Nicely polished compo entry. Graphics are very nice, music is good.
Nice game.
Where is the source code? in which language/engine is make this?
Maybe I don't get it, but I seems like the instructions (in game) are explaining a different game. I like the idea of the game, but it was too easy. Music was nice!
@josemwarrior thanks for playing! The source code should be somewhere on this page. Im going to send a link here when i get home if i cant find it. Btw it was made in c++ with the raylib framework!
@rillep thanks for playing and rating, yeah the instructions arent as good as they could be as i made them at two am on a school night :D, anyways yeah, the game is pretty easy, but i think thats a good thing in a game jam because generally it would suck if someone didnt see the cutscene or the end win text. Jam games are better easy because most people dont expect to play them for more then 5 minutes from my experience. Thanks again for playing!
@ne-mene I love that the executable is only 4 megabytes and is super efficient. I love RayLib has just enough to make a game. I would like to see the source code
@josemwarrior here it is! https://github.com/nemene21/Alea, im also using little framework i made, it includes basic stuff for a 2d game.
This was fun! Very easy as is, as others have said, but could be cool to see the idea expanded!
Always love to see these custom-engine games! I like the idea of having to give up space on the board when rolling duds. Not sure if you can be strategic with it being completely random. Still: neat
@zirrrus tysm for playing! i had the game not destroy dice when they were in the back of another dice, but this made matches close wayyy too quickly so i opted to disable it due to a lack of res which i admit was pretty silly to make a 160x90 game with so much ui. Well anyways thanks for playing again!
This is a really cool dice game! I was worried at first since the explanation left me confused a lot, but after playing 3 rounds (and losing horribly), I figured out everything I needed to win. Being able to just destroy your opponents piece was interesting, and the graphics was very nice, great job!
@taximan981 thank you so much for playin, glad you enjoyed it :D
Pretty nice little game, I played a few rounds and won no problem. Although I think didn't understand the rules completely because sometimes I could just destroy an opponent's dice with a click? Anyway it was fun, so good job!
@vaustxiii thanks for playing! yea every couple of turns you get to remove one enemy dice from the game :)
Fun game, I played it a couple of times.
Seeing a game that isn't based on Unity/Godot is always nice to see.
@klemmbaustein Thank you so much for playing! Yeah i always enjoy using frameworks to create games as it's more satisfying for me. Anyways thanks again for playing and i hope you had a nice time :)
It's a fun concept and the pixel art is really good - particularly liked the totem and the kind of particle-y fire effects on it. Quite nice that you could just play this with a set of dice as well!
@jhax Thanks for checking out! Yeah making games in such a short amount of time results in pretty small games unless you ignore polish and go all in on content which i think is a bad idea personally. Thanks again fro playing and rating!
Well made, nice idea!
@merrow Thank you!
Congratulations, you did well. The basic idea of the game is interesting. For completeness, we could upload a screenshot from the game
@wad Yeah the site is very lackluster as i made it at 2AM haha. Thank you again for playing the game btw!
⭐ Gameplay was quite straightforward once I understood what to do. The little indications definitely helped.
⭐ The art was themed quite nicely.
➖ I wish there were more levels!
Overall, nice work.
@rngames Thank you for playing! Yeah i wish i was able to squeeze in more content as well!
Really enjoyable gameplay! Simple yet effective game design <3
@pillo Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it :)
