Ah crap. Forgot to set folder to public. Should work now.

Hm, this was interesting. I like the wide-open spaces. I like the protagonist being made up of jumbly lines. The feeling of emptiness and loneliness. I got lost after the entrance, but I might give it another go!

A strangely creepy experience

morgondag 2015-04-20 09:12

Creepy mood, and cool music

tomdeal 2015-04-20 09:50

Interesting experience. I must admit I didnt get it :)

MolarAmbiguity's review:
Interesting concept. The mood is really cool and the music atmospheric. I wandered around for a few minutes. There just isn't enough stuff to do whilst wondering around. I'm intrigued though!

asado 2015-04-20 09:53

I didn't know what to do after the entrance. I don't see how it fits with the theme, but I love the mechanic of the console story-telling.

mike1101 2015-04-20 10:02

There is another terminal to the bottom right ...

strega 2015-04-20 10:05

I'm not really sure if I reached the end... Interesting concept.

mike1101 2015-04-20 10:06

Still trying to understand why it's creepy ... It's suppose to be sad !

mike1101 2015-04-20 10:20

How far did you all get ?

ker0chan 2015-04-20 12:08

The game feels a bit passive. I got lost after I was told "I don't know what to do now". I like the idea though :)

asado 2015-04-20 12:31

mike1101, I know, I got to that one too," I don't know what to do now" is as far as I got

mike1101 2015-04-20 14:46

Go diagonally to the bottom right from there ...

esayitch 2015-04-20 21:29

Pretty weird game... Tune was pretty somber. I don't understand how the theme is incorporated here. Are the terminals the weapon?

Good luck!

mike1101 2015-04-20 22:28

Yeah the use theme is a bit of a stretch ... Was trying to come up with an idea for ... them helping you defeat enemies but ran out of time.

Thanks so much for your feedback, everyone.

agilejoshua 2015-04-22 18:48

Didn't grab me, there was no motivation for me, just aimless wanderingen trying to find a new terminal. Intro to a storyline or some kind of scoring/progress meter would help me.

horsed 2015-04-23 09:58

Maybe I'm bad at it, but there's really nothing on in this game. Music was the best part. Just a small bug: I sometimes entered the terminals unintentionally by just walking besides them.

farwyler 2015-04-23 12:05

This is the kind of "unconventional" game that I like coming out of something like LD. Very nice and athmospheric work.
One tiny complaint though: I had a pretty rough time navigating the "maze" in the gray area since the avatar moves so fast...

mike1101 2015-04-23 20:44

Thanks, farwyler !

Don't think anyone sees my comments on their comments !

On the aimlessness / emptiness - Kind of had to work with the time I had. So ... the idea is to create a mood ... I dunno if trying to justify it makes sense. It made me feel stuff ... But that might just be personal to me.

I saw the bug of entering the terminals unintentionally. Sucks. I tried to fix it. Ran out of time.

About the difficulty navigating the maze because the avatar is too fast - That's weird. I didn't have trouble. Maybe it runs faster on your machine ... Though I'm sure the framerate is locked ...

Once again - Thanks for your feedback, everyone !

Interesting idea! I played until "I don't know what to do now" but didn`t really know where to continue then.
