LD55 — Summoning

Flower Run by jk5000 2024-04-16T19:02:38Z

Nice work. It's a simple idea, but fun to play for several runs. And the voice acting is a great touch :)

Patty Panic by thomz12 2024-04-19T21:32:25Z

This is really well done! I enjoyed the simplicity and intuitiveness of the game. I knew immediately what I need to do and it was fun right from the start. I like the simple and clean visual style also. Great work!

Summon Death by TheMadPangolin 2024-04-15T17:36:54Z

This was really enjoyable! I ended up playing quite a few games trying to get further. The game looks and sounds great too, loved the layered music. Great job!

Deckmancer by The1 2024-04-19T21:15:19Z

This feels really satisfying to play, I love all the juice you managed to add to it. Before reading the comments, I didn't realize you need to pick up the blue bits that the enemies drop with the mouse, as I was just focusing on the cards. However, with that knowledge I managed to survive a bit longer and it was a lot of fun. Great work on the game!

Sketch-a-summon by sver 2024-04-18T20:09:02Z

Good job on the game! It's an interesting concept with nice gameboy-ish graphics and music. I was a bit confused also with the pixels in the spellbook not matching with what I was supposed to paint on the floor.

City Frustration Beer by ZevsEHG 2024-04-17T20:23:45Z

Walking around in the city was quite moody and it was fun talking to all the different characters. The city has a really eerie vibe to it, which I liked. It would have been interesting to see some more dialogue at the party when all of the characters come together, but the focus seemed to be more on the drinking at that point  Nice job on the game!

Dry Season by HolyPerceval 2024-04-16T19:34:20Z

Nice rhythm game. The concept is great and fits the theme well. I really like the graphics too. The difficulty curve is steep and the Entertainer proved to be a bit too difficult to me, though. Poor villagers

Whispers of Lyra by milq 2024-04-19T20:29:13Z

This was fun! Cool idea with the different summon abilities. Summoning the platforms was especially interesting. I liked the art and music too. The last level was challenging, and dodging the bullets was a bit too difficult to my taste, but it was satisfying to finally get to the end after a bit of struggling  Great work!

Summon Swarm by Talopic 2024-04-17T20:47:39Z

Nice work on your first entry! I like that you kept the scope small and focused on the line drawing. While it was simple, it was still challenging, and seeing my swarm slowly overpowering the opponent was satisfying.

Soul Pact by SesMiRe 2024-04-17T21:00:54Z

Really beautiful graphics for a jam game and nice atmosphere. Like others, I had some trouble figuring out what I should do, though.

LD56 — Tiny Creatures

Skrungle Rescue by dooskington 2024-10-07T18:52:24Z

I really like the idea, it fits the theme very well. The room was fun to explore, though moving around was a bit slow. Cool music too. Nice work!

Pirate Bact Blaster by Phobos001 2024-10-13T16:09:35Z

That must be one huge cannon the bacteria is carrying, judging by the sound! The gameplay loop is simple and could use a bit more variation, but I had fun blasting away. Nice work!

Yeet them all ! by zoglu 2024-10-13T08:22:33Z

This was a lot of fun to play! The graphics and music were really impressive, and overall it’s a very solid entry. I think I would have preferred using the keyboard for movement and the mouse for aiming, rather than having two actions on the mouse. However, I can see how this control scheme would work well for touch. Great job!

BOULISH - straf'in the city by knarf 2024-10-24T20:11:57Z

The strafe jumping is fun! The environment is a bit too dark to the point that it was difficult for me to see where I'm going. Also while I enjoyed the jumping I would have liked to have some clearer goal in the game. Still, great job on your first 3D game!

Critter Catchers by ItsAina 2024-10-13T08:49:03Z

That intro was something else :D I didn't see that coming at all. The game had quite a disturbing vibe with the cheerful music playing in the background while I'm brutally killing the critters to go for a high score. Although I felt bad for the bunnies, I have to admit blowing them up was a lot of fun. Great job!

Tiny Creature Support Group by coltonphillips 2024-10-24T19:50:06Z

The music definitely added a lot of character to the game :D The clues didn't help me much, but going for the vowels first seemed to be an effective strategy. I would have liked to see some additional clues or something to give you more chances to guess the word instead of just trying every letter if you have no idea.

Butterjar by Zz1p 2024-10-14T18:53:44Z

That was fun and relaxing to play! I also really like the minimalistic art you went with. Great work!

Happy Birthday Logan by imberny 2024-10-13T18:02:47Z

That was really well made! It's nice to see a more narrative-oriented game here. Good job!

LD57 — Depths

Cave of Gorbs by fusionnist 2025-04-08T19:34:10Z

Very impressive amount of content for a compo game! I liked the variation as you go deeper. Like some of the others I also didn't really understand the resources other than the rocks, but I had fun just digging away and throwing rocks at the enemies.

Bag of Bag of Bag of Holding by ZettaSimp 2025-04-22T20:04:57Z

Really interesting puzzle game, well executed! I agree with some of the comments above that the difficulty ramped up too fast. Very fun idea though and the hover texts were great!

LD59 — Signal

Raider of the Warehouse by Crystik 2026-05-02T21:44:55Z

I got lost at first because I didn’t realize I should look for the hole in the ceiling, and I also missed that right-click drops hay. Once I discovered it, though, dropping hay was a nice mechanic. The atmosphere is well done, and the game looks and sounds very good. Well done!
