I meant to say, the top right timer is counting down to tell you when you die. "Repairing" wires keeps it going.
The second score is your score, obviously.
The third is your time. ;)

Found it a little strange/esoteric but a fun little challenge. Few points though, mainly about controls:
Moving up/down was really hit and miss for some reason, often having to hold or press several times to get a response though left/right was fine.
Moving around was generally a bit of a chore, perhaps if it followed the cursor instead.

Pretty nice although it felt like it was easy to go infinite and just keep racking up points. Would like to see more gameplay stuff like obstacles and increasingly faster movements or similar. Good job!

Nice to hear from you, Johan. It is a bit too easy and as I said, the generation of the level needs work. I already worked out a few bugs and am going to update this game for post-LD play. Still working on it, in other words.

@De10ter: I will also tweak the controls, as I said, I rushed it out. They could use some work.

Cool perspective. I liked the setting a lot. I think making it so you specifically snap to the next wire would add a lot to the game and make it more arcade feeling and fun.

Nice little game, it's got the main elements there including some nice sfx and a non intrusive bgm. With the addition of enemies ...err cable tidies? to block your progress and some snappier controls (movement felt a bit slow for me there) It'll add some more replayability. Good, solid entry into LD 23, Well done.

The idea is good but must be extended. Hope to see it developed because could be interesting. Eitherway good job.

Really simple and intuitive. The game ran smooth for me, but I will say the controls seemed unresponsive at times. This may be due to my 'spam-keys' lifestyle, but very fun nonetheless. Good job.

I liked the nice arcadey style that this had going. The only problem I really had was that the moving left-right stopped in the middle, unlike the up-down movement, so you couldn't get over fast enough sometimes, and eventually I just picked a side and went up and down. It was also a bit hard to see when the stripped parts were coming, if they were above you because the sparks are on the top, or even more so below you because the lower wire is completely covered.

nice idea. maybe some curves?
left-right was slower than up-down, and you could leave the wire to the right.

Nice concept, enjoyed the music & could see it being fleshed out into something quite hypnotic with a bit more work.

Overall, a nice idea and a good start/nice small game. Sorry, I don't mean to sound rude, so first of all: respect and congrats for finishing a complete package :) just my suggestions: Controls need a little bit of improvement and maybe you could generate the levels in a way that it's possible to get a "perfect" score? I think with just a little more stuff thrown in, you could have a great game.

good concept, obstacles and increasing speed definitely would of made this better, also i was able to leave the tunnel on the right.

Cool idea, but this type of game really benefits from tight controls... i think even a quick tap of the left key should take you directly to the left wire, etc.
