My favorite take on the theme so far! Also, I've never seen a game expand out the way this one did in the first couple of minutes.... Definitely give it a try! Wish it was less grindy, maybe I'm missing the point but i seem to need an infinite amount of green grass to progress...
Wow, this is a very unusual and beautiful game, I really liked the atmosphere and gameplay.

I love the atmosphere of this. Just feels like playing a nice visualizer. The music was reminiscent of Royksopp and the sound effects were satisfying without being overbearing. Good work!

I played a bit, art direction and shaders are amazing but I found myself a little bit bored and I didn't understood what to do to collect enough green stuff. But neat idea and the text effect is woaw

@keksls that worked, thank you!
This was a lot of fun to play! I was a little off put after the main screen into a very graphically-simple game, but that just made the transitions better! It started to lag my computer a bit - ironically with the text "I can go faster now!" - but other than that it played pretty smoothly. Nice job!
Wow that was so cool! I loved how your perception of the world changes as you gather more data, and the ending was so beautiful. Seriously incredible looking game. Well done!

Thanks for fixing the link, @keksls!
I tried to play the game on Linux through Wine, but it did not work... :(
Hopefully someone else will play it in my place! :D

Nice game! The visuals were consistent and very pretty, and the change in perspective as you progress really brought that out. The audio complements this nicely. The intro music (Emancipator - Darkest Evening of the Year) fits perfectly, though I wish you had transformed it somehow to not be immediately recognizable.
Downsides - the gameplay is a bit samey, and the terrain has procedural-generation-type peaks and dips - I'd occasionally go for a while without finding anything, but all the same I knew that if I wandered far enough I'd find something eventually. Unfortunately, this makes this game a bit more of a walking sim than an actual game per se, but that matches well with the mood, and the experience as a whole is still a good one. The perspective changes offset the monotony, but not quite enough given the length of the game. I did like the ending visuals, though.
Bonus points for making a game that scales correctly to my absurd default resolution! There were a few issues with the angled perspective toward the end, but nothing I couldn't work around.

Game with the best atmosphere and immersion I played so far. Awesome visuals and sound. From a gameplay perspective it could benefit from some additional feature. Maybe occasional hack attempt on the AI and the AI has to hide or something. Just something in between collecting data. Fits the theme a bit less, but I see the idea. Definitely a great experience to play this game. I enjoyed it. Awesome entry and good luck!
I love the artistic direction with nice effects and animations (in particular the grid dissolution). Also, nice work for sound design which really improves immersion !

Wow wow wow! Top marks for the mood without a doubt, this game really struck a chord with the isolated character roaming around an alien landscape, and the background music really sold that feeling. Great job.
And then the gameplay and content as we were impressive, was not ready for the jump to 3rd person, I was like "whoaaa what is this now?!" Really excellent story progression and telling.
This was so beautiful!! I loved the soundtrack, the vibrant colors, the topography of the landscape grid, the progression of gameplay, everything! I found that change to 3rd person pretty cool too. It was really awesome to explore from a new perspective. And the ending!! It started so subtly that I thought it was my imagination at first lol. Well done! I'll definitely be playing again.
Fun concept, loved the monitor zoom in to the pixels transition! Also neat shader work there at the end with all the displacement! great work!
