Interesting game. SCP RTS style. I really like the concept, something like this expanded upon would be really cool. Nice work! FYI, the embedded game on LD didn't work for me, I had to go out to itch.io to play it.

Took me a while to figure out how the game worked so maybe it'd benefit from an in-game tutorial moving forward, but I ended up really enjoying it! There was no way I was gonna make 999 lil dudes though. Maybe I was doing something wrong and I should've been speccing towards that from the beginning! I love the little radio chatter, the audio worked really well with the mood.
Feels great! Love seeing the growth in numbers of tiny creature
Love the eerie atmosphere!
Cool audio~I like it.
BUG:when you build out the wall, build failed but lose money.
I like the mystery of this, both thematically and in how the mechanics are not explained and instead must be observed.
@douuggggg Yeah that's just like the "party's over" objective haha - lil behind the scenes look but even if you DID get 999 people to feed to the hole it'll still game over anyways
Game is pretty fun and surprisingly compelling horror. I love the fact that you have to generate and spend personel implying they are never expected to come back from the hole. I'd love more of this game, or more games like it.
Developing such a cool game in such a short time, is really impressive and the game creates amazing mood and the art is really cool, great job :D
awesome game! there is suspense and tension with the background noise, a atmosphere of foreboding in an apocalyptic setting. Good game experience with a challenging mechanic, it has good replay value, I enjoyed playing this one ! congratulations! keep it up!
Very nice atmosphere, I had no idea what was going on though.
Very spooky mood! I really liked the radio chatter effect of mumbling gibberish. I built and I observed and just as I was about to... suddenly: Game over! Enjoyed it anyway. Great job!
I tried to build a building in an inaccessible place, and not only did it not build, but they also took my money, just like a simulator of my state
@cloistered @tentacledream the spookiest part is EMBEZZLEMENT
I was actually thnking about game like this. Good and unique concept!
realy atmospheric, im a little bit lost, if im doing everything right atm ^^
Great work! Love the overal eary and dark mood and atmosphere of the game. The great sound design also adds a lot to that. Nicely done!
Absolutely brilliant! I loved the concept with the character control and the SCP-style atmosphere. 🎶 The sound design creates tension and fits the theme perfectly. It took me a little while to figure out the mechanics, but it only added to the fun! 😅 Watching the creatures grow makes the game exciting. 🌟 I would like to see more projects like this in the future! Great job! 👏
Love the ambiance!
Great mood and sounds. Love to be expanded with more mechanics.
Burburdurburdur indeed. A bit confused what the objective is but I like the atmosphere. I caught the idea that some sort of Lovecraftian creature is going to emerge from the hole before reading the description
I love the theming! I think the game would benefit from a tutorial, but otherwise the gameplay seemed super cool!
Interesting take on the theme! Very atmospheric for the minimalist aesthetic. Maybe you could write a short tutorial in the description since I'm not the only one who had a bit of trouble figuring out how the game works.
The vibe is really on point for a strange / supernatural setting. I like the pace being slower so it feels like you are discovering things. But if felt a bit too slow. Unsure if I was doing something wrong. If this is the pace would be cool to have a speed up/down button, so when I want to decide and place things I slow down but when I am waiting I can speed up. Really cool concept though! I hope one day to find what's up with the hole
I really like what you are starting with! I personally don't think the theme needs to have so strong a presence in the final result, as long as it has good inspiration.
I actually liked the pace of the game. I had time to think about what I was doing, and I didn't feel rushed.
The radio comms babble was hilarious lol.
I eventually figured out what the UI was trying to communicate after some experimentation. The relationship between "production" and "cost" and all that. It took me until about the very end of the second playthrough to realize that the red progress bars were actually timers counting down to my deadline to achieve the request ... but by that time, there was no hope for me to produce 999 souls in the compound :P
