So atmospheric but so boring. There is so much text without any scary moments.

I like the graphics and theme, and the dialog is nicely written, the themeing feels like the goofiness of lethal company meshed with a decent story teller. The game didn't lock the mouse in though making looking around a bit bothersome, I also broke the dialog a few times by looking up during dialog, would have liked something more to come from looking up as you first action int he game. Great work, I wish you good ratings!
Really great submission, even got me to laugh out loud a few times :) Would love to find out what we did to end up in the pit. Feedback-wise it seemed pretty well polished, only thing was that the web build didn't lock the mouse cursor in the screen, but it wasn't too hard to work around that, fantastic job!
A very interesting visual style, and the old TV effect adds even more creepiness and enhances the atmosphere ;)
@funbanan for it to not have any scary moments you seem really frightened about having to read for 5 minutes ;)
@scott-r-howell Yeah, this is my first 3D game and it clearly shows in some points hehe.
@adam-gallina Thanks! Glad you liked the writting!! :)
Fantastic aesthetic! And you really decorated your itch page for it too :-)
The writing is pretty funny at times! Although, there are several typos which sometimes distracted me...
Like the other person pointed out, the cursor not being locked is an issue, but the inconvenience sort of added to the charm.
Nice job!
For the bean eaters: >The atmosphere is exceptionally well-crafted, the music is perfectly suited to the overall vibe, and the dialogue remains as humorous as ever. However, I'm not certain if this is due to Firefox or another factor, but the game did not consistently capture my mouse cursor, which made camera movement quite challenging. The visual aspect is, of course, outstanding. Nevertheless, it's a very impressive work. Congratulations!
Fun little walk. Very nice writing and lovely atmosphere. The post processing effects add a nice level of polish to it.
The mask guy reminded me of the Skullkid from Zelda.
Really like the character design here, the concept is also very cool!
Awesome graphics and post-processing! As someone already mentioned, it really gives a Lethal Company vibe, which I loved. Overall, the atmosphere feels very immersive."
@levi-kingma Thanks! I wanted to show the protagonist more with the conversation cams, but run out of time for it. imagen_2025-04-08_133025779.png
@hubol yeah, english is not my first language and had to rush the writing a lot to get to the deadline, so no time for revisions jaja. Thanks for your comment!
@mremmele @ssiannas Thanks for your comments! glad you liked the atmosphere!! :)
i like the your style a lot and the dialogue was pretty funny xD
Dude, like they totally didn't deserve that shit. That's what's wrong with the, you know. it's just wrong bro.
@elzach They totally did, trust me
@potatobrain Thanks! It´s easier to make it funny when one of the characters is a chopped head, hehe
This is demonically attractive.
I absolutely adore dark dude's design! Story-wise i want to learn more about that two friends. Why are they bad? How did they get there? So many questions! Also moving too close to the stools makes you stuck. Very interesting entry, I'm intrigued to see what's next! Maybe to polish-up the game flow from dialogue to dialogue, it would be great to hear some moody sounds and to see some additional details on the walls/floor. Like, to spice-up things!
Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the game. The writing was humorous too! I like the idea of the looking up mechanic. Might be nice to incorporate it while moving as well.
ooo I really like the vibe of this one, the excellent audio paired with the visuals sets the tone quite well. I did get stuck on the stools towards the end, but otherwise no complaints. Nicely done!
The style, visuals, and atmosphere are super cool. It’s the first game where I *didn’t* feel like skipping the dialogue — I was genuinely curious about what the characters were saying and where it was going. It’s a shame there’s so little actual gameplay, though. I’d definitely love to see this idea expanded further!
@a0405u Thanks!!
@rukimary Yeah! I also wanted to get freakier with the enviroments (that empty chessboard floor second room was going to be absolute fire), but get working what it is at the end took me too much time.
@jb-rock At the start it was a more integral part of the experience and only being able to do it while standing still had more meaning, but due to time I had to cut it :(
@vary yeah, the collisions are a bit wanky, I'm surprised the stools are the onlything that really breaks them lol.
@flinge Glad to hear! And yes, I wish there were more than just a walking sim, but it was my first 3d game and didn't want to bite more than I could eat hehe
This game has cool vibes. The graphics, art style, music and dialogue fit together nicely to create a particular goofy aah mood. I think it would do good as a narrative game. Good work!
On a technical note, the distortion filter and the UI do not map properly to full screen.
I really like the mood so much, amazing vibes here. I don't think this was intended, but after the guy tells you to go up, you can walk through the walls, and if you do that you will go back to the start, reaching the stairs again will crash the game.
Really amazing graphics. How did you achieve the old CRT TV vibe? It looks really good, really pulls it all nice together!
