great game!how to finish this in 3 days!amazing!
Cool! In a couple of days you have made a great game with interesting gameplay and a lot of content!
Mecha game !!!!!! I love the way to equip the module on the mecha, it's like a tetris inventory, and the canon appear on the mech ! The sound design can be better, the graphics are really good. Maybe the walk of the mecha can be more heavy, with step be step walking, and using effect and sound. That's a really good entry ! Felicitation !
I really like that you can see each attached weapon on the hull. And cannon is OP in best way possible
Oh, this game is so fun  I love it! Maybe destroyed enemies might not have health bar (and collision). Also, in one specific level, enemies spawned after level was cleared - it was bug or purpose?
As above, the visibility of the weapons as they come together is really cool! I would have liked a little more feedback on the shots I was taking, but it was really fun to play. Well done!
Cool game, very fun to play.
Played this game. And I really liked it, pew-pew laser, boom! The game is bomb! I wish the developers to release the game and get greater effect! Thanks for the game!
Loved fiddling with various builds. Gameplay loop is addictive. Good stuff!
That was a lot more fun than I expected!
I have some nitpicks: - The cannon is way more powerful than the other weapons, the enemies died almost instantly, especially when combined with a minigun. I died the minute I tried to switch my trusty cannon/minigun combo for all shotguns. - The difficulty is not very consistent across levels. At first, the game is moderately challenging and after upgrading, it is fairly easy for a very long time. At some point, after an easy level, an insane amount of enemies gets spawned and I get killed quickly. - On a few occasions, I accidentally dragged my mouse cursor to a second monitor and needed to get it back. Thankfully the game got paused, but it would be better if the cursor was locked to the game. - The camera was shaking a bit too much for my taste when things got hectic. - If I remember correctly, the right inventory grid corresponded to the left mouse button and the left inventory grid to the right mouse button? It was slightly confusing for me.
Other than that, I had a lot of fun. I liked the core idea very much, I love the little grid and how you need to think about what to fit in there. More games should do that with the inventory IMHO  The graphics are also very nice, so great job overall!
That was really fun. Some weapons/difficulty balancing would be nice BUT the game is a joy to play. Impressive polish. I would LOVE a reload mechanic to make the use of cover even more important.
Really congrats for this game!
I liked the build variations you could try during gameplay. Got pretty far until I got destroyed by 20+ laser sniper railgun enemies. I like how chaotic it is, feels like you really are a super machine!
Really enjoyed this game! Guns felt powerful and impactful, sound, music, visuals were great too! Also didn't run into any bugs, everything felt really polished.
Fun arena fighter, this could be a lot of fun with multiplayer in various ways. Fun concept and nailed the combat feedback, it felt satisfying to shoot the guns, great job.
AMAZING. I love mech games, and this jam game is a gem. I hope you'll keep working on it for a full release at some point, hit me up when it's on Steam!
I don’t know why my aim seems to be not very accurate...but it’s really fun and I can’t stop. When there are more enemies arround me, although the firepower is strong, my health is not enough...
A fun game, I liked playing it. You feel powerful at the end.
A fun game, I liked playing it. You feel powerful at the end.
I made my cannon shoot as fast as a minigun. I have become death, the destroyer of worlds. But seriously, this is a very good game. There's even a great replay value with all the different builds you can make. It doesn't look like something made in only three days, good job.
Probably one of my favorite games of this jam. Music doesn't repeat smoothly, but except that the game's quite stable
This game is really fun to play. I like the different types of enemies and that the equipped upgrades actually change how your mech looks like. Well done!
I love the graphics in the game. It was fun to play and soothing on the eyes
So satisfying
Really solid game, especially for the timeframe. I ended up playing this for a lot longer than I intended. The player mech looked awesome too, and dynamically changing based on your loadout was a nice touch. Very well done!
I see a mecha and I HAVE to click it
I adore the idea how the upgrades work, attaching parts in a tetris like matrix
WOW very impressive entry. Loved the upgrade system. Could use a bit of extra balancing, but overall very nice game you have here.
Holy screenshake batman.
Solid game :)
Really cool concept executed pretty well, I love the vfx and juice but wish there was a little more in certain places, footstep noises and servo sounds would have gone a great way to making a good vibe an excellent one.
The balance is unfortunately an issue and the game is far too easy, the cannon is also plainly overpowered but the core concept and execution of it is great, I loved seeing the weapons physically on the mech and it was a lot of fun customising and upgrading.
Awesome submission great work!
Very impressive. Modular mech is cool as heck (especially the way the model adapts), and the tetris element feels very core.
I would have liked to be able to rotate pieces but understand if that wasn't your intention with the balance. Sound design was solid - minigun felt a little underwhelming. Not sure that collision with robo bodies was ideal for keeping it fun (getting boxed in just feels kind of frustrating). Was having a great time, then suddenly hit a crazy difficulty spike and instantly died to 1000 mortars after breezing through the last level.
Overall, wildly impressive entry and one that I played for a fair bit longer than I planned to :) Well done.
Very good game, doing so many different mechanics in 3 days is very good, I especially like the opportunity to put many different weapons on the robot, great work!
What an awesome entry! I had a lot of fun playing this, upgrading my mech felt very rewarding. I only wish there was a way to heal to keep going longer  Keep on making games!
A really solid entry! I think it fits the theme well, with the small arenas and Tetris-like inventory. :-) And it works well and feels like a proper game, having both action and some strategy (with the loadout tinkering).
At first the movement didn't feel very natural but that might of course be about my controlling skills also... And it started feeling better with some speed upgrades in the inventory. I still felt the movement could perhaps be polished a bit as I often felt pretty helpless under fire, with the dash perhaps not always working as I hoped. (I noticed there's a cooldown there and that's definitely ok.) Unless of course the intensity was intentional. :-)
The music was good but I think something a bit more aggressive could have worked even better.
All in all, a really good game, and pretty amazing work in just a couple of days!
Whew, that was really something! Turning this (already sort of powerful) mech into a crazy bullet spewer was a lot of fun :D
Playing on my mac laptop (and trackpad), shooting while aiming was kinda.. interesting :D I think an alternative control to mouse buttons (some keys maybe?) could've helped me, but I do understand that this is probably not the most common machine this is being played on :D
Awesome work, always look forward to playing your teams stuff!
This is an amazing entry, reminds me of a game I had when I was a kid like 25 years ago, really good take on the theme, made me feel very powerful chasing down enemy mechs while dodging mortar fire. Audio and visuals are very coherent, all made sense, would definitely play a finalized version of this, well done and thank you for making and submitting this !
Wow this was so much fun! I played so much of this, full speed, firerate and cannons was a blast! Really loved this one, good job
Being able to combine weapons was cool and fun. The inventory was super fun to mess around with and figure out how to efficiently use. Really well done, good job!
It was fun!I liked shooting and inventory, but somtimes robot control somhow lagy.
I love mechs. I love isometric games. I love simple, easy-to-read design aesthetics. And I love this game. While I had some initial issues understanding how to equip the dropped weapons, once I figured out I had to click on them in the list on the right, I was all set to go. The tried-and-true Tetris-like mechanic of having to physically fit weapons and other system upgrades into a bounded space generally makes inventory management a lot more fun and it's no exception in this game. Coupled with the larger game loop, getting these little moments of puzzling out what I wanted to equip and then figuring out HOW to make it work was pure joy. Not only that, but the mechanic feels very at home with the narrative explanation of configuring the gear on a mechanized war machine. Other than the obvious audio stuff which I'm sure the team is aware of, this is a great, ironically small-scale game, with big ideas, and even bigger robots kicking the crap out of each other. The team did a great job here; you should all be VERY proud of what you accomplished with the time given!
ALL FIVE STARS!!!! love this game so much, must be the top 5 games in this game jam,I cant believe this game is made in three days, love all the details ,shooting flash, speed down when on fire, even enemies dead animation,so great, ps : level design not good enough, I feels so repeated after few levels ,and all my guns are level 2 , wish for more content of this game,I had a good time playing this game, remind me of a great game "RIFT BREAKER" ,nice job
Fun game, really liked this one! Having the weapons actually appear on the mech when you install them was a nice touch. If there's one thing I'd change, it'd be having some kind of labeling on the power ups so you can tell what they are without walking over them.
Mechs are so cool... Awesome game, could have used a bit more variety in the level design. Weapons felt a bit overpowered although I did end up perishing in the end.
