Shape the World! by Cyboot 2012-08-31T23:04:00
Very cool idea. I ended up just trying to make the craziest shape I could.
Music was fantastic!

I had an idea like this a while back but lost it when the napkin got tossed :P
Really liked the swarm/unswarm mechanic.
Great little game. Love the non-invasive tutorial.
Flailing masses of limbs will haunt my dreams! 5030!!!
The cats! THEY SWARM!
Nice take on the genre.
This game is awesome
I have the same problem as MurrayL. Sorry to hear about your techno-trouble :(
If nothing else at least you managed to submit something :)
Hopefully the comp gods will smile down on you next time.
I had way too much fun with this game. I kept making noises like pew pew pew boom crash! Good work on the audio and making a really enjoyable quick game!
Fantastic little sim you've created. Using the different species to paint the map was a hell of a lot of fun.
@evilseanbot: One of the guys we threw this at to get some feedback kept yelling "Damnit Gryxitl!!!" everytime he hit a dead end. Definitely good feedback that'll be addressed in future releases.
Both the web and mac builds crash on me every time I enter the door in the first scene :(
Tried playing it on my macbook. I'll give it another go when I get home to my desktop in a few days.
Great little game. Love simple but consistent art style.
Nice game. Loved the mood.
Really liked it. Having to keep track of all that was great!
Great little game. Took a bit to get the controls down but I like a learning curve.
Interesting concept, simple, but I found myself staying with it for a while.
Behavior and selecting strongest was a bit random it seemed, wasn't much in the way of intelligent decisions, just pick the ones close to the enemy hive if they come back on screen.
Not sure where the fighting is with this, using the mentioned "trait" attack with the space bar just resulting in both armies jumping past each other. I kept going in case there were waves, but the guys just went off screen. When the camera found the edge of the world and still no sign of my army I gave up.
Love it. No way I'm getting 700 points though :P
After reading the instructions I had issues with controls. Interesting concept but the fun factor just wasn't there for me. The interface and interactions could use some work.
Made me think of King's Field. Good stuff. Got turned around a few times but that's not a bad thing.
Oddly mesmerizing.
I love jumping over moon rocks!
This is a brilliant concept. Cat fighting simulator
I just played this game for way too long. Great job haha!
Really interesting concept, it was really cool to see it in action.
I liked the audio design, unfortunately I did not really understand how to play. Seems cool though, space western.
This is a very interesting game, I've never played anything like it I'm very curious how the controls would work after a long play session if my brain would click into it. Ill have to come back and give this one another go. Very very interesting.
It is pretty interesting I really like how you taught people how to play. +1 for quack
Had trouble playing, but I love the concept
bing, oink, oink, slap, phhhtt, ping, YO
Once I realized what I could do in the game it clicked and became a really interesting experience. I love the audio changes when you swap modalities.
Made me feel bad in a good way. I'm curious what this does to people, whether it reinforces or breaks biases.
Game is really interesting with using signal strength as a weapon it's very very cool. Having signal degrade over distance really makes you think about placing your reflectors etc.
I got eaten by a hawk, would recomend. In all seriousness this was pretty fun, I liked the sound design being part of what alerts you to danger. I think this could have some legs to it.
