I really have to agree with @entitynull The mechanics are pretty hard to grasp and there is SO MUCH downtime. But the issues are nothing that can't be fixed with a few updates. Also add more content for the player to do during the day.
Very moody game, was interesting to play. I agree with people above - I didn't really know what I was doing to be honest.
Graphics and sounds are amazing, really immersing into the game.
Gread job!
Thanks @entitynull @noobexception @mantaraytv-games Thanks all of you for spending some time on this entry and for your comments. I know I have to improve the UX to make the gameplay as good as graphics. Still working on it so stay tune for update ;)
Love The Art style and UI Too.
Great atmosphere, loved the music and the art. I think the game has great potential, I could tell what you were going for.
I think you should work on this game post jam because it has lots of potential
I did need a lot of time to understand what I needed to do and I was just there touching buttons and putting more infantry and people to several people without noticing exactly what happened... on the second run I kinda got a grasp of the game. It is a nice game, it looks appealing and sounds nice, the paper sounds and kind of overall it attractive, but I need more help to keep on playing it, still good job!
Love the atmosphere and concept, and the map is gorgeous - minimalist, thematic and gets the job done really well. some feedback:
* More feedback on what wille happen with low supplies / infrantry is a must (lost the MC or HQ day 1 first 2 games as it wasnt clear how to stop that). * a 'skip to midnight' button for when its configured to your liking is essential imo.
Overall, great game!
Also, after day 1 my supplies dont seem to be going down - may be a bug here?
@lazzydev72 @sassykeys @mlkvr @krebzor @chloeofarroyo
Thanks a lot for your comment. Yes as I excpect I have to spend more time on the UX, Option and information of what happend to make this thing bigger post Jam. Some might recognise un-intentional (at the start) inspiration about other game (as we all do).
I'll work on it ASAP to may have other review from something more pleasant. So stay tune.
Thanks again for your review ;)
-- TIPS --
Actually you can exchange "SUP" and "INF" between the "IC" or "SC". If you lost those two POI you loose the game (MC and HQ are just for extra Rank point). This is far from what I would like at first but you know how Jam have to be rush sometime.
Each day, depending of your Rank, POI 'll be attack and you might loose some supplies or infantry. "IC" and "SC" produce few "SUP" and "INF" still depending on their Rank.
I love the atmosphere but I had a bit of a hurdle in order to graps the mechanics
I like the graphic style, there is nothing like playing with an interesting story.
Very atmospheric already, but I think adding some text description of the events that happened overnight would add to the mood (and also help understand the stats better than just looking at the bare SUP/INF numbers).
I don't have much more than what has been already said. The atmosphere is great and the design is very cool. I would really like to see a bigger end-game goal, and I believe you would have got to that with more time. The biggest thing that seems to be missing right now is an overview of resources, and a way to see a lot of basic info about all the sights at a glance. Also a skip to next day button would be nice  With some little touches like those and some expansion on the gameplay, I think you have a really good game on the way!
I really like these sort of game but it needed some context about what happened in the night and I hated that it just ended before I either died or reached max camp levels.
Uhhhh ... ^^ my reaction for lots of the parts xD The concept is great and i highly encourage development after the jam. This game needs lots of brushing up but overall i loved the UI a lot.It just lacked context at parts.
fun
Wow, the mood! I love the art style. I really had hard time to understand what to do though.
Very prety graphics  Very good idea, but soe polishing could be done in quite a few parts
I love this mood and art style. Will you be writing a postmortem? I'd love to see how you made this!
Such a great art design! Love the feel of the mood. Love to know that you think of my entry~
The music, graphics and atmosphere is interesting and really well made. But I did sadly not understand the story or the gameplay idea. Over this is an okay jam game.
Great Job this game is great!
The game had a great concept, but after understanding the mechanics it was very easy to min-max the optimal solution to the puzzle that the game provided. The UI was neat and stylised, but it could've had some improvements to help with general usability and clarity. You had to click on infantry centre and supplies centre every day just to check how much you currently have to spare. This information could've been constantly available on the unused parts of the screen.
Overall, this game needed a bit more polish and a few more mechanics for it to be a great submission, but I liked it for the atmosphere it provided and the general idea behind it. Thematically this game was awesome.
I love this game! it is really interesting and really well executed! great job!
I really like the art and the atmosphere of this game. I would have appreciated to know how much suplies or infantery was available to use though, and some events to understand better what happend during the night, because the timer can feel a bit long. Nice audio too !
Neat moody game you made there, it's pretty and the sound design is top notch ! I didn't understand a first but I quickly got it and then I enjoyed it. Solid entry, keep it up :)
Vwry interesting gameplay mechanics although a bit strange to deal with! Despite that it is an awesome entry and you should continue working on it after the event! Wish you good luck!

Enjoy and have fun !
PS: Btw if you meet any bugs or else feel free to let me know in comment as usual ;)
@randdir I played the new version, and it is way more dynamic, well done!
I really liked the mood, the art style, music and gameplay accounted a lot for that!
This was a pretty fun game, the idea of keeping everyone in the camp safe and happy really intrigued me.
Headquarters died after one day and after that I luckily managed to keep everyone alive, the only thing which i'd like to see in this game is a button or something which lets you end the day early.
Other then that nice game!
@red-ash Glad you like the updated version :)
@colozz @nabo369 Thanks a lot for your feedback !
Btw, @nabo369 I suggest you to test the updated version (PostJam) that as more features and also some that you mantioned ;)

Wow great art, great game!
i liked the game art it looks amazing , but to be honest i didnt understand what do to or how to play it but i really liked the mood :D
This is an extremely well-done example of a game jam game. Solid use of the theme without investing too much time into graphics, and more into thoughtful use of game mechanics. I love it.
I was a little ambivalent at first, just because I didn't full understand what I needed to do. An upfront explanation of what each building does, or tutorialized day-by-day level building would be a great way to introduce a player to game mechanics. However, it's a gamejam game, so I can forgive not having those elements present.
If you spent more time polishing this after the jam, it could be a great fun game.
I played the original, and the PJ version, interesting concept! I agree with other commenters that the OG was definitely missing some elements, seems like you added the most important in the PJ. There are quite a few little typos that bug me, but that's just me being picky. It would have been really neat to have a little something about what happened to the lost infantry, eaten by wolves or turned into soylent or something like that. Overall, very unique and I'd love to see it expanded.
The graphics, and audio fit the mood of the game well. However, I never really figured out how rank works, or how outposts die.
Loved the graphics and the concept, but as others said, the game is very slow. I also found it too easy. I just kept giving all the locations all the supplies they needed for each day and completed it.
