Well done. Too bad one can still move the hands while they are hitting down. That way one can easily hit and sweep the ground clean in 1 go. clearing most waves in 1 hit.

The only thing I would change is the plane. One shot and it takes 25% of your health!
I found it ridiculously fun to shake the ape's fists back and forth in time with the music.
I found its lack of arms ghastly and distressing.
I found the premise to be funny! Not bad overall!
Awesome visual styling! Everything fit together really well. It would be awesome to hear the townspeople screaming though. I felt a little cheated when I was forced to take damage at the beginning of the level, a "ready, GO!" would be nice or maybe even just continuous play with more things coming in gradually.

I think that the game needs to be balanced because after the fourth wave my health points were reduced considerably in two waves (damn planes! :P)

I think i started to play my own game too much towards the end because i was enjoying making the screen shake with my mighty ape fists.

After 6 waves of playing and the introduction of planes I got bored, I wish there were enemies that took more hits or something because after a bit of playing I realized I could just do a fist sweep after they were on the ground and wipe out everyone.
The visual style is gorgeous and it really feels like an old King Kong movie. The music was fitting and not overpowering and the sounds of fists hitting the floor were gratifying as ever.

Really liked the black and white king kong feel of this game but the gameplay was a little lacking. One problem like others have said is that you can just do a sweep to clear the ground. Another problem I had was that there was no real way to avoid damage and it never reset between levels. This could be quite cool with a bit more work though!
Fun little game. This is really well done. The visuals are great. It'd be cool if the background was moving to the give the impression that your moving. And then you could have buildings come into view and then we smash those too. Great job!
I agree with what others have said. Gameplay is a little lacking but very good job overall :). It's very satisfying at first. The fist sound was a little too rough for me. Not sure if you made it sound rough on purpose, like an old movie but it didn't work for me.

Very original old movie art style. It was fun to smash people, cars and plains.
I'm not into gore games, but maybe some blood (red, not black&white) and explosions would be cool, I think it would add more destruction feel to the game.
I think gameplay could be improved by adding something that heals and using the fists as shields.

27990, Well styled groovy game, liked the extra effects including the ground tilting depending on where you hit it, those extra touches add even more polish to this groovy game!
Solid premise and nice old school film look, but the gameplay is a bit too simple and it was quite easy.
