Hey @vetu11 ! Thank you for reporting this, I don't know what happened.
I don't use Linux but I just built the game to Linux, would you like to try it ? www.nelowgames.art/downloads/AutoMate_linux.zip
I would like to know if it works out of the box on linux, because this time, I didn't make it WebGL compatible :/
This feels really good, the music and art is awesome ! Controls are a bit messy, you can map ZQSD, WASD, OKLM at the same time to move and use clicks / space to attack :)
I like you have a break between waves !
I love the feeling, but it could be a little faster,
Don't rely too much on pure randomness, or you easily loose control over difficulty. speed up the game each time you break an asteroid / a pack of ones, count it as score, controls the difficulty curve and tada ! you have a great mobile arcade game !
Please, port it to Android, it matches so much the genre of the store <3 (I would play it a lot if it becomes more difficult ! )
hey :) not too shabby for a first jam, it's good to see you understood that basic visuals can make good graphics :)
you should damp the difficulty a little, make the violets polygons shoot only once they got to their orbit and make you player's bullet faster so we could have a better aim :) don't make the controls difficult, but the game itself :) (by the way, map 'left' to 'a' AND 'q' for azerty user :) )
I like how you used your game physic to define your level design, I especially love the wall jump :) At first I fought I would like to have more control but as it serves the games, you changed my mind in 3 levels :) great game for speed runners :D
I love your take on the theme !
It's always a good first impression when the start menu is animated :)
