Very fun. It would be neat to have a sense of urgency, like if the targets were advancing, or if each player only had so much time to make their shot.
This game had me want to immediately try again after I died the first time. Keep it up!
I'm impressed with how complete this game feels. If I didn't have enough credits to buy the UFO at the start, I definitely would've played to that point.
I thought this was fun. I like the space pirate setting, the hyperjumping mechanic, and the feeling of amassing wealth/resources. However, properly jamming the cargo ships was a little tough, and the gameplay itself was a little samey after a few in-game days. I thought it was impressive for 48 hours though.
I had some trouble with window focus that prevented me from interacting with the game after clicking away. I was playing just to see if the mining drills would be worth it, and they sure were. Nothing like having a hundred sniper turrets just waiting around for enemies to show up. I finally just stopped playing after about thirty waves of being untouchable, but I enjoyed it.
Positive: It's a fun idea. I played long enough to try different strategies. The graphics and UI are good.
Negative: There's no time to figure things out at the start. I wish I could pause and review my options. I was never able to build an assault rifle guy. The waves got too big too fast - I kept one pistol guy alive by keeping him in the air and he still couldn't hold off the onslaught of the third round.
All in all, I'd really enjoy this with a bit of polish.
Fun! A bit of a shock when an orca gets one of your little buddies  :penguin:
I enjoyed the time I gave it. I played four times and got up to 24. I like the hillbilly vibe.
It would be cool if I could somehow kill all of the cabbage. I could get a relaxing "mowing the lawn" feeling from that.
Yup. Bought too many chairs to witness the havoc and the payout screen won't let me progress to the next level. It's fun to watch though.
@utopia You figured out the secret
I thought the concept was engaging but I kept killing myself without getting very far in the second level so I eventually gave up. It was neat to realize I could use psi blasts to knock obstacles out of the way, though.
Really enjoyed the premise, and the quirky elevator was fun, but I couldn't figure out how to win and some of the objects kept getting stuck in walls.
Good follow-through on the concept. Your interface design feels pretty polished, and the aliens with names are a nice touch. There were a few times I thought I had definitely satisfied the requirements, but lost points. Maybe check off requests live as the player completes them, so they know for sure. Otherwise, good job.
The simplicity is refreshing. I played a couple rounds. The mechanics behind the happiness meter seem a bit opaque.
