lol thats i have to say
This looks like a really ambitious I can't wait to play that.
I love how you took a game that doesn't seem like it would be that enjoyable and made it realy quinte and by far the best looking game this jam and one of the coolest. Only thing i would change is the buttons and stats since i don't feel like they feel off.
photo.png really proud of this tree
fun game and really challenging. The only thing i would do is change the colour of the fence or dirt since they blend in.
really fun game love the concept and art. I do have some suggestions like adding music/sound effects and a end since it loops around.
it has a really unquiet art style and the physics engine is really unstable which is usually a bad thing but it makes the game really fun when fling things across the map and i think for some of the levels your suppose to manipulate it.
The formatings a bit weird and the controls feel weird. The art looks amazing it all fits together the shadings beautiful.
some really good audio but the gameplay gets really repetitive otherwize a fun game.
my favourite game i've played so far. I absolutely love the art and the mechanics .Once I first started I thought the speed was way to fast but as you play it it makes more sense. The puzzles are simple but fun
Fun game really challenging.
Really fun game I love art and the game play is really fun.
i found it didnt have enough content i wish there whree activites so you could walk the ball ext
I love the dialogue it really entertaining. The art is my favorite part of the game this some of the best art i've seen in my life i love how it feels the way the colours blend the shapes its beautiful. Ill be looking back on this for inspiration in the future.
I love the concept and the way its pulled off is really cool keep up the good work.
start didnt work and for a scratch game it looks like it might be decent
pretty fun i like the artstyle but the controls are a bit slippery and really fast
@inaki-roque @PonyPrincess420 thanks for playing it
@hamzeh its in the description of the game
@strailks thank you I would add some music I dint want to take any open source and my brother who does the sound effects didnt know a good song
@frozen-spirit thank you so much for playing
@huddybuddygreatness i would add music post jam i just couldn't get any music if i did this again ill make sure to o add it forsure maybe ludum dare 92. Also if i had more time and a better understanding of game maker i would add a menu where you can change the difficulty
thanks for playing @eva next jam ill make sure to add music
@skyeward @uberdy I fixed it to say windows
@brokevectors @thomasward couldn't find a pace that could fit everyone some people could do it without having to look and others it took several tries to make it 25.Like I said before I would add a menu and a difficulty setting if I did this again. I'm more use to making mobile type games as well so that's why it feels like a mobile next jam ill make sure to make a pc style game to break that mold. Also thomas that was a place holder but when i was going to replace it i had like 10 minutes. thanks you guys for playing
@qqcs thanks for the advise ill make sure to use these as guidelines next time
Really fun game. The controls are super smooth and I love the physics. The only thing I would improve is graphics I wish it was art on the shapes.
I love the art of the game but it's a bit challenging I think you where going for the arcade type of game. So the players would have to work to see the rest of the game. I love that style of game but you should've made it a bit easier so people see all the content and judge it of the full game. My favourite game so far.
i cant figure out what to do please list the controlls and i have no idea on what to do
omg i cant believe you actually made this in 2 days this is so much fun 5 starts on everthing this is going to be top three at least
@aeveis after the jam you should continue this game into a full on rpg i would buy it the controlls feel way to good just leave in a jam game
neat graphics and audio but my criticisms are that it doesn't really fit the theme and its just not really that engaging i played with a friend and it just felt same old maybe with some more rules and twist it would keep attention for longer
fun concept i feel like it would be better if it was level based since 90% of the time its impossible
fun controlls but really hard
omg this game is so much fun i absolutely love the movement and the graphics and sound it has a bit of a difficulty curve which is really cool and made me spend more time with the game can you please make a post jam version i would absolutely love that maybe even make it a commercial game it really reminds me of bug fables keep up the great work
@quak ty
@blobo thanks for the feedback if i have enough time ill change that
@dumbdumb ive never gotten that glitch if you can tell me specifics ill get to fixing it thanks for the feedback
@gorr I'm planning on makeing a post jam with some actually good puzzles.
@theseusinabottle Ill add info on controls in post jam version.
@dr-medictm Ill revamp the audio for the general music and add a music toggle and volume selector and I with the turret noise i'll make a new version off that post jam release.
@aeveis Post jam version i'll make levels longer and have more thought put into them so ill make it so when you restart it restarts you at the level your on. (also your game is my favourite keep up the great work)
@bassguitarbill I'll make sure to do that and post jam im planning on adding new features the turret can do so ill make it so the player finds it and not told how to do it.
@joror I was planning on adding a puzzle but I lost a day due to school so post jam ill make the menu have a puzzle with a secret level in it.
@trexxak "felt bad to shoot those poor red bois repeatedly in the back of their metallic head" that quote keeps me up at night lol on another note ill make sure to expand this mechanic as much as I can and i reached for the theme so ye lol im planning on keeping up with the clean look and adding more of a portal ascetic.
everyone whos played my game ty ill make sure to expand upon this consent post jam alot.
also I'll counter is at 10
@jasper-hansen Ty for playing it ill make sure to consider it in the post jam version
@emperor-eagle Im glad you enjoyed it im currently working on the audio for the post jam version
@rolly ye the themes extremely loose but there's kinda 2 1 is that you start from the beginning when you fail 2 is that your 1 of the many turrets that go threw the test lol
i felt like it was fun but i would add more types of rings since it gets really repetive which i think you were going for a high score based game but still that would be nice
Really loved the leaderboard got the high score! I love this games whole feel and idea. My only recommendation would be to just fill up the whole scene because you could see cutoff points where the level stopped. Also the menu felt perfect I might have to check out the source code for it!
This is a an extremely polished game. You could convince me you spent 5 times as long on this. I would however like some sort of upgrade system. Like getting upgrades to the van with the money. Great game best one ive played so far!
Fun little game. Love how you're using the same character and naming scheme. Thought that was cool. Does seem there is a small visual glitch where the characters hand pixels are to the left of them in a thin line. Keep up the great work!
@yellow ldjamthrowawaycommentimage.PNG Heres a screenshot if that helps. If you're using Unity you can just import the pixel perfect camera package and it solves issues like this. Also if you're using a tilesheet it can create weird lines like these. Its in my jam submission but due to how I have the camera working its less noticeable. Didn't use the pixel perfect camera at the start because you kind of need to make your game around it and forgot to add it until it was too late.
@yellow You are welcome have an amazing day aswell! Your english is so good I could not even tell it was not your native language.
I got 30k Extremely fun. This is by far the best game I've played so far. I wont be shocked if it doesn't at least win a category if not the jam. The game play loop is simple and engaging. The mechanics feel really polished. The whole visual styles fits together 100% and the audio is pleasant. I legit cant think of a criticism. Maybe up the pacing at the start of the game. Well done truly talented devs you're an inspiration.
@tanis @hacktic Just did thanks for telling me thought that by putting it as html and putting the link there it would auto add it. But turns out im wrong.
@makuck95 Thanks for letting me I was using the wrong collision call.
@eharp Yea I forgot to loop it in code my b.
@caeonosphere So glad you enjoyed. I was going to patch that out but figured its better to stay in. So you have the quick warp option. (:
@yellow See you too cant wait to be there!
Really amazing game for a game jam. So impressed that you guys were able to get something this polished out before the deadline, Congrats! However did find a small spelling error by Shane "usually" spelt as usully.
I love the characters pixel art. Im a massive fan of colored outlines. Did have the issue of not being able to see the full game screen. Might be on my end. Great job.
Really fun game the text to speech is superb.
Made a game with the exact same name and found this when trying to navigate to mine. So I thought I would give it a play! Really enjoyed the over all polish. The lighting is top notch. I also love the way the gates open reminds me of a game im currently enjoying right now, called Lunacid. Also love the small effect where the endurance bar fades out as it nears full. Great job love how 2 names can create 2 radically different games! Also the vines are set to transparent you want to set that as cut out because you can see the alpha value allowing you to see where the textures cuts in and out.
Loved the vibe of this game so much. As a self pronounced Lofi enjoyer. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that, that was chill lofi. Also the artist of this game did a great job everything matched a really coherent style.
Man im not cut out for this life style. I got .35. Games really fun love the visuals of it.
I got this error when trying to play the ldjam version. "Failed to read the 'serviceWorker' property from 'Navigator': Service worker is disabled because the context is sandboxed and lacks the 'allow-same-origin' flag."
