LD60 — Old Tech (58)

TERMINAL BREACH by Apetrosia 2026-10-27T09:23:59Z ♥ 1

I wish I don't have to focus input after every command. I've probably missed a little a story behind. Overall it is quite challenging and fun! Great entry

Mycelium by Aleksey Salion 2026-10-27T09:15:44Z ♥ 1

This game definitely requires tutorial for the future. It took me long time to understand. But once I've understood - good gameplay. I like the graphics, great potential

Fantomansis's secret by TurboLaser 2026-10-27T08:46:45Z ♥ 1

Cool, I thought I was stupid that my first password was not fitting, but I've overthinked it. Cool idea, nice Old tech interpretation. Great entry

Analog Overdrive by maxxxMAX 2026-10-26T15:45:12Z ♥ 0

Wow, so much features! I love the aesthetics (sound + colors). Really nice game

The Switchboard Operator by Isline 2026-10-26T15:33:58Z ♥ 0

Hey, switchboard game brother! Game is good, I see good potential with mixing scenarios (calling a place or a person, maybe solving some puzzles). I had some troubles with input playing in Web, probably standalone client won't have such issues. Great entry

Tuny and Volty by milq 2026-10-23T20:41:54Z ♥ 2

Oh, this is a fantastic Sokoban game with so many cool mechanics! The levels are varied and interesting, and there are plenty of them. The art and music are absolutely top-notch. An amazing game overall. Great work!

The Lost Rifleman by freamdev 2026-10-23T20:36:27Z ♥ 2

That was terrifying! It’s super immersive, and the sound design makes it even scarier. Aiming feels a little tricky, and getting hit by enemies from behind feels a bit unfair at times. But overall, it’s a really great game. Awesome work!

Plug & Play by VenFola 2026-10-23T14:27:35Z ♥ 1

Nice, I found green color very hard, challenging, but fun. Good job!

Punched to Go by Yorsh 2026-10-23T12:51:30Z ♥ 1

This is crazy good. My first idea was a punch card game to move a robot, but I gave up with it. I really love coding games and this one is goooood! I see great potential. Graphics is awesome, sounds are nice. Just nice work, probably game is not for everyone, but I like it. Nice job!

The Final Claw by wheelsx 2026-10-22T22:40:28Z ♥ 0

Screenshot 2026-10-23 003838.png - How big do you want your claw to be? - Yes!

That is what I call THE PROGRESSION. Very addictive, very fun. Endless game, endless fun. A M A Z I N G!

Dear Diary by Roroto Sic 2026-10-22T20:15:56Z ♥ 1

Resolution could be more for Gameboy jam :) I wish u had more time to make it bigger. Still nice style and good job!

Sound of Night by mikeware 2026-10-22T18:19:23Z ♥ 0

I've played games in this LD where you have to enter morse code, but never listened. This game gave me a new experience. Great job and awesome entry. I like how much effort for tutorial and story behind it. Nice!

Doodle Skate by OddballDave 2026-10-22T18:08:47Z ♥ 1

One of the most fun game in this LD. Great game, nice tutorial and level 3 pen** in the corner :)

Old Claw Machine by Jon Curtin 2026-10-22T17:55:09Z ♥ 0

Screenshot 2026-10-22 195419.png Managed to get 6. I had almost got 7, but it slipped. I found this game very addictive! Great job!

BOGEY OR BANDIT by rekk1d 2026-10-22T17:36:20Z ♥ 0

It’s a bit hard to figure out what’s going on at first, but the tutorials definitely help! The graphics look great. Nice work!

Semaphore by Helagos 2026-10-22T17:32:59Z ♥ 0

A great game with a medieval theme! It’s pretty engaging, but definitely challenging. Nice work!

T.O.R.Q by BadPiggy 2026-10-22T15:29:21Z ♥ 1

Incredibly intense and fun! This must have been pretty challenging to pull off, but the result is awesome. Really impressive work. Great game!

Primitive Logistics by CupofCuppuccino 2026-10-22T11:40:24Z ♥ 0

Pretty fun! For some reason, I really enjoyed watching the robot get bonked on the head by a log. I love the idea of combining Old Tech (logs) with New Tech (a robot). Such a clever take on the theme. Great job!

Stitch, Snip, Ship by Jooooooise 2026-10-22T08:10:57Z ♥ 0

Wow, this is awesome! The graphics, music, and concept are all great. And there’s a cat, too! What more could you ask for? Great job!

Quiet Carriage by gamescodedogs 2026-10-22T08:06:59Z ♥ 1

I really love the concept! One thing that feels a bit awkward is quickly dragging people around — for some reason, you have to be a real sniper to select the right person. Also, everyone seems to want the Golden Seat! I think adding more varied passenger requirements could make the gameplay even more interesting. Great job!

Connect me, Please! by qmdev 2026-10-21T19:49:25Z ♥ 0

Yo, switchboard game brother! Really cool game. Connecting everything feels so satisfying, and the sound design makes it even better. Awesome work! I tried to achieve that same satisfying feeling of making connections in my own game, but I don’t think I quite nailed it. You absolutely did!

RetroWare by Viktoria 2026-10-21T17:47:41Z ♥ 1

Screenshot 2026-10-21 194511.png

This is really challenging! Especially typing on the rotary phone — it feels impossible to get the text entered in time. I’m also not entirely sure what the cowboy is about. But other than that, this game hit me right in the nostalgia. Great job!

Right To Repair by Telkan 2026-10-21T09:17:14Z ♥ 1

Awesome! I managed to survive for 7 years and 10 months. The music is fantastic and really captures the vibe of the era. I was also thinking about doing something with the Nokia 3310! Really great execution. Well done!

Argo by ACartlidge 2026-10-21T08:58:22Z ♥ 0

The door sound scared me too! I really like the game’s style. Great job!

The Old Techmongery by designernap 2026-10-21T08:52:23Z ♥ 1

Сool game! Nicely done!

Apteka by Eugenik 2026-10-20T22:21:27Z ♥ 2

Wow, this is really well done! Such a clever take on the jam theme. Awesome work!

Pearishable by Fis 2026-10-20T22:19:42Z ♥ 3

I absolutely love puzzles, and this feels like a full-fledged game rather than just a game jam prototype. Everything is so polished and well put together. This is seriously a contender for the win!

Full Steam Ahead! by XeduR 2026-10-20T19:59:50Z ♥ 1

That was unexpected! The art is amazing, and the gameplay is super fast-paced and fun. Really cool and polished game. Awesome work!

Lady DeBugger by fullmontis 2026-10-20T19:55:17Z ♥ 0

Pretty challenging game! The timing windows are quite tight, and it can be a bit tricky to get everything right. The graphics look great, though. Well done!

Fliptober: Retro Edition by PurpledArtFrog 2026-10-20T17:58:19Z ♥ 1

I really love this art style! Such a cool idea and a great game. Awesome work!

Who is Nana? by AO-85 2026-10-20T17:53:53Z ♥ 1

Beautiful game! The visuals and sound design are both great. Nice work!

PHOBOS 101 by vorondesan 2026-10-20T15:58:09Z ♥ 1

Love the sound design, art, and concept! I’ve only found 9 facts so far, but I’m going back to try and find all 47. I’m not entirely sure what the archiving mechanic is for, though. The idea is really cool, and the execution is top-notch. Great job!

Blackwater by Avi 2026-10-20T09:52:21Z ♥ 1

Pretty fun game! I feel like the shooting sound could fit a bit better, and I found it a little difficult to hit targets. Sometimes it feels unfair when a ship seems to be in the hit zone, but the shot still misses. Still, a solid game overall. Nice work!

Mom, I'm ONLINE! by CptDrusha 2026-10-20T08:53:46Z ♥ 1

What an inception, I play Doom on a computer in a computer on my computer. Nice job! So fun

No Man's War by SHAKIROVICH 2026-10-19T22:16:04Z ♥ 0

There’s something really cool about using Morse code in a game! I even managed to kill someone and make it to the first trench. Pretty fun game, and respect for making it in Unreal!

Deep Dive by vidarn 2026-10-19T22:08:59Z ♥ 1

Really cool deck builder! The cat and dog protagonists are adorable, and the art is fantastic. Great job!

da Vinci's WAR MACHINE by Fassenberg 2026-10-19T22:06:46Z ♥ 1

Really cool take on Vampire Survivors! If I could offer one suggestion, I think the upgrades could be a bit more interesting, but other than that, it’s a great 3D game that fits the jam theme perfectly. Awesome work! Leonardo would have been proud of this game :)

Plug and Pray by Maksim Chugunov 2026-10-19T21:58:42Z ♥ 0

I have absolutely no idea what’s going on :) There are so many controls, I’m completely lost. But seriously, great job! I have no clue how you managed to make all of this in just two days. Massive respect!

Machinerra by NoNumbersGames 2026-10-19T21:39:11Z ♥ 1

This game is hard, I just get swarmed by bees. BEEEEEES AHAHA! Cool concept and the whole game. Good job!

Old Tech Village by TasakaSama 2026-10-19T21:36:02Z ♥ 0

Really cool Minecraft-like game! I love the art style and the colors, and the theme is super fun. The idea of being attacked by Old Tech is such a cool twist! Everything fits together really well. Great job!

Punch Corp by Jiri Hysek 2026-10-19T19:14:12Z ♥ 1

My original idea was to make a game about punch cards. I’m so glad I decided not to pursue it, because it would’ve looked pretty bad next to this! The vibe and style really remind me of 7 Billion Humans. This is my favorite game from the jam so far. Absolutely fantastic!

The Last Tumbler by Flightless 2026-10-19T15:45:55Z ♥ 1

One word comes to mind when I think of this game: **style!** The graphics are absolutely stunning. Amazing work!

BOSSFIGHT98.EXE by Alexey Kuzovkov 2026-10-19T15:43:32Z ♥ 1

Yep, I always knew Microsoft was an evil corporation and Windows was its physical manifestation. It was satisfying to finally destroy it! Really well done, and big respect for making it in JS!

The Red Baron takes flight again by CaptainDreamcast 2026-10-19T15:40:05Z ♥ 1

Massive respect for your choice of technology! As an engineer myself, I really appreciate seeing something like this. The art style made me smile, too. Just wish the game were a bit longer!

Stardust by Gevernus 2026-10-19T15:31:59Z ♥ 1

Huge respect for making this from scratch on a canvas without a game engine! The game feels really polished, and the sound effects fit perfectly. Great job!

Unclaimed by ancooper 2026-10-19T15:27:11Z ♥ 1

Wow, the art and concept are absolutely amazing! I love Machinarium, and this game is right up my alley. Definitely giving this one a high rating!

What is this? by Dreamerkaj 2026-10-19T15:19:17Z ♥ 1

The graphics Is beautiful! But I just can’t get past the first level. I brought everything I could find to the campfire, but I still couldn’t figure out which item is supposed to be highlighted in green. Sorry!

Old Man Playing Old Game by NTMalichi 2026-10-19T15:14:16Z ♥ 1

This is awesome! I sound pretty much the same as the main character. Definitely a 5-star rating for Fun!

Hail Mary by Dblazer63 2026-10-19T15:10:38Z ♥ 2

Yay, I finally managed to fly out of the solar system! 🚀 At first, I was a bit scared by the number of controls, but I got the hang of them pretty quickly. Really cool concept, and it fits the jam theme perfectly! Too bad you’re not in the Compo category, I would’ve loved to take a look at the source code. :)

Teteria by kanity 2026-10-19T14:53:05Z ♥ 1

eng: Such a cute game! If only I could draw half as well as you, my own game would be so much better. I especially love the poems at the end. You can really feel how much heart and soul went into this game. ❤️

Funeral Song by II-P 2026-10-19T14:40:33Z ♥ 1

I'm sorry, not able to play. Itch says the page is quarantined. Is looks like it's Unity project. Can you make web version?

Scrap Treasure by Pazio di Dante 2026-10-19T09:26:40Z ♥ 0

Really cool game! It was a bit hard to figure out what to do at first, but surprisingly, I got hooked pretty quickly. You can tell a lot of work went into this, and the jam theme is implemented in a really clever way. Great job!

Old Dam Shift by Blus7 2026-10-19T09:12:55Z ♥ 1

My university thesis was easier than this game! :D It took me about five tries before I finally started getting the hang of it. Really interesting take on the theme!

The DogWood Hill Funicular by Bea 2026-10-19T09:06:07Z ♥ 1

Really nicely done! I feel so bad every time the cable cars crash into the ground. :( It would be cool to have a brake button and build the gameplay around how smoothly you can get your passengers to their destination. Great concept!

Necropolis by amkingTRP 2026-10-19T08:55:04Z ♥ 1

I really like the progression! At first, I thought it was just a simple platformer, but then I got the double jump, and things got more interesting. The dash took it to another level and introduced some fun puzzles. The turrets are especially cool, and I love how bullets keep flying! I actually managed to die, respawn, and then die again to the exact same bullet. :) The turrets are even aimed right at head level! I thought I could dodge the bullets with the dash, but nope. Great job, really fun game!

The Last Chance by Mugule 2026-10-19T08:44:13Z ♥ 1

This is really cool! I’ve never had to communicate using Morse code before, and it feels so satisfying when your message gets through. I also love how I get faster and more accurate with each attempt. The game fits the theme perfectly, and the whole thing feels really polished. Great job!

Charlotte's Balloonatic by Steven Garberg 2026-10-19T08:36:05Z ♥ 0

Such a cute game! The controls feel really nice, and the art style is adorable. I also love how creatively you interpreted the theme. Great job! I took a look at the code too, and it’s just as clean and well put together :)

NEO REPAIR: KAWAIITECH by ynukym.academy 2026-10-19T08:26:38Z ♥ 1

The game is really satisfying to play! I’d love to be able to control the object’s position on the screen myself, so I could finish cleaning one side before moving on to the next. Really cool take on the theme!

And thanks for rating my game!

P.S. Don't forget to include source code :)
