Wow. Impressive. I really wish I had made something like this, I'm a little jealous.. Good controls, great grafics and sound and the actual evolution is brilliant. Any chance to have a peek at the code? OR more details about how levels are generated? ^^
Cute graphics and well executed. As I had a tamagotchi in the 90s I was sucked in by this for the short time it lasted and I had to see the end. Good job!
The best application of the theme so far. Despite solving it, I didn't really understand how to manipulate the genes, so i just moved the mouse around :P Great work!

Music and graphics were in a way authentic and reminded me of the old days. Had some fun playing this through - especially as flying frog :D

Amazing game! Really sucked me into the story. Alos lots of details and love put into it. Only really sad thing was that the Rage is useless on a QWERTZ keyboard :( but overall: Brilliant! :)

Despite (or maybe because of) it's simplicity, this was really fun to play. I like how the graphics' and overall cuteness made the act of stomping and destroying something so adorable. To say something contructive apart from *ADORBS* .. maybe adding just one more kind of obstacle/difficulty/challenge could expand the already-well-rounded experiece a great deal and give it somewhat longer gameplay. For LD, though, the quite short and straightforward game works flawlessly. Once you realise that there is a goal, you go on happily stomping until nothing is left. Very well executed, great fun!
I hope I don't have to say it but: RESPECT for making this on a C64. The result is really coherent, visually very cool, and was enjoyable (and as hard as it has to be) to me. Along with the SEUCK glitches it took me back a long way in time. I played this for quite a bit, trying to beat it. Now I gotta find that Van Halen tape. Great job!

Really liked the aesthethics and the era it teleported me into a lot. Nice little game with nothing to complain about. Does the background distorion effect remind me of 2001 or Disney's Black Hole?

I really liked the organic, dirty graphics, they did their job very well. Reminded me of the eerie feeling I got from watching René Laloux films as a kid, or maybe Naked Lunch. Good job!

Sorry, I don't mean to sound rude, so first of all: respect and congrats for finishing a complete package :) just my suggestions: Controls need a little bit of improvement and maybe you could generate the levels in a way that it's possible to get a "perfect" score? I think with just a little more stuff thrown in, you could have a great game.
Amazing how complex a game you made in 48h! At first I thought, this is too complex, but then I understood it in 20 seconds. Victory came too soon :( Really great entry!

The level of polish and finish is incredible. Can not say more than I really really like this. Somehow reminds me of amiga times.

I really enjoyed this one. So much that I had to force myself to quit playing and continue with my game! It's really amazing how you balance games to such addictiveness, just like CQ. Don't wanna be a bootlicker, I really mean it.

I *really* enjoyed playing this to the end. Great graphics, fun to play, good controls. Especially loved destroying all the computers - gave me a bit of a "Hammerfist" moment, there. Best so far.
After this crazy weekend, playing this was really good for my nerves. A bit like a slow old movie, relaxing.
Very cute and an actual game with a real challenge. The only thing thats a little frustrating is the head start they get - hard to do a flawless victory ;) but... very adorable!
Doesn't fit on my lappy O.o No problem though. But the Z key on my keyboard is also not where it is on US layouts... Don't use the Z key, makes games unplayable for many people :)
