Wow. There is so much content here. The story is well written and engaging. You nailed the gameplay, it's well balanced and the boss fight was challenging. Very rewarding making it to the end.
Incredibly fun and very well done. Got stuck on level 6, but will give it another try!
So much fun. I got 34,200 for my high score. I love the art and the dying gnomes are amazing!
I love how everything ties together. The sound design and ambience is on point. I really enjoy this!
I enjoyed this. Once I figured out how useful the shovel was I breezed through the levels. I like the visual cues that the ground is about to fall when it wiggles.
Great game to relax and tend to some chores. I like this kind of game that encourages you to take it easy and not rush.
You achieved a great feel. Reminded me of Play Dead's Inside. Nice job on the level art!
I love the feel of this game. It took me a little bit to get the feel for where the ball would land, but I get get the hang of it.
The audio and graphics are on point. Got pretty chaotic at the end. Very good sense of progression.
This was a lot of fun! I really enjoying blasting into the chicks when I unlocked the dash! The "juice" in this game is very well done.

Your game feels very cohesive. The controls feels snappy and the art and music fit very well together. Nice take on the theme!
The controls are solid! Even though died relentlessly it was so rewarding to get so much treasure. I like how quickly the level reset after dying as well.
This is so fun. I loved every second. The controls are solid and herding the little chicks is just wonderful. I really enjoyed the voice sound effects, reminds me of hidden folks. Very clever idea!
@brtek007 @khopa I do like how the the character sprites came out, next time I hope I can spend more time on environment art as well!
@sergio-gonzalez Thanks for the kind feedback. I'm happy with how far I got, but if only I had a little more time to add a few more things and tweak the difficulty.
@patatenouille You are right, would have caught that with more play testing before the deadline.
@horbee Thanks! I had an item on my list to add scoring based on time. One of the things that didn't make the cut though.
@tudvari wow, nice strat. I wasn't able to develop the difficulty curve like I'd hoped. thanks for the kind feedback, definentally motivates me to add a few more things to round this out!
@jonaspk I'm glad you enjoyed it! I also liked the way the cursor turned out. I actually added it in so I could see where the player was facing before I finished the sprite.

Wow. Excellent job. This game is very nice to look at and once you get the rhythm you get lost in the gameplay.
Wow this is a load of fun. I want more levels! The feedback loop is awesome. I made many predictions that were right about where I'd end up, but the incorrect selections were hilarious!
Dang, the pace really picks up! I only got to wave 9. I went for the damage / cool down upgrades only to see if I could power through. I got swarmed by some of the fast little guys! I enjoyed how fast paced it was!

@gangrue ya you'll need OperaGX for the linked version. However, I embedded the game directly so everyone can play it easier!
@matt-green great feedback. I can see the confusion with the instructions. This game is an endless game with a goal of getting the highest score. It would be fun to elaborate on this idea more. I like the concept of making the flame / visibility the "ammunition" being spent in a shooter style game.

@rasblo thanks! I played around a bit with contrast. Having more and less world lighting when your flame is roaring, but I thought it would be more accessible to be a little lighter. It is far more thrilling when you can't see anything though!

The audio queues that tell you how many mines are nearby is a great idea! Sadly I had to bury many comrades during my playthrough! :dizzy_face:
There's an impressive amount of weapon types! I love how the bullets fly out of your mouth. Great gameplay!
Wow, I mean the death makes sense. But seeing my little man waddle around the world then die of starvation was brutal! Lol, great simulation!
Oh you can block the diagonals! Wow this is fast pace, but pays off! Also I appreciate the direct embed. :smiley:
