LD52 — Harvest

The Dark Forest and the Memories of Harvest, of One Autumn's Days by Tygrak 2023-01-10T01:05:33Z

Love the art style! Have been thinking about doing something similar. The audio matches the atmosphere very nicely

Fairy Feeder by recursiveanomaly 2023-01-09T19:45:41Z

Thank you for the kind feedback, and yes we did make the music!

Vegetableau by bentglasstube 2023-01-11T04:14:20Z

certainly the game I've played the longest so far! easy to zone out and get addicted to

The Orchid's Edge by Cornflowerblue 2023-01-10T01:13:45Z

Love the art and animations! I see elf ears, I upvote- the camera is a little unwieldy on mouse with it's quick 180 ability, but the lock on camera is great! would be nice to cycle through enemies- those floaty guys are hard to deal with in groups! overall fantastic.

Plant Protectors by jkniest 2023-01-10T04:45:36Z

nicely streamlined tower defense game! the left/right screen input handling is really great - was a little lost on how to get more plants, though

Necrosis by megalukes 2023-01-10T01:34:01Z

cool game! the loop is entertaining, the art is simple but effective, and harvesting a huge block is very satisfying (if not a very good idea, sometimes!)

there doesn't seem to be very many offensive options that help the player keep up with the corrupted plants, but maybe I just need to play more and develop a meta :) awesome work!

HER-V by Kilirane 2023-01-11T02:24:24Z

gave me a very n64 feel that I really dig. cool concept, fun gameplay!

Mimi's Challenge by epb9000 2023-01-09T21:18:26Z

dig the atmosphere and mechanics! the fire spread is a really cool idea. I agree that the camera is a little hard to get the hang of, and having it interpolate to the player would help give the world more continuity while allowing the character to still snap tile by tile

Christmas Carols by exofrenon 2023-01-10T04:53:16Z

interesting take on this type of gameplay! something to help keep track of the beat would've been nice to make sure I was timing the song out right and avoid the really grating miss sound. other than that, solid idea (and of course, I'm a sucker for earthbound graphics)

It's a Platformer by acdimalev 2023-01-11T02:41:09Z

love me some custom retro games! super intuitive, runs great on the online emulator (other than the kill screen, I suppose!)

Flush U by dry-squid 2023-01-10T05:06:37Z

That dragging across the ground sound and the distant camera angle was inspiring . could use some sort of offensive mechanic against other players, but great work!

Barvest: The Iconic Bug Harvest of 2005 by picross 2023-01-11T02:53:37Z

the cute spider is just more spider rehabilitation propaganda - and I've immediately fallen for it! the movement is a little tough to master, but feels very satisfying to get right, and the game is forgiving, but still challenging :) the music and graphics bring it together into a very enjoyable experience. great work!

Click On Fish by Pomo 2023-01-11T04:22:34Z

I'm a simple man, I see a fish, I click it

Crop Drop by Heho 2023-01-10T05:13:31Z

when I got a complete corner clear I realized this was my kinda puzzle game! interesting Tetris twist and mechanics :)

Harvest Festival 64 by Warrrkus 2023-01-11T04:39:12Z

Great atmosphere! not enough n64 horror out there, and this scratches that itch!

Charlie’s Lemonade Stand by Exezur 2023-01-11T04:48:40Z

I miss this kinda online game! glad to get some off that esoteric fun again

Harvy Tile by Miolosh 2023-01-10T05:27:47Z

Love the aesthetic, love the concept, love the gameplay! would definitely play a full version of this and have a snapshot as my desktop background
