What are the square green guys? Once I found out they didn't hurt I spent most of my time trying to herd them to the finish. Solid game, though!
Cool little game. I found out you can rack up a high score by repeatedly clicking on the first letter over and over, though.
Congrats, awesome first effort!
Hey guys, thanks for the feedback! @retrograze: I know! I originally planned for there to be more to do with shapeshifting, but it all ended up getting cut in the name of saving time. And yes, the sfx are my voice (I may have pitched them down a bit in audacity to sound more knightly, though...)!
Man, this game is BUH-nanas, could see it turning into a full game. gg Nitrous9, too!
@enver-arco The best defense is a good offense
First off, congrats on getting all this art done in such a short time! I had a real tough time with the fork until I realized I could just lure unsuspecting ingredients into the pan.
Man, this is really good considering the time constraints! Love me some classic RTS.
Man, they're real serious about the polka part. A lot of fun even if you can't hold down a player two for more than one spin of the popsicle stick!
I like it, it's like Spirited Away Survivors or something. Congrats on getting all this done during the Compo!
Agreed with everyone else, this idea absolutely has legs! Great job, and great design!
Great design, really nicely implemented!
Love the art style, almost feels like playing a kid's book!
It's a bit tough to tell some of the alien colours apart, but otherwise it's a solid game, congrats on getting it done in 24hrs!
Immediately got pushed into a corner and bullied by zombies lol, it's pretty good.
Really neat, cool that you got a leaderboard in!
This is great, the art's really nice and it's a straightforward idea done well. Great job!
This game is a huge vibe, great work pulling everything together! "Pond Wanderer" was actually my nickname in high school...
Man, this game is wild. I really like how the buildings let the player get around the "Every 10sec" cooldown, it keeps you planning during the downtime, great job!
I have no idea what my objective was, and frankly, it didn't matter. Definitely full marks for fun and humor!
Great job! Feels like a flash game that I would've sat around in the library sneakily playing in school!
Really cool idea, I could see this being a full-fledged game! I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to get a furnace, though, I think I bought a barn instead.
Man, this is really well-presented for a jam game! The crumble effects and the shaders are really slick and the tutorial's a nice touch. I do wish there was a quick restart key (I might've missed it), but only because it felt real good to play and I wanted to get back into it!
Super cool implementation, I also ran into the q/e problem, but loved all the little touches. The wall map was an A+ inclusion!
This is really good, great use of the theme! That father-murdering former friend of mine keeps stabbing me to death though
Man this concept definitely has legs, super impressive that you managed to get portal mechanics working! It definitely took me a second to get a handle on the time-delay mechanic, though. It's a great moment when you realize it's a past version of you, not the back of your own head like in the original portal, but it's a lot to take in in 10 seconds, lol. Overall amazing job, though!
Great concept, well-executed! Are the dice actual physics objects?
Took a second to understand, but really interesting take on the theme and I don't think I've ever played anything like it! Great job!
Went undefeated against the squirrels but got absolutely wrecked multiple times on mushroom bounce mishaps. Great job on this one!
Man I would've never guessed "Stealth Minigolf" would work as a game mechanic, but it totally does! Great work
It's cute! I definitely thought the little moles were the hunters until one got grabbed by a bush.
Didn't realize you don't have to place the creatures and accidentally FILLED my terrarium with ladybugs 10/10
Shrooms blasted me straight outta my shell!
This definitely could turn into something Foddy-esque in the right (or wrong?) hands, though, incredible work!
Incredibly sorry for whoever has to wear my terrible creations! It's a cool idea - I definitely didn't realize you could move on whenever and absolutely blanketed my first one with patches haha
This is a great concept and really well presented and executed! Great work team!
Just goin' through hell with my lil guy, you know how it is. I do think that this could use a couple quality of life touches but otherwise it's a solid game!
It's very Dorfromantik! Systems-y/abstract games are always tough during jams because they need a little more tutorials than more immediate games where you're getting feedback on your inputs right away.
It's a really well done, Tiny Creatures-themed boomer shooter - great work! I also had some freezing on the web build, but not enough to detract from the experience
We did it, guys the pet is in the party hat
Really cool Gnorp-inspired idler take! I think if you added a couple different ways/buildings to spend fish and slimes, you could totally make this into a full-fledged thing - great work!
Truly! The tiniest creatures. Love the idea, the art and the execution - and the Panic! At The Disco style title haha
Wow this is gorgeous - I especially love the diablo-style tree health and mana!
This is really slick, though I think if someone used my soul for self-defense I'd be upset
I will say, I definitely didn't have "alcohol-fueled noir bass rampage" on my LD bingo card. Solid gameplay well presented!
Wow this is a great concept, and the combination of art and mechanics is really funny!
I'd like to thank my ghosts for carrying me through this game - really well done and fun to play!
I too solve a lot of my day-to-day problems with glocks on balloons
It's super cute and totally on-theme! A really solid effort for your first LD, though I did run into a bug where the fish ponds showed up at the bottom of the screen and I couldn't save the little guy!
What is this, a moving service FOR ANTS?!? Cool game, great execution - took me a hot minute to wrap my brain around the balancing!
More like "Taters, Please" amirite?!? Great work and has big like, The Looker energy where it's an irreverent take on a classic.
