I really like this entry!
It's my favorite so far of the whackamole multitasking games I've played this compo. I like that instead of being about death or something grim, it's about cats fighting.
The art is super cute, the concept is adorable.
The biggest I had was that the controls can be a bit fiddly. If you go to grab a cat but miss, you get the grab cursor but it won't pick up a cat unless you click again. I think it would be a lot friendlier if you could drag your cursor on top of a cat after clicking.
I also had issues sometimes where cats would turn corners and immediately get into fights. It would be cool if they stopped and hissed for a moment to give you an opportunity to pick them up.
Overall I thought this was really good.
Very difficult, but fun. Graphics are very cute.
Cute game! Especially the music and sounds are perfect, but the graphics are also on point! Picking up cats with the cursor is a bit difficult and the cat collisions seem a bit too harsh for me.

Wasn't able to get too many cats. The difficulty was mainly in the controls though, would be nicer if picking up a cat was a bit more forgiving. Other than that everything else was really good.
Great little game! The graphics are amazing. You were able to do a tutorial as well, very nice touch! Everything fit together really well. Think the bar should maybe be above the cats head to make it easier to see if you're about to get a game over. My strat was keep them in their own rooms until... well I couldn't xD
Cute game!! Love the art style and the fact that you also had some voicelines for when the buttons are clicked! Overall interesting gameplay!
Great picture! Cats are cute! The game is also very addictive to play! You can get a lot of sense of accomplishment if you're skilled
Really novel take on the theme, I love the concept. I appreciate the attention to sound design and the little voice touches went a long way. Two things that I think would have made the game much more playable are:
1) better hitboxes for the cats. It's really rough when cats that seem far enough apart suddenly result in a game over. and on the UI side, it seemed difficult to pick up cats sometimes, if they were obscured by a wall.
2) A short delay before two cats "leap" at each other. Giving the player just a bit more time to react would have allowed the game to reach a much more chaotic state.
Overall, I enjoyed what I played. Congrats on finishing and thanks for the game!
Super adorable theme, graphics, and sounds! I love that each kitty has a name. Really well made and polished compo. I wonder what a house full of 10+ kitties would be like XD Great work!

Absolutely adorable art, great music and sound effects, gameplay was easy and intuitive! I think it would help if the cats had a shorter range for detecting another cat. Overall, really great work!
Cute game. I like the art style. Grabbing cats felt hard sometimes though. Maybe an increased hitbox would make it easier.

Waw, that was tough! Will the cats' hitboxes were a biiit bigger, and that they would stare at each other a bit before losing. A really cute idea though, and the graphics were adorable!

Tough game but really cute! Real easy to start back up and try again. Loved the cat animations, and the mum voice acting! Really neat game. I wasn't quite sure if my best strategy was to just try to keep all cats separated or to try to make a few like each other. I was able to get 6 cats in the house before disappointing mum.
I have no complaints. Great job!
Liked this, though it'd be nice if there was a delay before losing, as it's quite hard to pick them up after they meet from corner, so if they're really close, I automatically lose as I can't react. Haven't progressed far, but overall nice entry! :smile:
I love cats! Good take on the theme. And the title of the game is right on spot 😉 The controls are a bit rough as sometimes it’s hard to pick up a cat. It really makes it way too difficult and frustrating at times. Overall it’s very well done. Grats!
This game is so cute, I love it so much! The way it applies the theme is so spot on, the cats will always fight eventually. It was a bit hard to pick them up sometimes, but for the most part it was fine :3
The music was nice, but the cat sfx were a bit loud compared. The game itself it really polished, and I really like the UI that shows the kitties in the house on the sidebar!
Overall, well done!
