took me a minute to figure out how to progress past the starting pachinko board but when i did i was shocked and then there was another biome after that! really great idea for a game kind of reminds me of frog fractions

Loved this game! Addicting and super fun. You were also spot-on for the deeper and deeper theme. Its a game I'll return to. Excellent work.
Good entry! I liked how you could interact with the ball slightly to influence where it went, it would be nice to see this expanded further. Going far felt rewarding, and I could see this being entertaining with more levels
Great original take on a classic! With some visual and mechanic polish this could be a very addictive experience!
The fact that you have to break out from the pachinko machine is genius!! Map generation was pretty good! I would pay for a more complete version of this.
I like the idea of a pachinko adventure game! It reminds me of that pinball adventure game, Yoku's Island Express
It's great! Like @freddyturbina said, I too, would pay for a full version.
I love this, excellent use of the theme (most games are just "deeper", but this is actually "deeper and deeper" because you go deeper each time) and fun, simple gameplay. This would be a great little timewaster on mobile. I think it would be better if the camera always centred on the ball though since often I can't see what's coming to know whether to use a shield.

Woow that was way more fun than I expected. I ended up playing for more than an hour. Awesome job

Really cool concept with solid execution! It was a neat idea and playing the actual product was fun. The UI became fairly obtrusive as I played more and more however, block me from seeing where I was going at times. Nonetheless, well done!

Original entry, was a bit laggy entering the space level because I was at high speed :rocket: Cool pachinko game good job !!
How about a game of lucky hit?
Very cool idea of what seems like a random game (pachinko), but being able to influence it using upgrades. It makes me think there could be other games like this where you take a gambling game but make it possible to influence it in unique ways.

A very interesting game! I struggled a bit at getting past the first section of pachinko just because I am. Not great at it but! Once getting into the caves, I liked that it felt like a new and different experience every time, partially because I could almost never end up in the same section twice.
The music was nice to listen to in the background, the clinks of collecting coins was delightful and satisfying, and the simple ways of influencing the movement was nice.
Great work, and a unique concept!!

First I refused to click on it because I don't like slot machine games and alike but this one is actually a very clever idea. The boosts / health / shields that are useful in different areas, the incrementing upgrade costs and the overall 2D roll-a-ball mechanics fit well together.
In the lava area it was kinda hard to get what is damaging me, so the art could indicate this with highlights of red colors, making the background more grey-ish, but this was supprisingly good. ^^
Cool game - and if you want to keep going with it, I would maybe change the Art to be easier to read (what is dangerous, what is good/points, how strong is a smoke-steam) and the Theme, but maybe it's just me, thinking that patchinko games don't have any gameplay to them xD
Thanks for creating this game. ^^

I got to depth of 357, I really liked the idea behind it, but a few bits of feedback: Firstly the procedural generation could get stuck so it would only generate the same thing over and over and that path would only go right and not down at all. Secondly some of the art didn't really go super well together, such as the background. Thirdly as I got to the very extreme depths (at around 300+) it did start lagging a lot, I'm not sure why. Finally the camera didn't track you that well, such that when I was on the far right I'd often be behind or near the score and depth text.
But disregarding all that it still was a very innovative and fun experience. I loved the idea behind it and what you were trying to do. Good job!

I'll throw down the gauntlet for anybody to try to beat my high score, lol: temp.png
Not gonna lie, that game is very addicting. Anyway that likely has to be the high score... I had to keep playing until I got 1k. A couple final thoughts: Add a current depth meter, when you get to bonus land it's unclear how much further you have to go to break your record. Also maybe just add a win condition at 1k. Idk at that point there isn't much reason to keep going and it's a hard earned victory.
Also you do need to fix the random generation on the caves such that you never get stuck in a purely horizontal path, finally I would look into what causes the lag because it makes gameplay kinda frustrating. Also maybe having a keyboard mapping for shield might be nice as on a touch pad right click and be annoying, but that's a minor one.
You've developed something fun here, you might want to expand on it.
PS: The health always reads cost of 20 even when it costs much more.

I wasn't sure what I was expecting going into this but it was really addicting! I think my main concerns lie with the procedural generation where some of the places you got stuck felt a little random, and it felt like way too many things hurt you in the later areas that the strategy seemed to be keeping a shield up indefinitely while rushing through with the boosts. Getting that balance right is really hard though, especially in a jam. :P
