really good idea, music, and atmosphere
I liked the game idea; the piston part was really annoying, but I liked the progression. Also, the ending left me confused.
I really like the atmosphere of this game!
The gameplay is fun and interesting.
Honestly, I really like the atmospehere of this game and its progression system. The beginning was quite challenging with collisions, but overall, everything is very well put together!
The game is absolutely great. The atmosphere is top-notch. But you’ll have to really sweat for it.
I was left wanting to play more levels, great job! I thought the atmosphere and the art were fantastic. At first, I found it quite difficult to move around using the jump mechanic, but once I got the mechanical arm, it became much easier (and more fun xD). Well done! I really enjoyed it!
Fantastic graphics,I really like it
Fun little platformer. The initial stage with just rolling and boosting was tough to control, but once I got the other two upgrades, I got into a pretty good pace of movement and progressed pretty rapidly to the end.
Nice work!
Wow so good! Like the fact that you have such a specific jump and you have to roll with a ball damn really brings some nice thinking before pssing level!
Very nice game. There are some quirks on controls but that's part of the fun. The story left me with so many questions but that's part of the mood. Music, sound, graphics, all combined to tell us a (sad?) history.
The gameplay is fun and interesting.
Very cool controls and nice graphics, thats my favourite for now
Great game, loved the graphics. Got a good impression with the main menu, it's simple but it was really cool and stylized. Atmosphere was good too, the audio really got the mood going. I liked some of the details too, like how there are a bit of sparks when you run into a wall. I also liked the mechanics of the game, they were interesting and unique, and I like the progress of it with how you started with a leg that could only push you but eventually graduated to better legs, though I was sad to see the regular left/right movement go and resort to only jumping around everywhere.
Fantastic game! The controls could use a bit more polish, but that's totally understandable given how unique they are and how little time you had to develop the game. The visuals and sound design are amazing. I honestly wish there was more to play!
The pixel art here is absolutely gorgeous! The warm sunset desert aesthetic and ruined world vibe look stunning, and playing as an ancient forgotten machine putting itself back together is such a cool, atmospheric take on the theme. Platforming and the grab mechanic felt really smooth. Left full ratings across the board! If you have a minute later to check out more jam entries, we’d love if you took a look at our game Meow Bomb as well. Best of luck with the jam!
Really cool atmosphere and art! I like the idea of the robot evolving. However, the one-legged robot with a grabbing arm turned out to be difficult for me to handle.
awesome!
Interesting aesthetic! The main menu looks a bit strange, but overall, the game has a pretty nice visual style.
grea game, i love this style
Next level jam entry, mood, GFX and SFX all really great. The unique platforming mechanics were def. the fun part. The first passage with three jumps however took quite long for the first level, but I guess its bc the game is aiming at Get over it vibes(?). All in all, very enjoyable!
masterpiece
so good
Really creative idea! I love how you took the Getting Over It concept and mixed it with other mechanics instead of just making another climbing game. It gives the whole experience its own personality and makes the gameplay much more interesting.
I especially like how you experimented with different ideas while keeping that familiar Getting Over It feeling. It's the kind of game that can be frustrating, but in a fun way that makes you want to keep trying. Really cool to see this kind of creativity during a game jam, especially with such limited development time. Nice work!
This game captures the feeling of playing as an old piece of junk very nicely. The ruined skyscrapers sticking out of the desert landscape creates a strong atmosphere, and evokes the loneliness of an obsolete machine. The gameplay felt a bit too simple at start, but got better towards the end. The game didn't overstay its welcome, and it was really satisfying to see an ending that concludes the experience in a fitting way. Great work!
I hate and love this game with a burning passion it made my lose my last nerves and braincells but it was so FUN!
