Wow, that was amazing - great job! The only thing I feel could be improved upon is the readability of the pixel art - sometimes the objects bleed into each other too much.

Amazing work! Can't believe you made this by yourself in only 48 hours. I made it all the way through the game, but I think I got the "bad" ending. 😅
Very charming game. I loved the humor and overall vibe, and the graphical effects were great. In particular, I really liked the lighting on the boss, along with the post processing effect. The "spirit realm" thing was an interesting idea, but I felt the gameplay there didn't quite fit cohesively with the main part of the game.
Very cute - I loved it! I also like that it's a genre I don't see too often.
@yoruvii That's amazing to hear - thank you. I appreciate his perseverance! 🙏
@bowen It has different endings every time! But the game is the same on each OS. Thanks for playing!
@cshep99 I suppose that's one benefit of having no graphics, audio, or game engine! 😅
@epb9000 Now I must try "pancakes" for every answer. 😂
@ryrumeli Thanks so much! It's great to hear that you got so much enjoyment out of it.
@vivid-hallucination Best of luck to you!
@kaliuresis I guess you unlocked the "good" ending? 😂 Congratulations! Enjoy your new companion.
@custodi Thanks for giving it a try! It's kind of a twist on Mad Libs. The answers you give to the questions are fed into ChatGPT (along with a prompt I wrote) to generate the creature description at the end. The creature that gets summoned is supposed to have characteristics that relate to your responses.
@milq Thanks so much! As for the disclaimer, my AI lawyers told me to say that, so I'll pass on the thanks! 😂
@joshua-miller-pio Thank you very much - I AM proud! 😎 Also, I'm currently working on some post-jam updates with enhanced "graphics"...
@linus-lindberg Thanks a lot! I'm glad you enjoyed the creativity aspect, and it's nice to hear you got several playthroughs out of it.
I did it! I finally did it!
Great idea for the game, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I agree with some of the others that it may have been a bit too hard to figure some things out. Providing text that says what an item is when you pick it up would help a lot, I think. (With the minimalistic style, some were hard to tell what they were.) I also found myself initially overwhelmed at the amount of ground to cover and explore after the very first area. Not sure if there's anything you could do to direct the player more?
I beat it! Great job - this was cute, fun, and charming.
Great job on the graphics and audio! I also love the title. 😂 I found the gameplay a bit hard and confusing, but keep practicing your design skills - I think you'll be able to do great things!
DANG IT DAVE!!! (It was quite a charming little game, though.)
I like the way you combined 2D and 3D art!
Pretty cute game! I really like the art style. I think you could make the gameplay more interesting by having different requirements for noises you make. Maybe each type of cat would require a different type of noise to summon it, or something like that?
I love the art style and the audio! It's really nice that it's got simple controls and not too busy visually.
