The concept of fighting against a cursed Windows 98 computer is absolutely brilliant! Bringing classic apps like Minesweeper, Pinball, and Arkanoid to life as boss attacks is a fantastic interpretation of the "Old Tech" theme. The visual style and retro OS atmosphere are spot-on for a Compo game. It felt quite chaotic and hardcore at first, and it took me a moment to realize I needed to dodge the Arkanoid/Minesweeper elements while shooting back at the monitor to cause a BSOD! The difficulty curve is a bit steep, but the creativity behind the boss phases is awesome. Great job with this entry! If you have some time, I’d love for you to check out my retro-tech ASMR cleaning game too!
There is so many ideas going on constantly make you feel hocked, I like the mouse click attack most

Yep, I always knew Microsoft was an evil corporation and Windows was its physical manifestation. It was satisfying to finally destroy it! Really well done, and big respect for making it in JS!

Took me a good number of attempts to finally win but love the the inspo for a bossfight powered by a bunch of old windows games. Very cool idea very fun single little bossfight
This game is way too hard, even though it looks pretty good. I died in the first 5 seconds. Sure, the boss has a lot of diverse and interesting attacks, but there's just too much chaos on the screen, and I can't dodge the projectiles in time.

The way you synthesized classic games—like mines and pinball—into one massive boss encounter is genuinely creative. It makes the chaotic screen feel earned, rather than just overwhelming. Huge kudos on bringing such a vivid retro atmosphere to the fight!

Fun and challenging! I barely made it through. The cursor was especially sneaky :)

The windows inspired attacks are nicely done. It id take a couple tried to understand everything one screen. Fun game.

Very cool! Loved the mouse trying to grab m felt really dangerous
the idea of fighting a cursed windows 98 pc is funny, but the execution feels a bit rough. the visuals are pretty basic and the screen gets so chaotic that it's hard to tell what's going on or dodge the attacks.
i think the game would benefit a lot from toning down the amount of stuff flying at you at once, or at least making the player character stand out more against the background. the concept has potential, but right now it feels more frustrating than fun.
good luck with the post-jam version!
