It's fun.
Some feedback:
* the player feels like it's on ice. I think a lot more friction would have been nice. * The transition screens were a bit long too. I thought something was broken during the first one.

good game dude , nice gameplay, id help out with the art next ludum if you'd like, im bad at programming
Great concept. I could see this turning into a gladiatorial type game where you are pitted against enemies and have to spend life to purchase different gear/weapons before going out. My biggest complaint is that transition screen. The color and pattern hurts the eyes, I'd recommend just transition to a black screen with maybe some "loading" text on it.

@tomasmunro thank you for the offer, but I already have somebody helping out with the art, we only actually had half a day to make this game, so thats why the characters look a bit messed up. @rainetheglutton thanks for playing my game, I know the loading screen takes a long time and is a bit messed up, Im thinking of changing it so it doesn't hurt people's eyes. Thankyou everyone for the feedback!

Fun little game! as others have said the character is a bit slidey and loading screen is a bit long and hard to look at. Only other things I might change is that it felt bad to start at wave 1 every time and change the sound to distinguish when you hit an enemy and an enemy hits you. Multiple times I accidentally slid out the door and had to come back in and start over. Also the 5 heart enemies are invisible? Not sure if that was intended. I had fun though so good job!
The execution is very simple, but the game is addictive. Controls is very slidey on my taste, but it seems to me that it makes a challenge and it's good :)

Nice game but the movement isn't the best, almost like on ice. And the transitions between levels/menus: they are too long and hurt my eyes.
Other than that its pretty fun game.
