Graphics were cute! Movement left a bit to be desired, it felt a little clunky.

Graphics were cute! Movement left a bit to be desired, it felt a little clunky.
I'll be honest, I couldn't even finish the first puzzle -- granted I'm terrible at puzzles but it would have been nice if there was something extremely simple to start out with to slowly guide you into the concept. Graphics were nice though, and I like the idea of it!
Great graphics and original concept. Couldn't figure out how to open chests if I'm honest, but the demon that pooped bombs was 5/5. Movement could have been quicker to make the game flow better -- movement was painful.
Interesting concept. I'll be honest, the gameplay was a little slow -- having to click a button between each shot of the bubble got fairly painful after a period of time. But again, interesting and unique concept.
Pretty fun game! Had a hard time figuring out how to craft things, and couldn't figure out how to build an axe. Overall though, liked the graphics and the music, and overall the idea was fun!
Original idea! Loved that when I died the wolf picked me up and walked away with my body XD.
Wonderful game! Very relaxing and unique. The ending was super cute  super good work!!!
Honestly may have been the best game I've played so far. The only issue is that it ended rather abruptly -- assuming it was because of time constraints but it would have been nice if it was explicit that you had reached the end. For a moment I wasn't sure if I had finished it or if I just died somehow.
Seemed like you could only walk at certain times but there was no indication as to when you could move -- thought it was based on music/sound, but there didn't appear to be any. Couldn't get very far because of this.
Pretty fun concept! Stellar graphics, seriously good job on those and the music was nice too. Great work!
@lyghtningwither Aw, well that's unfortunate -- I can't replicate it however I did notice that sometimes you can get stuck in the 2nd screen after the first chasm -- maybe that's where you mean? Regardless, I'm sorry it crashed!
@morrilet thanks for the kind words and thorough review! Totally agree on the platforming (and some extra leeway on being on vs. off the platform would definitely have helped!)
Pretty fun game! Once I got on the spoon and flung onto the table, I got stuck, which was unfortunate.
Super fun! I'll be honest it's only the 2nd game on here I played to completion. Audio was pretty cool and unique. One minor nitpick, being able to walk through enemies bodies before they disappear would have helped the game flow a lot better, but still, fun game!
Fun game! Not gonna lie it was REALLY hard lol, the longest I lasted was 25 seconds. But I absolutely loved how everything pulsed and spawned to the beat of the music.
Good game! Once you get too big it's really hard to figure out where to go or what to do next (maybe there wasn't anything left...), but a minimap or something would have helped!
Super good game! Was difficult, I never did manage to play the victory card, but it was extremely unique and fit the theme well. Great job!!
Super interesting idea! I have a terrible memory so I was an abject failure at the end XD but fun idea! Great job!
Great use of the theme! Pretty fun!
Very interesting mechanics! I really like your take on the theme.
Loved this game! Clicker games are one of my favorites but it's hard to find unique entries into the genre. This one definitely felt like something I hadn't seen before. Solid game, would have loved to have more, but I understand given there wasn't a whole lot of time. Great job!!!
I got a score of 78. TBH I'm terrible at puzzle games, but the graphics were great and the concept was interesting. Good work!
Pretty cool game. The jumping felt real floaty, would have felt better if that was tightened up.
The echolocation mechanic is definitely what made this game interesting - on the surface it looked like another flappy bird clone, but the echo location definitely made things a little bit deeper than how they first appeared. Good job.
Super cute game! I'm a big fan -- the only issue is that I couldn't seem to go into any of the buildings so I couldn't finish the game. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but I couldn't walk through the doors and pressing Z wouldn't let me in either...
Graphics were great, but the controls didn't feel responsive which made some of the levels pretty painfully tough. The light mechanic certainly made it harder but also really interrupted the flow of the game in my opinion. Pretty cool concept though!
Really great game! Everything felt so cohesive and well put together. The graphics were super cute and the gameplay was polished. Super fun! Good job!!
Super interesting concept! Would have been nice to have some sort of end condition, seemed like the hero indicator moved off the screen and then nothing happened. Was fun though, great job!!
Haha, really fun concept. Sound was nice, liked that you could give objects other than your "player" the ability to move and jump. Good job!
Super interesting game! I really enjoyed the style and definitely felt like, given more time, it could be fleshed out into a full title. The balance felt a little bit off -- it seemed like it didn't make sense to work Construction given you could beg 4-5 times with 15 health and make 3-4 times as much as you would working construction. Fun game!
Good job, cute little game. Wasn't sure if there was anything left to do beyond building myself a little hut, but good effort!
Very interesting concept! I'll be honest, I got stuck when trying to create water, but I liked the little humans and the missions and everything. Looked great, good job!!!
Undeniably beautiful game. Wish there was some win condition or a more satisfying end. I got big enough to fill the whole screen and then I popped and it went back to the title screen to seemingly start over. But still, absolutely beautiful.
Cute game! The art and the sounds were great, and the whole concept was unique! Good work!
The game looked beautiful, really great art and attention to detail. Music was nice too. Really like the concept of avoiding the monster while building up your war machine -- definitely found it difficult with a touchpad and keyboard, but it was fun!! Good work!
Fun management game! Awesome that you built this in just a few days. If this was fleshed out a little bit more I would definitely keep playing it! Great work!!!
Game looked beautiful. Loved the concept -- wish there were more levels and such, but the premise was great!
Very original concept! It was very difficult, I couldn't manage to get past the first moat and starting from scratch was pretty painful.
Great graphics -- the environment in particular was beautiful. Aiming and attacking was pretty rough, would have felt better with a bit more polish in that area. Overall good job tho!
Seemed like there wasn't much I could do -- I killed 3 monsters and then the shop keep let me buy something (even though I had no coins) and invisible walls blocked my way from doing anything else. Still, nice graphics and good attempt.
Interesting game! Got to a point where I needed a bomb but had used all of them already -- couldn't find a way to get past that, but it was pretty fun still!
Controls and feel of the game were great. Very interesting use of the alphabet -- when I died it seemed like I had to quit to restart? Overall, pretty fun!
Seriously good game. Satisfying in all aspects, sound was good, graphics were gameplay loop was interesting -- trying to figure out recipes was enjoyable and satisfying when you figured it out. Good job!!!!
Pretty fun game! The yarn balls are real tough haha, they hit me basically every time so it was difficult to save money to try out all the upgrades. Overall good job though!
The juice in this game! definitely wish there were more weapons!
Nice little puzzle game. Good job. TBH not quite sure how it fits the theme, but still, kinda fun.
Pretty fun, it was real tough to catch anything, not necessarily a bad thing but reeling things in was also slow sometimes, which made it hurt to miss.
Love the aesthetic! Didn't know what to expect, but it was a fun little game.
I gotta be honest, I tried to stick it out but the screen shake effect was out of control and made it very difficult to play. After the 2nd nothing and not being able to see anything after each click, I had to call it quits.
Pretty fun! I wish the controls were a little bit tighter. Turning controls were rough but overall the level design, graphics, and everything were really well put together.
Pretty good -- the controls felt a little floaty. Would be nice to have them tightened up a bit to make the game flow better. Liked the change of physics in the 2nd level.
Fun game! Took me a little while to realize I was allowed to hit the walls without penalty, which made things considerably smoother to play.
Love the concept! Wish it would have gone on longer -- brought me back to some old flash games based on evolving your creature.
Interesting idea. Would be fun with a friend. Controls made it kinda tough to play.
It's rough but I like where your head is at, interesting mechanics, pretty fun!
Pretty good, but it was a bit unclear what the end goal was and what you were supposed to do. I brewed a potion from frogs but it didn't seem to do anything beyond the icon that slowly dissipated. Great graphics and sounds though.
Unfortunately, the link is broken :/
The intro was hilarious. For whatever reason the beginning lagged horribly but slowly got better and better. Enjoyed the upgrade system. Shooting zombies was satisfying. Overall, really good job!!!
Great game! Only got a few planets in but I loved how many there were. Flying could have been a bit faster -- that was a bit painful to get to some of the further planets. Additionally, it would have been nice to be able to go through the dialogue bits a bit quicker using 'E' as it felt a bit slow.
Pretty good! Almost felt like a mini Binding of Isaac, just needed some more powerups! Overall it was pretty fun, my only critique is I didn't really get a sense of progression going through the levels -- it would have been nice if the scenery changed or you had a goal in mind, like get to level 10 or something.
Link is broken, unfortunately...
Looks great, and I like the concept, but honestly I couldn't even get past the 1st level. Needs a less steep learning curve, but I imagine it's pretty cool once you can actually shoot things.
For a moment I thought it was broken until I moved downwards and got my first light. After a while, I kinda got lost in the maze and wasn't sure what to do next, until suddenly I got killed by a lil creature. Overall, interesting idea with the upgrades letting you see more and more of the map.
Overall very fun take on a Tower Defense game. I don't have a lot of criticism about the game as a whole, beyond maybe letting you upgrade individual towers, plus it seemed a little bit easy. Good work!
Cute little game. Pretty short, would have liked to play more to be honest, but good job!
Pretty fun, I liked the upgrades that you got, they kept the game feeling fairly fresh. My main problem with it is the lack of sliding collision -- getting stuck on walls interrupted the flow of the game. However, it was nice that the game didn't punish you too harshly for dying, which kept me playing longer than I might have otherwise.
Fun concept! A bit grindy and the controls were floaty. If they were tighter and there was some point of checkpoint mechanism you'd have a great game here -- still, pretty fun!
I like that you can only carry one bomb at a time -- it adds a constraint that makes the game more interesting. Music was a bit repetitive and it could have been a bit more difficult.
Fun game! Definitely tough, but it reminds me of those old Flash upgrade games where you had to upgrade everything including the menu. I loved those! Good work.
Different take on the tower defense genre. At one point I lost 700ish DNA or whatever for seemingly no good reason.
Awesome job! My mind is kinda blown that you managed to essentially build an RTS in 48 hours. Brought me back to my time playing SimAnt -- wish there was more!
Getting a 404 on your game link :/
Overall it was cool. I liked the modularity of the player. It took me a minute to realize I could take the items off and reposition them, which helped a lot!
Pretty good game! Controls were hard -- was disappointing to work my way all the way to the boss only to have to start from scratch when I died. But overall, it was fun.
Great sound effects! Super fun and simple mechanic. That bridge closer to the end is REALLY tough to get over, so I never finished a lap.
For some reason playing it in the browser crashed my Chrome tab both times. I did download it though, and overall it was okay. There were some oddities, like I found it weird that when a single bullet from a group shot by an enemy went off screen, the whole group disappeared. It also seems too easy, like maybe the rate of fire from the player should be lowered a bit.
Interesting concept. Getting places was TOUGH at first, but after a while I got the hang of it. Very pertinent to current events! Good job.
Very fun game! Controls were a tiny bit floaty but honestly it helped with the overall feel of the game more than it hurt it. Loved the story, graphics, and sound!
Cool little game, but overall the jumps feel frustrating and it's especially frustrating that after you DO beat a level, if you die you go all the way back to level 1. If there was a checkpoint system I probably would have played a lot longer.
Interesting game! Would have been much more fun were it not for the fact that bullets go off screen and kill enemies in the future. All I had to do was shoot a ton of bullets to the right and all I ever saw were dead bodies.
That being said, the graphics were awesome, the visual effects really engrossing, sound was great. Overall a good game!
Hahaha, really great idea, I LOVE the concept of an MMO clicker. It worked surprisingly well. Great fun.
Honestly one of the best games I've played so far. Controls were tight, loved the multiple upgrades, graphics were really good.
One thing to note, the Windows build appears to have bugs. It would pause for about a quarter of a second each time an enemy died, and the console window was filled with errors. The web version worked fine though.
@west thanks for the feedback! I was actually arguing with myself the last 15 mins before submission time as to whether I'd gave him too much health. His health *does* reset when you go back to camp -- I tried to balance it so that once you get the final upgrade (you can eat more food before becoming full), he'd be beatable.
All that said, I'm not sure that I'm allowed to fix balance issues after the fact since it's technically not a "bug", or I would probably scale back his health a bit.
@sthealthinator with a complete lack of sleep and sitting at my computer for 18 hours each day XD thank you!
@peto184 Thank you so much for your feedback! Yea, the boar turned out to be a lot tougher than I intended, but I'm not sure that I'm allowed to change it as it's not technically a "bug" so much as me not balancing it correctly. His health does reset every time you go back to camp (would have been a good idea to persist it UNLESS you die).
@sam-horner Thank you for playing! Yea, I was trying to think of ways to make that feel a little bit more painful, but I ran out of time.
@armytag The creatures should increase your hunger when they hit you, however their AI and hitboxes are really janky so it's entirely possible they just didn't hit you as intended.
@siegmayer Thank you! Yea, I really wish I had made the boar a little easier.
@congusbongus Thank you! Yup that's how I would beat it too, honestly after beating him so many times while developing I knew the hitboxes enough that it felt easy to me, but clearly upping the difficulty was a bad idea XD
@mehrdadsh @haro-games @zerohbeat Thanks for your feedback!
@simukas I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the feedback :)
@cryptomnesic Thank you! I've never made music for my games before, so it was quite the experience :P the fire can be completely ignored, however if you keep it going you scavenge for items faster and your hunger depletes more slowly while at base. I tried to indicate that through flavor text but it's definitely easy to miss.
@artylo Thanks for all the constructive feedback! I'm much more of a programmer than I am a game designer, so balance and feel of my games is difficult for me, so I love hearing things that could be done to make the game feel more interesting and fun to play. I did actually try making a song for the tent menu, but I ran out of time, I 100% agree that it feels stale without music after going outside.
@gaminghamster Thanks for the feedback! I did worry about people not feeling like they could read the story, so I did make it pause your hunger meter when you go to a new area as that's a very text heavy part of the game flow. But yes, implementing some sort of pause so people could read without stressing out would probably make it feel better!
Thank you all for your kind words and constructive feedback! Working on this game was a joy, and I love hearing all the things people have to say about it. I'm in the process of extending the game into a full release (hoping to get 2-3 hours of gameplay), so your feedback is extremely important to me. Thanks again!
Extremely well done! Loved the graphics, music, sound effects. Amazing how you pulled this off.
I like the idea, and the idle mechanics were pretty good. Two main critiques -- the text at the top flickers A LOT, it looks like the last 2 decimal points aren't padded so it shrinks every time it hits an even digit and drops to 1 decimal point. The other critique is, I wish there was something to do while you waited to earn enough money for the next upgrade. Something you could click on to get money would help keep the player interested.
Fairly cool game. Font was certainly a little tough to read. Graphics and sound were nice, but it did get repetitive. It would have been nice to have a few more obstacles/powerups or something to keep things interesting. I made it to cycle 10 and stopped.
Really interesting concept! I liked the puzzle of figuring out where to drop waypoints in order to make it through the level in time.
Interesting concept, but the controls felt pretty "floaty" and hard to control, which made the game feel unfairly difficult. Also, the textures on the road were really glitchy for me.
Overall the game looks nice, plays well, has great music, but the thing that was lacking was a reason to keep playing. At first I thought there might be an end goal given all the locked doors, but after 5-10 minutes I realized they are just blocking off content but not any real progression. If there was some end-goal this would have been a 5/5 for me.
I liked the idea of your HP being your ammo. I kinda wish the level wasn't a circle, because it made it hard to move around cleanly, I kept getting stuck on the circle, and I feel like the focus should be on dodging bullets/hitting enemies, not on avoiding the edges of the map so much.
Fun game! For some reason it made me really want an idle/incremental game with this as the base. Loved watching the base grow and my ants go about their business. The only issue I ran into is that my soldiers wouldn't actually go and defend my other ants from the enemies. Do they only help if they happen to run into the enemy?
Loved this game! Great little clicker. The voice acting was great, the music fit in nicely, and you felt a great sense of power progression as you got the upgrades. Good work!
Wow, super well polished. Visually the best game I've seen so far. Only critiques are that the sound is a bit loud compared to the music, and I just wish there was some ending to give you closure and a feeling that you saved that cute little creature! Loved it!
I like the concept of this; however, some of the ladders were really janky and I ended up getting stuck because I couldn't get out of a hole in the water pumping station, as I couldn't seem to build up enough momentum to get away from the ladder.
Interesting concept. The sound was nice, but the graphics were kinda glitchy every now and then. I only got 3-4 messages from him before the game just suddenly ended in that infinite loop. It also felt weird that the messages were ALL over the place, like completely contradicting each other... When I think about it, it kinda felt like a gamified version of the "crazy girlfriend" stereotype, which I donno, I guess to me it made it feel it wasn't a genuine conversation.
Fairly nice game, it would have been great if you could move faster and if the first couple of rounds weren't so hard so you had some time to get stronger before the game gets impossible. I tried 3 times and the best I did was wave 4. Also if the plant was in the middle it would feel more fair, as it is the enemies coming from the right are almost impossible to kill so I just ignored them. Sound and graphics are cool though!
Go-Go Powder LOL, fun game, loved the dancing animation! Music was awesome!
Fun idea! Graphics and audio were great. My main critique is the gameplay gets a bit stale after around the 3rd safe house. If there were some fresh enemies/gameplay mechanics this game certainly would have held my interest for a while! Maybe even just a break in between rounds in the inn to let the player sort of calm themselves before the next big battle.
Interesting game. Would have loved to be able to kill the OI OI OI creatures. Also was there a way to beat the game? If there was I couldn't figure it out.
Very interesting game! Did not expect the random battles :P I have a couple critiques -- there were some bugs, like I could combine undefineds to make an undefined, which I then had -1 of lol, I assume that was unintended. Also, when in combat if you go to use an item but don't actually use it, it still decrements the count of that item by one.
In terms of gameplay in general, the movement just felt "off" to me. I don't know if it's because there was some momentum that needed to build up when I changed directions/moved diagonally, but it just didn't quite feel right. Additionally, in the combat menu, I would suggest when attacking in the "Are you sure?" menu, that "Yes" be at the top. Most of the time when you click attack you do, in fact, want to attack, so the exception really is "No" and that should be at the bottom. It made battles feel a little cumbersome because I had to navigate the menus more than necessary.
Overall though, really interesting concept and I loved the graphics and sound/music! Great job!
I saw cats and immediately wanted to play, but unfortunately it didn't seem like attacking worked. I clicked and nothing happened. I tried clicking on enemies and there was no indication that did anything either. At some point all my cats disappeared and I was stuck in the middle with enemies spawn-camping me :/
Wow, what an awesome game!! I didn't expect dance sequences to be involved XD really fun game, might be my favorite so far. I only wish there was more!
Holy cow, it's like if the creator of Salad Fingers made a game. Loved it. Super creepy, and did NOT expect that minigame to get the screwdriver XD.
Maybe I'm missing something, but I couldn't figure out how to take pictures. I tried clicking and pressing all the keys on my keyboard but didn't seem to be able to do anything other than move. And then a bear ate me.
This game was really fun! Interesting twist on the rhythm game genre. When the beat switched the first time it felt super satisfying to make it to each circle in time.
Good job!
Hmm, interesting concept. The enemies didn't seem to pose any issue whatsoever, I killed them all and I never even looked at my health counter :P. Also, I think I finished it? The game just ended all of a sudden, but there was no indication as to why.
Liked the retro style, and the music though! Also, did you have to pick up the letters/numbers in any order on the levels? I just grabbed them with no thought to the order -- having that matter could make things more interesting!
Really want to play this one, but I too get errors about missing DLLs on windows. `libfreetype-6.dll`, `libpng16-16.dll`, `libjpeg-8.dll`, and `libFLAC-8.dll` all throw errors as missing.
Super fun game! Physics were GREAT, I really liked the different elements in level design and how it felt like you kept learning new mechanics. There were some puzzle elements which made the levels feel fresh and encouraged you to keep playing, and somehow you managed to give the Flower a personality and I actually cared about keeping it alive.
Loved it!!
Really cool game. I loved the art and sound. It took me a second to figure out a strategy, but once I got going it was a lot of fun! So many bunnies!
Graphics and sound effects were really good. It definitely got repetitive, and it broke my heart to throw a bunny into the fire XD. Good effort!
Loved the art and sound! All the little mini games were cool. The only one I couldn't figure out was the eating popcorn game. I tried going back and forth as quickly as I could and lost, then I tried just feeding one of them a ton and lost... Not sure what was supposed to be done there.
Still, really good game!
Very unique idea! I really liked it, it gets hard quickly. Brings me back to my days playing MMOs.
Voice acting was great. It felt REALLY easy until the 3rd wave when a single knight killed my baby. Felt like it could have used some balancing maybe?
Nice little platformer! A couple critiques, it starts out too hard (get rid of the spikes in the first section). The transition between screens is too long and it really breaks up the flow of the game. It's very nice looking, but that transition should only be when you start the game and/or die. Finally, having sections where you drop down to move on is fine, but there should be some indication that you can drop down and not die -- I was so confused where to go because I didn't want to kill myself jumping into a hole!
Fun game! There appears to be a bug when you restart after losing, where you can't build towers and you start with whatever money you had before you died. Overall though, really good job and it was fun watching you build this thing!
Pretty good game! It feels like you turned the TD genre on it's head and made something pretty compelling. Good work!
Great game! There seems to be some bugs though, particularly if you die on the door of a level, you get stuck on the Try Again screen but it seems to move you along in levels until you get to the boss, and then nothing happens. Would have loved to finish it. Good work overall!
Wow, the man in the background with the bulging pants creeped me out LUL. It was extremely hard to get past some of the areas, I really wish there was a checkpoint mechanism because after a while I just didn't want to start all the way from the beginning.
Pretty good game. Graphics were nice, I liked the glowing effects. The achievement text flickered so I couldn't read it. The timer went to 100 seconds, not 60 seconds as you would expect, and honestly I wish there were more enemies or mechanics to keep things interesting.
Cool game, however sometimes the pickles spawned right next to me and there was no chance to save Mr. Potato.
Looks great, music is great; however, I couldn't make it to the top and your stamina replenished so slowly that I just had to restart the game to try again. It would keep the player more encouraged to keep playing if the first level was easier (are there more levels?).
Interesting concept! Things got a little surreal when I realized there were so many bodies I was literally pushing them around to get to the other houses to spray them down.
I looked away for a second and everything went to hell. This game requires constant vigilance XD
Not bad, the atmosphere was really great. Music was nice, and the crafting was relatively intuitive. A sprint or run button would have been great, as well as maybe a larger goal -- it seemed like the only thing to do was keep the fire alive so once you figured out chopping down trees it felt like there was nothing else to do.
LOVED the graphics, sound, music, concept, everything. My only critique is it wasn't long enough XD I wish there were more levels to play. Also, I tried WAY to hard to get to the puppy but couldn't figure out how.
Really, really good game.
Pretty fun game! Wish there were more levels and mechanics. The graphics and audio were great (but the audio was a bit loud, wish I could have turned it down a bit). Also, speeding up player movement would probably make the game feel better overall.
I like the idea of this card game! As you're aware, it's pretty buggy (when I won, I had to force-close the game because the message box wouldn't go away), but the audio was nice and the graphics were alright. Would have loved some tutorial or something in-game to explain how to play, but overall good job!
Holy cow, that was NOT what I expected. Really great little entry. 2 critiques, the text in the beginning was hard to read, and also I suggest making it so only the base of the player in a top-down game like this collides with walls. A few time my hair caused me to get stuck on the walls. Maybe even just some sliding collision would have made this keep the flow going better.
Cute game. The bugs were TOUGH and I died very quickly from them. Also, the music seemed to have this strange high pitched feedback every so often which was annoying. It'd be nice if you could mute the music.
Interesting game. I'll be honest, I didn't really understand the mechanics -- sometimes I got an X when I tried to upgrade, sometimes I got a check mark, and I couldn't tell if I could upgrade one category multiple times. Finally, the end game screen was bugged. The button to retry was too big and I couldn't see all the text, and the give up button didn't work.
Wow, this is actually a gem. Unfortunately I don't have anyone to play this with, but this would be a GREAT party game with the quick rounds and ability to push each other around. Love this concept!!
Really good game. I think this is the first game this year I've played with an actual win condition, and I played this one all the way to the end. Graphics were nice, sound effects were good, and the story was really sad. Good job!!
Fairly fun, very similar to another LD46 game I played except in 2D. My main critique is that rotating in air either doesn't work or is a very minor effect, which makes it extremely hard past level 1.
Graphics were really good, but for some reason mashing the buttons didn't do anything to save Daryl so he died every time :(
Loved the aesthetic. Sounds were perfect. Very much enjoyed the ending. I do wish it was longer and/or harder. I finished it my 1st time trying.
Fairly fun, wish there were some cannon upgrades or something to keep it interesting. I didn't realize until my second playthrough that I could feed boxes into the furnace to refill the flamethrower, which helped a lot :P
Fun game! The blood effects were great and shocked me the first time they happened. A little buggy though, my lil buddy Jeffrey got stuck in a wall once, and it's weird you can just fall off the level if you don't bring Jeffrey. Additionally, it would have been awesome to have some indicator when you moved levels, especially the ones where you start in the water again, it felt really jumpy to suddenly be in a new level but at the same position.
Fairly fun game, wish there was more to it! It was satisfying making it grow faster and faster.
I like this concept a lot. However, to be honest I couldn't really figure out what to do when I got into surgery. I used the different modes to remove the list of injured body parts and put them on the table, but once I removed all the injured ones I had no idea what to do next so I just removed everything until my patient flat-lined on the table XD
I fully admit to being too dumb to play this. I got to the 3rd level and got totally stuck. Loved the graphics and controls tho, reminded me of an old-school dos game. Good work!
Pretty fun! Great music and sound effects, cute graphics. Wish there was more variety to the minigame or some additional challenge, after I made 10-15 potions and couldn't find a new one I gave up because the minigame got a bit monotonous. Varying speeds/obstacles/etc would have really bumped up the fun on this one! Still had fun playing though, great job!
Thanks for the feedback about the input issue @johnathan-peres @ilokimo @reccy ! I have resolved it.
I gotta say... This is absolutely the best game I've played this LD. Tremendous job. You could 100% make this longer and sell this. Super game!
Super interesting! Game was fun, graphics and sound were great. Really liked the screen transitions and effects when you died (though wish the death one was a bit faster so I could get back to it without waiting). Overall great work!
Fun game, but I wish you kept your coins on death so I didn't have to start all the way over.
Fun game, great graphics and music! I'm not great at puzzle games and couldn't finish the 3rd area, so I'm not sure how much more there was but I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Felt a lot like the witness (another game I didn't get far in :P). Overall good work!
Awesome entry! Overall it was a lot of fun, but to be honest I think the controls could be tightened up. It seemed pretty hard to traverse the levels not because the design made it hard, but because the controls made it hard to do what I wanted to do.
Fun game! Very unique use of the theme and all the OTHER themes that didn't get picked. Good work!
Not much to it, it didn't seem like my choices really affected much in the end... Nice piece of advice I suppose, cute graphics.
Not a bad attempt for your first time! A couple things would have made this much more fun, kill counter sticking on the screen, mouse aiming, and some juice when things happen (screen shake, particles, etc.)
Clever little game!
Gorgeous game! Loved the audio and the graphics, it was unique and relaxing (minus those stupid hiccups XD). Literally the only thing I wanted was to see the pictures I took at the end.
Great game! Loved the graphics, the dialogue was awesome... I'll be honest I didn't finish it because it was HARD lol but great work!
