This is brilliant! Nicely done!

This is brilliant! Nicely done!
Playing this game, I was super impressed with the level of polish and even more impressed when I returned to the page and saw that it was a compo game. I loved the music and that the art was simple, but fluid. I also thought that the inventory system was cleverly designed and added a valuable layer to the game.
My only suggestion would be to add a short transition animation when jumping between star systems, as being thrown straight into battle felt a bit disorienting to me. Otherwise great game!
That was pretty fun. The controls and shooting mechanics were slick and the music was well made. Great game!
I was a bit confused at first, but the game turned out to be oddly relaxing and addictive. I think it'd make a great mobile game if development were to continue.
Great game! I really liked the art style of the character. I think it could use a bit more variation on obstacle layouts, but otherwise it was well polished and fun to play.
Fun game with some solid gameplay. The underlying idea is somewhat similar to that of my own entry, so I found it fascinating to see it implemented differently. I think you took the right approach in focusing on the core mechanics rather than graphics, which is something I didn't quite get right in my game. I also thought the music was actually pretty good.
Loved the art style and music. The controls were very slick and felt good. Awesome game!
A smart and well polished implementation of this kind of game. I liked the idea of treating failures, such as accidentally catching a fish, as an achievement in its own right.
Nice game with an interesting idea. One suggestion I'd make is to have the camera follow the player so that they can move at their own pace.
I love the look and feel of this game. I agree with the others who have said that the enemies are too fast, which made it super difficult from the get-go.
The game doesn't load for me when I try to play in the browser (Chrome).
Edit: Seems to be a problem on my side.
Great to see a first person game here. Is there a way to block or avoid enemy attacks? I keep just trading blows and dying on the first level.
Nice take on Super Mario x Inception. The controls felt a bit floaty/clunky, but otherwise a solid, funny and enjoyable game. Nicely done!
Awesome game! Loved the art and humor. Are you supposed to respawn with only 1/4 of your battery?
Fun and atmospheric game. I thought the depth meter was a pretty cool touch.
Simple mechanics but really fun to play. The infinite level system was cleverly done.
Great idea and well executed! I liked the use of the soul catchers to give the player something to do while the battle happened as well as to generate their income. Well done!
Valiant effort, the core mechanics are all there. Two suggestions I would have are to: 1. Add textures to the water or change the color of the background water in order to help the player's depth perception. 2. Be careful of placing trees in places that can block the player's camera.
Otherwise nice work, keep it up!
Thanks for the awesome feedback @youthfulidealism, I totally agree with your points. There actually is WASD camera controls implemented, although its not mentioned anywhere in the game so its not very obvious.
As for the audio, I ran out of time to create any so there isn't any in this build.
@vincent-abel-grimalt @samguy Thanks for the feedback and for alerting me to the bug!
Nice game! I enjoyed the humor, art and music. The gameplay was a bit confusing as wasn't sure if I was doing well or not.
Wow, that was fun to play. The mouth-laser was super satisfying to fire, especially when charged to the max. Excellent work!
Very well polished. The art and music were amazing, and it felt super satisfying when I got the panda to finally fall along with the other plushies.
Awesome game! The rappelling mechanic was pretty cool and surprisingly intuitive to use.
I love the look and feel of this game and the switching between open and submerged areas is an interesting mechanic.
I get "Access denied" on the Google Drive link. You may need to set it to public.
Cute art style. I did not expect some of the endings I got...
Really cool mechanic that is cleverly used to craft interesting puzzles.
Great idea and well implemented. I quite liked the creative sound effects as well.
Fun game with simple but satisfying graphics. Well done!
Pretty fun! There's a surprising amount of strategy to the gameplay.
Absolutely brilliant game, from idea to implementation to polish. Loved it!
Cool concept with a good implementation. I found it rather satisfying to set off chain reactions even though the usually led to a meltdown.
Interesting concept and the gameplay was fun and intuitive. The game could do with a bit more structure though, such as goals or levels.
Fun and difficult game. Having to keep the reactor position in mind when shooting added an interesting layer to the gameplay. As has already been mentioned, I did have some issues with mouse sensitivity and enemies spawning on top of me.
I really enjoyed this one. Both the visuals and gameplay were great, although it was a bit easy as I could just spam the attack. Great work!
What an awesome game! Loved the visual style and sounds effects, and the sniper rifle felt so satisfying to shoot.

I liked the art style and mood, great game.
Cool concept. The controls are a bit finicky though and it would be great if you could remove just your last placed sign instead of all of them. Would be cool to see this idea expanded upon.
That was amazing. You did such a great job in setting the mood of the game and also mixing it up from time to time.
Love the concept and art style. Would have liked to see a bit more depth in terms of purchase options, but the game was still enjoyable for its duration.
This is the first game I've seen that uses boids as part of the main gameplay mechanic and you've pulled it off nicely. Great work!
I like the tradeoff between being able to see and attack. Would make an interesting mechanic to build a full horror game around. Nice work!
