Already the hitting of the stones in the hand is superb. fun to play and quite a lot for a game jam.
Really enjoyable game! The music sets a great mood, and exploring the island is a lot of fun. Great work!
amazing game, it's really peacefull and fun, even so i didn't make a fire i like the concept
that is a very VERY cool game, i really enjoyed it, there is so much content, the mechanics are so cool, you might want to add co-op and publish it to steam, it will be a really cool game for playing with friends, thank you for that experience!
@roma4ka thanks, good suggestion, we will try (as well as adding more ending and coop gameplay (volleyball, minigolf and so on))
@stanewolfer Thanks, did you manage to do a Hight score in ricochets ? (it was our first feature)
I love the idea that the oldest technology is fire! That's a really clever interpretation of the theme.
The two-hand interaction system is quite unusual and interesting, and I really like the atmosphere of the island. There's also a surprising amount of content for a 72-hour jam!
However, I have to admit that I never quite figured out how to actually make a fire. I tried experimenting with different objects, but the process wasn't very intuitive.
Thousands of years of human civilization, and here I am, still unable to make fire!
Great concept and impressive work overall!
I thought I’d misread the tutorial at first—the left and right buttons control your left and right hands? That’s such a creative idea! And since the game already supports English and French, any chance we could get Chinese too? Haha!
Wow, I'm so impressed. I also struggled to make fire, I'm going download linux version and try again - was playing web. All was going well until I somehow got caught on the back left (looking at crafting area) and couldn't move.
I did continue to struggle a bit with the way to use your hands, it seemed some objects couldn't be hit/wouldn't hit each other.
Although, technically I guess I did get fire... lighting struck a tree and I managed to get a stick on fire and take it back to my hearth.
My kids and I were cracking up as we kept encountering new stuff... like the rain, then the lighting strike, not to mention all the other detail like message in a bottle, etc. Super great experience. I'll share this with outdoor survival/learning camp the kids have attended.
The scope of this game is impressive. Nice graphics, cool music, nice theme usage. The mouse mechanics is very unique, sometimes it does not work flawless but the idea is great. Congratulations to the team.
