So bad at conserving ammo  And driving if im being honest! lol I had fun playing, think I made it to like the 4th zone. I wish there was an easier way to bring up the alchemy window and interact with it, maybe with a keyboard only approach? also a little text to tell the possible combo of potion/ammo. Liked the game though, good job yall!
Congrats on your entry! I think this could be a super powerful multiplayer racing game.
I really cannot overstate how exceptional the music is. I had a little trouble figuring out what combinations actually did something (did amount of a type of ingredient matter? Or only whether it was present?), and I kinda wish it could've been keyboard-only. It's a cool concept, done nicely, and with absolutely incredible energy.
Honestly one of the best games of the jam in my opinion, only feedback I'd give is I wish I could use my mouse to aim. Other than that absolutely exceptional.
Not sure what's "unstable" about it, but a fun and great looking and sounding game. My only real complaint is that the "alchemy" part feels like digging change out of your pocket to pay a toll. It would have been great if that had been tied into the boat's movement.
This was really fun, loved dodging and shooting having to run to use the alchemy to reload, good job!
Cute game, and my special ❤ for axolotl!
Nice graphics, great idea. Not really to the theme, but still a great game.
Ah I wish it was unlimited ammo but I still really enjoyed playing it. I would have loved if I could control the axolotl in the ring a swam a bit before the next level had started. Great job!
This is a nice game, water controls feels "right", enough of challenge without being too hard. It would be great if you catch chemical elements on water, but as it is, it's already lot of fun.
On a negative point, I cant really see theme usage here...?
"Use your alchemy-boat to blast your way through frog town and win the potion prize!"
That is a sentence I'd never thought I'd read! Nor did I ever expect to play a zippy axolotl as a main character! This game has style to boot. The mini-game to reload was also unexpected! Definitely something new. I enjoyed the whole experience.
The movement was a lot of fun, even though I got trace bits of lag in the browser. That felt really polished. A little more enemy AI might have made the combat even a little easier. As it was, them sitting and firing did not feel compatible with me having to zoom around, face them briefly, only to face a barrage of bullets XD
Thanks for the game!
Nice Game. Very fun to play. Thank you
Very entertaining entry :D
Interesting way of reloading. First I felt it was just there to fit the theme and I didn't get it. But I it actually kept me focused and in flow, cruising around while reloading. Ended up enjoying it!
I think the difficulty and game length was balanced perfectly.
Very nice art style and I especially love these waves and the color of the water:

My favorite part was that you gave the frogs life lifebuoys instead of blowing them up, so adorable..

The only thing I'm missing is gamepad support! 🎮 🙏
Nice work!! Yay, I won the grand cup!

So lovely graphics!
This was very fun, and I loved the art. I felt like the main mechanic was supposed to be the alchemy reloading, but it never felt impactful so I would just default to throwing in one pellet because that was maybe a little bit worse but a lot faster.
Wow, the controls on this felt amazing. Totally felt like I was speeding along in a boat. Loved that no frogs were injured during the game :D Thanks for letting me play!
Awesome! I totally love this genre. The alchemy mixing of ammo was fun but I'm not sure whether there were any rules or if it was totally random. I love the graphics, I love what remains of each destroyed ship. I love the music and sounds as well. The only downside, as with many Unity3D projects quickly thrown together, is performance on slighly more shitty HW. A very solid entry!
That was simple but very fun! At first I didn't know what to do to reload, but when I understood I had fun! Unfortunately my potato pc couldn't handle the amount of frogs, so it was a bit laggy. Overall a simple but effective game! Very good work!
For the fact that it's a game about an axolotl is a big plus. The game is calm, the graphics are nice, I didn't quite see the instability theme. Of the bugs, toad went off the map, but kept shooting at me)
Thought this was going to be more of a racing game at first, but was pleasantly surprised! The gameplay is really fun and challenging, and the reloading is clever. One small annoyance I had was that there wasn't a proper fullscreen mode (the button on itch added black bars instead of actually expanding the game screen). A Windows build would've alleviated this.
Nice work! I'd love to see this expanded on in the future :)
