Awesome game. I would totally play this as a mobile puzzle game. Pretty funny too, but I didn't quite get where sacrifices needed to be made. Good Work!

I really liked the game! I could easily see it being polished a bit and made into a mobile title. Surprising amount of content for a jam game, too!
It doesn't feel terribly on theme, though, since the "sacrificing" doesn't seme to have much negative effect.
Ha! I really enjoyed your game! Physics puzzles are always fun :) Though, I'm quite curious, how many levels did you make? I sacrificed over 100 blueberries across something like 7 or 8 levels. I particularly enjoyed feeding the king and, intentional or not, on more than on occasion, I moved the bouncy thing around on the fly to keep my berries bouncing in the right direction. Well done!
@fussenkuh Thanks for playing! There's around 12-ish levels if I remember right. I think towards the end things start to take too long, but when I was making the levels it was hard to keep track of pacing!
I chuckled at "Tell no one". Great humour and mechanics. I felt satisfied by the ending.
This was really well made, and parts of it made me laugh a lot. Great job :)
I really enjoyed this game! The dialogue, I found, was really funny. I like your take on the "Sacrifice" thing, and I like the mechanics of the game. Maybe we can expect Blueberry Bounce 2: The Electric Boogaloo at some point? ;) I'm kidding about the name, not the sequel. I'd play it.
All of the game objects have playful interactions with each other, which opens up fun options in the late-game puzzles. I enjoyed fudging solutions (dragging a bumper around during play) and the King's reaction when I tried to manually dunk blueberries.
I really like that every object can interact with seemly every other object it really gives the chance at emergent gameplay (such as my favorite play style of just using one bouncer to jugle blueberrys across the map).
Funniest game I've played so far. Also just really fun. Getting the bouncing right feels really rewarding and the physics are very reliable, which makes it frustration-free. I definitely agree with others about the fun of moving the bouncers around in real-time, though that isn't as effective in the later levels where you need to satisfy so many demons before the path is clear. My only criticism is that I wish I could speed up or click-through the dialogue faster. Great game!
This is really fun and has the makings of a really difficult puzzle game. Was it deliberate that you can move the bouncy things while the blueberrys are still flying. Also the paths are a little random, i.e. you can hit fire twice without changing anything and the blueberries will go different places.
@david-hunter It was deliberate. I had code in to disable that but I realized that it'd be more fun (with what I could accomplish in a gamejam) to just let the player mess around however they liked.
I ran out of time to figure out why the paths were slightly different sometimes, but I think it is because of the random rotation each blueberry starts with. I was using Unity's 2D physics engine so I didn't have time to figure out why exactly that was happening.
Thanks for the feedback!
Just lovely :) Good feeling, nice graphics, scaling difficulties. My best congratulations ;)
Well that was just awesome. Great work!
Great job! I like that we can play with the mechanics in different ways, by moving the bouncy things or even throwing berries at the back of portals. It was very fun feeding the king too :p Well done!
Made me laugh out. It is quite free to control the platform. It might be a little simple but fun enough. Great job!
I've never felt so close to a berry before. The mechanics were fantastic, especially the twist. Awesome game!
Love me a good physics game. Didn't spot any bugs or showstoppers.
Nice touch with the character chatter on each stage. It made for a stronger atmosphere to the game.
Cheers!
Absolutely amazing game, I love the eating sounds and the plot twist of the cannibal king  Amazing work!
Pretty cool game! I played it to the end! Could work well as a mobile game.
This was fantastic https://www.twitch.tv/videos/345732966?t=03h36m05s
I always knew blueberries were affiliated with a demon king!
 It was very cool how the king told us game mechanics, both trivial, and secret. The game never added new things, we just learned more about it! I liked that the demons would eat the bouncers.
:point_right: The textured graphics had a very blueberry/painted style, it would have been cool to see similar textures in other places.
:star: Overall great job. Thank you for making this!
Didn't expect to have that much fun. Loved the end and the humor of the game. Really well done!
