Gameplay is nice, easy to understand but maybe lacks a little bit of features, which is understandable. Graphics and sounds are way too simple, i am not sure 3D is necessary for this game. Overall the game is pretty decent, and i liked the theme interpretation of going deeper into the forest, however graphics and sound design pull it back. Decent job anyway!
Game is nice. Pretty easy. I thought the AI of enemies is a bit easy too. Graphics are not bad! Sounds are not bad as well, but lack of music actually.. would be better with easy tracks :) Good project!
My last bandit betrayed his friends and then went insane. 10/10

Very interesting kind of game board! Did you connect all those nodes manually or are they generated?
I kinda ditched my group right away and just ran past everyone with my five moves guy. Didn't know how to progress beyond day 10 though. Do I need to beat all the enemies there?
@grid96 nodes are generated with Poisson-Disc algorithm. Level 10 is final custom level and you need to beat all enemies there. Nevertheless you can continue the game after :)

Amazing concept and implementation. Love it very much.
Though I didn't understood that you have to move all 4 characters to the end tiles before pressing escape and left with only one guy after level 1.
Game became a bit easy as I easily finished to lvl 11 with this one dude. I think if enemies actually blocked you and you couldn't just run over them, it would be much more challenging.
But as it is, truly great!
@nicekot thank you for feedback! Escaping first level with not whole team is by design to teach player the mechanic :) Not time for tutorials!
As for overall balancing, it's really not perfect as didn't had enough time to playtest during developing. I will definitely address this in post LD version.

Great game. Graphics are simple and clear. I like the little arenas and the randomized characters. For the events between levels it would be nice to have a choice or interact with them in some way. Showing the health of each character(like the action points) would be nice.
