Very cool game! Especially since this is your first game ever, great job! I enjoyed the graphics and the music. I really liked the moment when I realized I have become i little red lab mouse :D
One thing you could improve is how your colliders match your sprites. Sometimes I found it a bit hard to see where I could stand on and where I could pass through.
Overall a really cool little experience, you can be proud of yourselfes :)
It is very thoughtful of you to have implemented multiple endings for a first time, that immediately add depth. Art direction has a global coherence which is always a good point.
You could mainly improve on the controls, having something more dynamic, but those concept are not easy to put in place.
Overall very cool :)
Pretty nice and easy game. We were impressed by nonlinear story, good job!

Really cute art and I love the idea of the game expanding on certain stories depending on what you pick up. The controls feel a little off though. Well done!
I completed my -//spoiler//- career! That was a really strange career choice for a mouse... Wonderful game! I really liked the cute graphics, well made! The collisions were a little bit strange, but the game was still very fun! Well done!
Congrats on making a game for the first time, thats an interesting take on the theme. I chose science path cause I didn't find enough fruit lol. Like the realistic organ art, the background drawing is a bit muddy. The jump is a bit floaty and the character slides around doesn't feel great. Like the music really add to the mood.
A great result for your first game! The platforming itself felt a little sluggish and floaty, but that's to be expected if this is your first time. I ran through twice, the first time trying to pick up everything and getting the science ending; the second time only picking fruit and feeling more wholesome at the end.
The graphics are pretty cohesive, though at times I struggled a little figuring out what I could move through and what would block me--a visual indication for the difference would be welcome.
The music is very nice and sets a great mood. Some jump and pickup sounds would have been the cherry on top.
Nice job, keep making games!

I enjoyed the art and the humor! I thought that the first text disappeared a bit too fast, so I wasn't super sure what to do, but was able to figure it out pretty fast! As a few people mentioned above, some of the collisions felt a little off, but those are hard. The music was awesome!
This was also my first game jam and first time programming for a game and there's a lot to learn! Hope you had as much fun as I did!
I love the idea and the commitment to the theme of the jam, and I looove the art especially once the mouse becomes a mad scientist. The movement was a bit difficult to get the hang of as I expected the controls to be more responsive. Overall, a really great game!

Fun little game, had to get used to the double jumping a little, I would expect to keep going up a little after letting go. I also got stuck in a branch in what I think is the last fruit level? Art was great, the different music gave a good atmosphere that fit where I went. Great job for your first jam game!

Very good that you learned Godot on the fly for this. Nice work and funny theme! I would love to see more in this style. Maybe a *fleshed* out game with developments on the story? That would be sick. Anyway. Great handmade graphics and sweet music! We also hand-drew our graphics, see if you like them! Good luck in the contest.

Great game! For a first ever game you did a great job. A small note for the future, refine the collisions a little more
Good entry! Very impressive for your first game and learning on the go! Keep on making games

Is it impressive for a first game, plus being made in 48 hours? Certainly. Is it rough? Certainly. Is there a strange sense of charm that it radiates? Certainly. :v:

Cool music! Also cute graphics :P Is there a different ending when not collecting any organs?!
Success on science!
Really liked the idea that your character and goal would change based on what you decide to collect, it was such a clever spin on the theme.
Unfortunately the first info screen disappeared way too quickly and couldn't read it all, which consequently felt like I was missing part of the story. However I loved the sudden change in atmosphere when you went down the science path, the music and character design especially was really effective in showing that. On that regard, I really enjoyed the music throughout.
Controls are probably the part that needs the more fixing. They felt pretty clunky and "floaty", and it was also kinda unclear that you could double-jump until I accidentally managed to do it. A snappier movement would go a long way in making the game feel more fun and engaging to play.
Great job on your entry!
Dude. that was a really fun and lovely game little game.
Really cute and fun game I like the art direction, especially the science victory screen which gave off a Cruelty Squad vibe. The one thing that could use improvement is the jump controls, I think just speeding up the jump and making it so that letting go of the spacebar didn't stop your upwards momentum it would feel alot better. But overall very nice, especially for a first game.

As a scientist myself I totally relished the little guys descent into becoming a mad scientist more than i should have haha. Joke aside, apart from some minor problems with not very responsive controls I really liked the game and i think you did a fantastic job for 48 hours and i'm very surprised you don't have way more ratings. Well done!

For a first time, you all did very well! It's a very cute game, I love all the little fruits in game, but it can be a bit hard sometimes to make the jumps! But well done!
