This is gorgous. I had some difficulty aiming but thats a me problem. I also picked the idea where the space is limited by light but... the only thing I could say is I do learned a lot from your work. Well done!
Omg this is amazing... I have no words for you this is just way too much for a game jam.
Died on 52. Default control was a bit annoying for me before I realized I could customize it, and I almost gave up before seeing others commenting about new rooms after level 50.
The only issue I had was that here in this room items seemed to fell under the ground and then I wasn't able to pick it up.com1.png
Such a fun and cute game. Love the arts and animations! Though it did take me a while to figure out how to aim.
This reminds me of another fun frog game on iPad I played at least ten years ago. It was about collecting frogs and making them jump around on lily pads. I just couldn't recall it's name...
I was drew in by both the cover and the name. Love the concept! Got stucked a few times and sometimes the collision is weird, which make it even harder to move.
Nice work! I really like how the ending tells each person's story, which made me played three times to see different results. One thing as others mentioned already was that I couldn't remember all the dialogues when making my decision...
This is going to be one of my favorite! I just love puzzles. The art style is also cool.
Was a bit confusing at the beginning and took me a minute to figure out how everything work (i tried so hard to sqeeze lemon and make lemonade wtih pure juice...) Would suggest a faster moving speed!
Love the idea! It's essential to read the intructions before starting the game so I guess an in-game tutorial or manual would help a lot.
Love the music and atmospheric vibe! Played for about ten minutes but did not reach the ending...Still I appreciate how it demands patience from the player and the clever use of lighting throughout. Cover is also cool!
Love the music and the slightly spooky vibe! Maybe you could give it an increasing difficulty, like adding more spiders or make it move faster? For now I think it's a little bit repetitive as the elevator goes higher.
@madbarron Very solid points. I intentionally made it hard but now it seems to be a bit too challenging... Will try to modify the platform and braziers and also lower the difficulty. Thanks for the feedback!
@aweskybear I wish I could have a 3rd level but I was running out of time (submitted 1 min before the deadline, phew). @novicedevgames Modified the collision boxes for both the astronaut and the torches. Should be better now. Thanks for mentioning.
@beeb-gamecodecompany Yay I'm so happy you found the second way! It's meant to be a challenging shortcut. @ty-victorson @novicedevgames Yes, something was wrong with the exit spiral. It's now fixed and should lead you to a thank-you note and the exit screen.
@madbarron @snesgaard Thanks for mentioning the platform texture. I was way too familiar with the game to notice it. Should be much easier now to tell them apart from the bg/darkness.
@tomatolamp @leritrea @jk5000 @tomatolamp Thanks for the suggestion on player control! I swapped left/right input when the astronaut is up on the ceiling and it should be less confusing now.
@bliny-lynx I guess that's the downside of lowering the difficulty of level 2. Wish I could have more challenging levels for you...
