Pretty nice little clicker game, one bug that i found -> you should only show start dig button/text only after the "new day" now you can start day with shop ui on screen, but overall niceZrzut ekranu 2025-04-07 085546.png use of theme!

A super simple, relaxing and fun little game. I liked it. Well done.
Nice Sound and Music. great Idea.
The graphics are unfinished, but the main character impresses me. The cool background is music. Great idea for our topic

the pay to come back tax was killing me. i was never able to get upgrades because it was pretty high. :(

@jcmonkey Thank you for playing! Did you tried to return earlier than you energy at zero? I think I have to communicate this more clear
Made it to the end without imagining the grey squares as rocks. Nice game mood, would be nice to see it with more illustrations. (SPOILER>) I really like that you can use the money in the end to max out like crazy.
Interesting game, would be even cooler if it was fully illustrated (i did use my imagination tough!), but gaemplay is already quite satisfying!

Very cool little game and fun to play. Was wondering though if taking the elevator at some point was actually cheaper, but then I came across the diamond anyway when I wanted to test it xD

Great simple game, it's amazing how our games kinda alike, but totally different directions. I like that you can really feel greed, to trying shave every second to pay less for elevator. And that tip about finishing early is really important. Great art of diving device, might be really tight inside!
The sound design in this one is simply top-notch!

Бэтс оф зэ бэтс! собирать какули по "ммм"!
Managed to reach the diamond!
Anyway, this was fun! I liked the graphics you did manage to finish, and the missing rock sprites didn't bother me too much. The energy mechanic was interesting, and it felt great managing to end the day at exactly the right time to not have to pay the tax. The upgrades felt good too, especially after a few speed & digging power ones. I don't really have any feedback, everything worked great. Maybe a warning when your energy was about to run out, even as an upgrade, would've been nice? Overall though, very nice entry!
Nice job! The upgrades all seem well balanced, and the art direction looked awesome (went to the itch.io page to see your full vision, looks incredible). The elevation tax was interesting, but felt slightly out of place, I agree with Frogman that some kind of upgrade to start reducing the risk of having to pay to exit would have been nice. Overall great job, I really appreciated that you put the diamond in, it was helpful to see when the game was 'over'!
I think it's a neat concept, but my main problem is with balancing and being able to read your stats. The jam version requires you to stop when anything new appears to not waste energy on going down. If you don't do that, you'll lose money. Then there is the problem of how much you have to pay for the elevator cost. This isn't really that clear and it doesn't feel that great to lose the game because of it
Also, would have loved to see more art for the underground
