This game was very fun and had nice execution
Nice idea and i like how the enemys learn. Bullets were a bit hard to really control but it was still very fun.
Simple yet cool graphics with the lighting and all. Had a hard time surviving for long. My attractor seemed too weak.
The game looks cute but laggs and is unplayable on my computer :(
(not gonna rate)
Really nice mechanic and gameplay and minimalistic art style, nice job! :)
The atmosphere was excellent. Game design and wave progressions should be worked on more. I did like the music and shapes really fit the theme.
I can't seem to run the game, getting the error:
"The program can't start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer."
@armas0000 you need to install the x64 VS2013 runtime. Usually it is already installed. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
After a few rounds, it seemed like the enemies started adjusting to my hiding spot. If that was intentional, that's quite impressive. A very fun game either way.
Awesome game, the learning made it really cool. The visuals (lighting and all) were great and the projectile pull mechanic was fun.
I'll agree with the crowd here. Hit the money with the graphics and execution. Fun game.
Wow, I had a lot of fun playing this game. At first, I kept dying early but then, at every attempt, I kept trying to figure out how the AI worked to survive a round longer and it eventually became addicting once I figured some stuff out. Awesome work!! :O
That was a fun mechanic. Nice use of color and sounds. Good submission.
I loved this. Just curious - what are the different factors that are being evaluated as part of the fitness function for the enemies?
I would have preferred having better feedback for bullet control, it was difficult to tell how effective my attract / repelling was or if I was even doing it. Having an effect that shows how much each bullet is being influenced would help, or if you just made it so doing a repel on bullets your color mirrors their velocity so it feels snappy.
The AI learning was cool, though it mostly involved progressively getting more and more aggressive when I was playing.
Really cool idea. Great use of machine learning! It didn't really seem like the attractor did much and was hard to tell when it was activated. Usually the AI murdered me hard on round 4. Would love to see more!
Great idea, it was hard for me to figure out how the gravity worked since there's no feedback on activation. Otherwise, very fun game. I'm intrigued by how the A.I. Really learns.
Good job !
Dont quite get how gravity worked, but interesting game. I included it in part 6 of my Ludum Dare 32 compilation video series, if you would like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/Q11RJey0954
