Very cool concept, and very slick looking. Unfortunately I got stuck in the sink and couldn't do anything!
Hilarious game overall. Gameplay got repetetive very fast but it was still worth a play for the humor and short experience.

Very funny game x) As a non-native English speaker, I would have appreciate some subtitles, but apart from that, I had fun! (I don't knoww how but you did succeed in making him perfectly ugly, annoying but not in that bad of a way x)
I've babysat a variety of ages and this is a really good way to bunch all that experience into one game. They just never want to live or stay put!
Thankfully when you feed and water this little dood they don't refuse it. It's a really solid entry and was a bit of fun playing it! As ugly as the blob is, it grows on you a bit; but after I beat the game I threw it into the outlet to make sure I got out my minor frustration and moving the little dood into the poop corner over and over :D
This game is hilarious, and I before I knew it I was on my tenth run!

Fun, though it's pretty hard to get used to managing so much at the start. Maybe a easy level followed by the more difficult level would've been good? Good job though.

Just beat it! Definitely tricky, but doesn't overstay its welcome at 2 minutes. A little finicky without a crosshair to accurately pick things up, but that almost enhance the experience? Love the blobby model, too. Great job folks! I appreciate the weirdness.

Awesome work. I found the game worthy of my two minutes. My favorite parts were the pictures on the walls. Clear signs of a doting parent. The shader for the blob was also nice. I like his hair too.
I have seen a lot of child management games, but this one takes the cake with it's excellent humor and interesting play style. Keep up the amazing work!

@aaa honestly though, he is quite a cute little gremlin. I mean, ask anyone. definitely not inspired by any art style from a recent adult swim pilot, no way.

MY BABY BLOB This game is really hard and I am a terrible babysitter.
The voiceover is super cute, the blob is horrifying and evil and suicidal and I love it!
I really liked the overall concept of the game, but there were a lot of things working against it for me. The movement was too slippery, the camera was incredibly sensitive and the objects were really small and hard to click.
Overall, though, I really liked the concept and had a good time playing!
Quite a challenging one! The sounds and looks of the slime are quite distgusting :D The voice acting is really good and the slowed down music when you fail is a good call.
The voice over and sound effects are amazing, the game in general is very funny. I love the title too. But the game is very very difficult. I think if he moved just a little slower or didn't make a b-line directly for the stove every time it might be a bit more manageable. As it stands I had a pretty tough time with it haha. "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY BLOB BABY!" Poor old dude.
A bit difficult to tell how to interact with the different items (clicking multiple times) or what the hazards are (the toolbox snuck up on me), but enjoyable!
That was one lovely blob. Sound effects fit very well too. I quite liked that the game felt hard too, loving agood challenge. I'd really love to see a polished version of this, would be interesting to see what could become of it. Was a fun one!
Oh man, this needs some re balancing... :D This guy just sprints towards the oven on the first frame of his live. Even if I pick him up and put him somewhere else, he just storms right back. Seems to be that the ai just can't take it anymore and want to end the game as fast as possible. The rest of the meters deplete SO fast, that there is no time to do anything. I managed to spray him once while he ran towards certain death. I have no idea how this is supposed to be played. But a little leeway would be nice. If I pick him up, he dies from all three meters at the same time after a couple of seconds. That doesn't seem fair to me!
I love the whole backstory and the absurdity of the situation and would've loved to play this a while but in the state, it is in now, I can't really. Way to frustrating and stressful.
Still, good job on the character design, the level structure and all assets in general. Looks really nice.
@ratrat44 2 minutes is the ideal amount of time to need to babysit a blob.

@lethalturtle 5 tries seems reasonable to me. means you played it for under 10 minutes. any longer and it would overstay it's welcome I think.
@guin36 Thanks for the constructive feedback! mouse/camera sensitivity is too high for sure. we did want the objects to be hard to click on just to amp up the stress, but they're maybe a bit too small.
@pythooonuser Slowing down music is a great little "hack" to indicate "you lose", hehe.

I feel that I must have missed something - I never managed to interact with the door, so blobbaby always died if it needed to relieve itself. Still enjoyed the game though - the humor is excellent, and I love the little touches, like the photos of blobbaby hanging on the wall (I'm so sorry, owner. I did kill your blobbaby. Repeatedly). The music is good and fits the theme well - and, of course, the voice acting is top notch. The blobbaby started to look kinda cute to me by the time I stopped playing... which maybe was a sign that I had played too long. Well done.
@meelo The blobby baby starts on its litter tray, just place him there again to relief himself.
@heiach Thanks! I dunno why I never tried that. I beat it on my second try after being armed with this new knowledge. Now I can rest easy, knowing I'm not a terribly blobbysitter.
