to control. at one stange I manged to rock one of the cannons onto a point and just pivot it around for a bit. Great way of getting the player to come up with their own strategies.

Wurst Angst Apple Joy by Alexej 2021-10-06T11:44:31Z

Pretty unique. I was abit unsure what I was meant to be doing, but I soon worked out the shifting in personalities or mood. I was half expecting an invasion of werewolves or the some reveal about canablistic sausage meat. This the work of a deranged mind. And it was great.

Diamonds in the Rough by animawish 2021-10-21T14:14:41Z

Very creative. Reminded me of minesweeper, in a funny way. Once you got a hang of how the snakes work, it came much more about respecting them and their moods, rather then blowing them to pieces. Really good.

Where's My Tripod? by Pixelydian 2021-10-05T14:46:34Z

Brilliant. Very funny, for such a simple gain. Loved how the coughing and sneezing, became your enemies, rather then anything in the world. It was only towards the end of my film, did I realise I was meant to be taking decent, 'green' shots. :) Really good.

The Leaning Tower Of Pizza by erikengineengineer 2021-10-21T15:33:45Z

Ridiculous. I was half expecting a chef to be standing in the background with hands on his/her head when the tower fell. Maybe a gust of wind or a passerby, would give it more sense of peril. Very funny. I liked the squelch.

Bricks Ahead by Weekend Warrior 2021-10-06T11:35:02Z

I love the idea of it. Very funny. Considering I spent all lockdown with builders on either side of me, this felt pretty apt. Found the downloadable version, so much better to play then the in-browser. Great sound effects. Why we are in a hole in a ground to start with, I'll never know. Reminded me of a old british song called Right Said Fred, with Bernard Cribbins.

Chemical Love by der Mondhase 2021-10-21T11:48:36Z

This was pretty interesting. I played it for a while trying to get different endings. Great replayability! For a game made in such a short time it was fun. The humour was dark, and a cool twist on an RPG staple.

Usher 651 by FromTheChasm 2021-10-05T14:47:57Z

hmmm? I wonder whats going on there. Maybe you can post a screen shot. :) thanks for giving it a go either way.

Usher 651 by FromTheChasm 2021-10-05T14:48:53Z

@michael_faragher It repeats, rather then restarts. I recorded about 40 seconds on the piano in the morning...Far as my musical talent would stretch. :D The weird notes for each click get a bit crazy after a while. Thanks for playing.

Usher 651 by FromTheChasm 2021-10-20T20:07:29Z

@der-mondhase I'm very sorry about this. I've not heard of anyone else having a problem like yours. Perhaps there are some settings in your Windows Defender you'd need to change. I probably wouldn't risk it, in case of forgetting to change it back. I'll try and work out how to make it web-compatible next time, to provide better accessability.

Usher 651 by FromTheChasm 2021-10-20T20:47:21Z

@der_monhase I coded it in, to be fairly small. I'd have to change a few things to make it fully resizable. Maybe, by the next one, I'll know how.
